10/10 for friendly staff and good communication. 8/10 Painless dent removal, they attempted to remove dent painlessly, I can still tell where it was, but they did their best and I don’t think this is their specialist area so will give them 8 8/10 Color matching Now the bad 0/10 Panel removal without damage, they used something to remove plastic panel on tailgate which damaged the paint, picture attached 2/10 Polishing, polished tailgate can see clear swirl and scratching where they polished, need to learn to polish. 3/10 Car wash, this car was black and there was oily residue left over probably silicone on body panels after wash, car looked terrible, buy some good cleaning products. Overall you need to upskill the people polishing, panel removing and inspecting work. Just an update: Since publishing this review I have been contacted by Panel-Rite to correct the issues, I have not had a chance to stop by due to my schedules and the disruptions in SA especially Durban, I will therefore increase their score to four stars from two just because they are willing to fix their mistakes, and value their reputation.

I had sent my vehicle in for repairs to Panel-Rite, firstly thank you to Clinton for the swift and efficient quoting process he handled this efficiently with the assessor and insurers (he went above and beyond my expectations), quite a lot of body work was required, not only did i receive continuous updates from Kirsti via WhatsApp and SMS, she was polite and very attentive, I was very impressed by the work completed by them. On collecting my vehicle Wesley Durrheim was very thorough showing me the work they conducted and advised if i had any questions and queries he personally would attend to it. My car went in for repairs after a small accident and came back looking great. I was very happy with the service. The staff were friendly and accommodating and went the extra mile for me post-service, when I heard a funny noise from one of the back tyres on my drive home. They came to my home to fetch the car and check that it wasn't anything serious - turned out to be just some debris that I had picked up on the drive home. Great service - thanks to Wesley, Nicole, Clinton and Kirsty. Highly recommend using Panel Rite.

I am very happy with the work done on my vw polo tsi. The damage was extensive and I was doubtful it would be anywhere close to the original form. However upon returning the vehicle. I was impressed with the job done. No accident damage was noticable. Although the wait was a few days longer than promised. I was given a courtesy car from Panel Rite free of charge. Wesley had even dropped off items that I had forgotten in the vehicle afterwards.

My car was had a deep scratch on the bumper and I phoned panel rite for a quotation. Clinton Pillay had given me a very swift reply. The quote was very reasonable and the service I received was exceptional. The branch manager Wesley went beyond his call of duty to make sure I was duly satisfied with the repairs done. I sent my 2019 Toyota Hilux in for accident repair, the level of service I received from the Branch Manager Wesley Durrheim and his team far exceeded my expectations, from the time I dropped my vehicle up until completion, I was constantly updated of the status of the repairs carried out. On collection I was very impressed with the workmanship, the vehicle looked like it had just rolled off the show room floor.
