Worst customer service I’ve honestly ever experienced. My family and I decided to order from PPK after the Panthers game on Saturday. Straight after the game we ordered 3 kebabs, 3 pides & a large chips, we were told 20min to pick up. With the amount of traffic getting out of the Panthers game, we arrived maybe 25 to 30 min later. When we arrived they advised us the order was just finishing up & the lady saying it will out to us very soon. I waited another 15min in the store and I asked again how long it would be & I was met with the same response. Another 15min went past & there were 3 people who came in, ordered & received their food while I was waiting in the store. This prompted me to ask what we were waiting for??? The response was : we are remaking the order for you now!!!!! By this stage I received a phone call from my wife telling me our 2 kids were carrying on in the car because they were hungry!! But this is exactly why I preordered the food so we weren’t waiting around. I couldn’t wait for my order to be remade , & I let them know that when I left. I felt really silly walking back to the car with no food as I was telling my wife and kids ALL week that we were in for a treat & how good the kebabs & pides are from Panthers Pizza & Kebab compared to the kebabs shops out the Hawkesbury way!! I am usually very forgiving in most of these kind of instances, but the trip on the way home with screaming kids was something I wouldn’t have wished upon anyone. Zero stars from a previously loyal PPK customer ☹️ ............ It won’t let me enter zero stars so 1 star for you!

Would not recommend. We ordered from here for the 1st time as our normal kebab shop wasn't delivering at the time of order, will not order again. It took 2 3/4 hrs and a phone call to get our food to us from 5mins away. 7:45pm we ordered and the delivery estimate was 1hr, as soon as we paid it went up to 1 1/2hrs (I would have cancelled then if I could have given that we'd only ordered a kebab and a snack pack and the place is a 5min drive from our house). 9:15pm (estimated delivery), no food, no contact from them, no updated delivery time. 9:37pm got a text that our food was on its way just as I was about to call. 10pm menulog says food has been delivered but we have no food. Called them and were told they were busy and our food was still there and they would get it to us in 20mins. Asked if they could just cancel the order and give our money back and were told no and they would cook it fresh and get it to us in 15-20mins and chuck in some extra food. 10:30pm food arrived with an extra chips, coke and baklava which was a nice gesture but were not going to eat chips on top of our other food at 10:30pm when we ordered over 2 1/2hrs ago and just want to go to bed. Will enjoy the baklava today though. Food was average, not worth a 2 3/4hr wait and they had missed the note to add BBQ sauce to the kebab. Do not order delivery from here, I am unsure about their service if you visit in store but after that experience I am not going to find out.

Pathetic customer service, the guy on phone does not have any manners and extremely rude. We ordered a chicken kabab, they gave us beef kabab instead. We cannot eat beef because of religious beliefs And my brother had a bite of beef kabab. When I called them to make a complaint so that they are more careful next time , the guy on phone did not ever bother to hear me out . And started yelling. He was like I have customers waiting and dont have time to hear this and hung up the phone Which shows they dont value the customer and they dont even care if we ordered from them or not. The quality of food was so bad as well . Like I wasted my money and time. Never ordering from them again.

I cannot believe that this place had the hide to say after I ordered a feed on menulog and was accepted and said it was delivered, to say that they want to cancel the order because they don’t want to drive out to emu plains! You guys are an absolute disgrace to the fast food industry. This has happened twice now and I gave you guys the benefit of the doubt before but this time after working 16 hours and not wanting to cook after getting home so late, there is no way whatsoever that I will ever give my business to this place again! I have been a Customer for years but no longer as they lied to us after multiple calls to find out what happened to our order. We placed our order at 6:00pm on their app at 7:00pm we rang to ask how long it would take, lies and more lies, rang again 3 more times and finally the pizzas arrived 3 hours after the order was placed but the pizzas were cold and oily and couldn’t be eaten but worse yet our sons snack pack wasn’t delivered and the drive said it was his fault and would go back and get it but 1 hour later still no snack pack and when we rang Panthers Pizza and Kabab they claimed that the driver hadn’t come back. No apologies just a bad attitude. We will never order food from them again…worst pizza shop in Penrith

Ordered on their app. During order after paying realised it said pickup. Called and asked if I could change it to delivery and offered to pay more if required. The male that answered was extremely rude saying he gets stupid customers making this mistake all the time. He refused a refund and said I would have to pick it up. But all 3 people in our house have Covid. This is the reason I wanted delivery. He then hung up on me. I've been a returning customer for over 20 years the worst service ever. This is a long way away from when they won best business finalists in Penrith.

Two spinach cheese (Veg) Gozlames were ordered on consecutive days. They gave me one chicken and one vegetable on the first day. They did the same thing the next day, but instead of chicken, they gave me some other meat. I'm not sure why your staff mixup the orders. My partner is a meat eater. So he ate the meat Gozlame both days. Pls Don't do this to your customers. Two consecutive days getting the order wrong is unacceptable. The boxes had “S” on them to say it’s Spinach Cheese. Last two orders, the wrong order ( opened when we got home) and Tonight they actually forgot almost half the meal that I paid for and I had to refer to a witness. That’s not a good experience. To their credit, they apologised on both occasions. I’m sure they are doing their best, they seem like nice people, but their systems aren’t working for me. It’s disappointing. The chances of a successive bad experience on random occasions is not high. So I figure they need to rethink this part of the operation. Update 28/1/2022. Issues seem fixed. All the pizzas last night were amazing thanks for making our night that extra special. We highly recommend to anyone looking for delicious pizza and value for money to eat here honestly you won't be disappointed. Dealing with staff and management at Panthers was on another level let me just say it's refreshing to deal with genuine people who actually care about their customers. You might say it's only pizza but hay it's all about the experience. The hole process was absolutely outstanding and the quality was second to none. Thanks Jack we can't wait to eat here again.

Absolutely disgusted with the service, they are so very rude. I ordered at 6.34pm was told 30 minutes (I live around 6 blocks away andam disabled). I rang an hour and 15 minutes after placing my order to be told that it was with the driver, so I waited again. 40 minutes later I rang again to be told my order was just coming out of the oven and wouldn't be long. I was very patient especially waiting around 2 hours, for the driver to come with a warm (NOT HOT) pizza. I refused to pay so they left. Now I have to cook dinner at 8.45pm. I wish I could give no stars.

I asked the lady, do you sell Ajana kebabs, yes we do, she didn't have a clue what I was talking about, some Indian comes along and say what would you like, I said Ajana kebabs, he says, we don't do them, which kebab place sells kebabs without Ajana kebabs, I walked out straight away, salads looked one week old, tabouleh looked very old...Indians don't know how to cook kebab, go to auburn, feel sorry for people in Penrith, even alice springs kebabs look better then this joint

Would never order from them again. Order took over 2 hours from time of ordering. They kept saying driver was stuck in heavy traffic. It's a 3 minute drive, it was total lies. Driver told the truth the restaurant didn't put through to them until last minute. Never again due to the lies and the way it was handled. Thank goodness there's a lot better places around to order from. Food was OK but not worth waiting that sort of time for though.

Ordered a garlic prawn pizza with garlic sauce and got tomato. Pizza tasted disgusting. Took two bites and fed the rest to my dogs at least they enjoyed it. Never again. Best pizza in Penrith is at Papa Charlie’s bake house hands down. King size prawns on an amazing garlic sauce. This place is a joke and look at their other reviews gah… this is why you should read the reviews first. Don’t waste your hard earned money.

I had very bad experience with them. I ordered one spinach cheese gozleme and cheese pizza …. Certainly I had great expectations as the their are quite famous ..but else they are unprofessional. My gozleme was not cooked properly and my pizza was like I am eating only the dough. Besides this when I call them to ask about that their staff was very rude and they behaved like they don’t care for their customers… it’s like a big shop with worse food .

Shouldn't tell customers 10 minutes. Then when we come in wait half an HR ! That's beyond ridiculous then also hand me a burnt gozleme on top of the wait time ! Lady obviously knew we were waiting for our order. We were the only people in the store. She just left and went to the back of the store and expected the little boy to complete the order on top of an UberEATS order.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Waited a ridiculous time for my pizza to only be treated with absolute disgusting attitude from the two girls which were out the front serving customers. During my time I noticed the way that one particular girl was speaking to the delivery drivers and I found it unnecessary and flat out rude. What a TERRIBLE representation of a company. If a no star was possible it would be given.

The store got my order wrong I called and Rhonda was so rude I asked when will I get my right order she says I don’t know then has the hide to hang up on me. If that was her real name .if you can’t handle the heat in the kitchen get out of customer service .At least the driver was lovely and friendly.

First kebab I vomited after eating, I just feel like no one knows how to make a good kebab anymore but paradise kebabs in emerton, maxims kebabs in Mt druitt and kebab express in blacktown. Although if you want Melted cheese because say you got chicken, cheese, onion and sauce the only ones who melt cheese is paradise kebabs.

Kebeb was not bad, the snack pack was fine but I enjoyed their service, it was prompt and cordial, Naim was serving us and he was very pleasant, , among all the haste he was multitasking but did have a smiling face, and was very prompt on delivery. His customer service was notch.

Warning Poison!!! Beware the raw chicken wings!!!! Terrible hygiene too. These guys will kill somebody if they are not careful. Food safety would have a field day. This place would get shut down in an instant. The kebabs and chips are the worst I’ve ever attempted to eat. You’ve been warned!!! Also: I cannot wait to get my condescending response from the owner either!!

Ordered a beef snack pack. Chips were almost raw hidden underneath the flavour less beef shavings. Minimal amount of sauce given too. Didn't see until I got home otherwise I would've gone back. Would not recommend this place.

We have bought food from here for a few years. On Friday night we bought chicken wings, pizza and ribs. 4 of us had the chicken wings and 1 person did not. The next day the 4 that had chicken wings were down with food poisoning. Have never had a problem before this and their food is usially great, but food poisoning is nasty, so goodbye Panther Pizza.

We’d worked a late night after all weekend, to our disappointment everything throughout Penrith was shut. Panthers Pizza & Kebabs was there like a beacon of light amongst the VIP lounges. Burgers and Kebabs were brilliant, thanks!

Finally after lockdown has ended, I went and visited my grandmother and picked up some pizzas, trying Panthers for the first time after hearing good things for years. We got the supreme and pepperoni pizzas and both were fantastic and reasonably priced. Extremely filling, especially with extra topping added. Definitely recommend!

Always busy but busy for a reason. Their pizza's are nice and package deals are reasonable. Only real big complaint I have is the fan they have in the waiting area creates a flickering shadow in front of the down lights that causes headaches and dizziness etc for those who suffer with mild epilepsy

We always enjoy our food from Panthers Pizza & Kebabs. The pizzas are excellent and the service is very good. 10/10.

So far out of all the Kebab Restaurants I have tried in Sydney, this is undoubtedly the BEST! The aroma and the presentation of the 'Shish Kebabs' are simply irresistible and mouthwatering. Even the Pide was also very fresh and yummy. Would definitely visit again!

We eat here often for cheap quick yummy food, the staff are amazing and there’s always a great energy. We took our parrot with us tonight and they even made him a parrot friendly treat to eat with us, on the house! Made us feel so great to see such generosity ☺️

It's hit and miss. Sometimes the foid is great and sometimes you think if it's the same place you ordered from before. Fresh food like the Pide is yummy but the snack packs are not that great. Pizzas are average. But good value for money.
