Close this branch! Absolutely disappointed. Ordered online via papa John's app and after 2 hours the order still did not arrive! After calling the call center, the agents left us on hold for 13mins to be exact and when we finally got reconnected, the agent "Helen" from Karama branch cut the phone on us. Disrespectful and HANGRY.

I've been to this establishment for quite some time now. Service is good. Even though they are busy with online deliveries, the crew make sure that walk ins gets a smile and a good service while waiting for our orders. They give exactly what you order and pizza always fresh, hot and just the way we like it!

Ordered via the papa johns app. The delivery guy took 40 mins to deliver which should have been a 10 min time. They picked up the call 1st time and after that they eleven stopped picking the phone. Pls avoid this outlet. Shame on such staff who earn a bad reputation for a good brand.
