I had visited during the Eid holiday: The best things i can mention is that they have a best vegan pizza in the city and u can enjoy the taste of pizza while you are vegan. They do accept the entertainer as well , buy one and get one free and as well they have the option of buy one get one free on every Tuesday. The cashier ( Jessel ) it was a amazing person , she helped us with vegan pizza and she guided us for entertainer. The only issue i face it was the preparation timing that took almost 1 hour and im not sure this is happening always or it was because of eid Holidy busy hours.

Typical food court with ample options and overcrowded. But I was eating Papa Johns after years and there pizzas do taste good. Went for the plain cheese and it was just what was expected. Neither too thin a crust nor too chewy and the cheese had the right flavour. The garlic dipping sauce tasted more like melted butter though. At 45 Dirhams, cant ask for more.

There was an eyebrow/eyelash hair melted into the cheese of our pizza and the manager outrightly refused responsibility claiming it was probably ours and fell into it. Yes, we melted the hair into the cheese right? Absolutely disappointing and disgusting. The whole pizza went to trash. And please dont bother responding to this review by saying we caught you on a bad day like you have generically responded to everyone else. The place barely had any customers, and it was a Monday :)

We order hot & spicy pizza & jalapeno cheese poppers. Its was a beef Pizza with lots of jalapeno it was good but I liked their jalapeno cheese poppers more specially when you are eating them freshly baked oven hot. Their service is good & fast. Staff is friendly. You can easily find their discount coupons available at Carrefour.

The quality of food is very low pls check , by the name of medium the pizza is small ,70 AED PIZZA they saying for two but is very small ,, the pizza is cooked well but there still flour at the back side of pizza I won’t try pizza papa johns

We had Veg and mixed meat pizza today at Papa John's Deira City centre and there was a offer happening. But the food we received was poor quality and looks like not properly cooked. Worst pizza had in my life. Not recommended.

On my Deliveroo it said I paid for everything which was 105aed, on the receipt I got from the driver it said I was charged 92 but didn’t bring me my 2 cans of coke, not only that the food was cold. Would not recommend. Got to Pizza Hut or dominos for much better service

The staff is no responsive, and customer friendly. A small order of pepperoni rolls took more than 25 minutes and staff lady taking order was not paying heed to my concern, in fact was ignoring to what I was saying. Very bad..

Worst experience we ordered Mexican ole waiting time was 20mins but it's took 35mins plus when it came as per the menu and flavour there was no grilled chicken no bell pepers

I love the papadia of papa jhons and even thier pizza. Dough is so fresh even if u have the left over u can reheat it and eat again like freshly baked pizza.
