Food is good but the service is very poor. This is probably one of the worst branches. I don’t want to make anyone’s job any more stressful but I decided to write this review but I had a bad experience multiple times. The staff are rude it’s the culture they have at this branch. I dunno if they think this way customers won’t be fussy if we are just rude to them? I don’t know. I know this branch is very slow maybe because of the high number of orders? I have no idea ‍♀️ I tried to place an order a small meal for one but she said it will take 20-25 minutes I guess, so I asked her to cancel it then. I understand you’re busy but then cancel my order? 25 minutes doesn’t suite me… She said it’s difficult to cancel and got so fussy about it but her senior colleague came and canceled the order and they literally starting speaking in their language in an angry tone and threw my money back. I left simply didn’t want to make a scene I really like you’re pizza hence I come back but I regretted it many times. Last night I placed the order online before I even arrived because I know it takes long and I had something to catch up on. I ordered meal for one and when I arrived (after the app told me it will be ready in one minute) but I can see they only prepared the potatoes but not the pizza. I stood there for very long and my order took around 50 minutes to be prepared. One of the staff knows it’s their fault at least she bothered to smile at me and say not yet wait. Nobody apologized or anything they weren’t even sorry This time they couldn’t be rude as usual because they knows it’s their fault. Your food is great your service is below zero your staff could be overworked and you need to be able to accommodate the large number of orders. Increase the number of staff maybe that will help because your staff are very rude and the service is slow…

Pizza restaurant is a vast industry and I agree that it can't be complicated if it's done at the right temperature and with simple ingredients. Papa John's Pizza has been on my favorite list since I first tasted it years ago in Dubai. I don't remember it ever when wrong. It's quality and quantity stood out compared to other pizza joints. This time at Sahara centre branch given the benefit of the doubt that it was during the peak time of the day... I decided to go for a simple order since I was starving. Unfortunately, The quality of the product was poor as the texture was dry and chewy due to overheating for a few minutes. The dough tasted bland too. Regular Margarita Pizza was not as cheesy as the one I get in Dubai since it was dehydrated from within. (I know the picture doesn't seem like it.. Coz of the angle of the pizza taken before eating). As I said earlier pizza is not a complicated dish to make. But if it's not done in a simpler way its quality can fade. The place must not differ either whether it's Dubai or Sharjah. Staffs are friendly and approachable. Thank you for that.

I ordered Papa John's pizza meal today through Talabat app for meal for 2 for my family for pure vegetarian meal as we are vegetarian food eaters. But they sent the order after over 1 hour and later Talabat delivered completely incorrect order to my house and its long weekend holiday mood was completely spoiled. First due to incorrect order and that too non-veg pizza meal. That too it came very late almost over 1 hour later. I paid AED 10 tip on app to delivery guy on Talabat. Later Talabat delivery guy said plain and blunt he can't do anything as it wasn't his fault. papa John's telephone agent said we have to raise complaint with Sahara Papa John's Pizza store. My recent encounter with Papa John’s was a culinary letdown. The butter chicken pizza, instead of delivering the promised flavors, tasted like a heavy-handed mix of tomato paste and onions, reminiscent of a generic Chicken Fajita from Pizza Hut. Needless to say, it won’t be making a repeat appearance in my orders. The Cheddar Mexican Chicken pizza, though touted for a spicy kick with jalapeños, failed to deliver on that promise. The absence of this crucial element, coupled with what seemed like a mix-up in the overall order, left me thoroughly disappointed. It’s evident that Papa John’s fell short of its usual standard, making me rethink my future choices with them. The experience has been subpar, and I’m inclined to bypass not only their Indian Feast but their entire menu in future orders.

We ordered papa johns on the 31st night (pepperoni, cheddar makhani & super papa’s) The next day (1st of Jan 2023) our whole family (2 adults + 2 kids) experienced food poisoning, we were vomiting and had severe diarrhea the whole day, our new year plans were ruined. Please be aware of this issue as we are concerned for the food and health safety of the franchise lovers. It was ordered through talabat at the sahara center branch, we complained to talabat and unfortunately they are limited to escalations.

I tried occasionally papa john's, my favorite pizza franchise. I think there bread is different from the others and may be the cheese. I am fan of their garlic gravy as side. But get pizza in hot itself or else it won't worth to have it. My favorite is spicy chicken ranchy. Delivey I tried took around half hour

Unfortunately the quality of pizza has been degraded. We ordered large pizza and surprised to see very few tiny 3 to 5 chicken pieces sprinkled without proper cheese toppings. Absolutely bland taste. Will not prefer to order again. Feel cheated. Not worth the price at all.

Papa Johns has a won a fair share in the pizza competition. Should be trying to improvise the menu. Hot pizza fresh from the oven is indeed irresistible. Had spicy ranch and it was superb along with the thousand island dressing. There is ample seating in the food court.

Tried 2 medium spicy chicken ranch pizza, the base was good but unlike pizza hut, it tasted ok and wasn’t spicy. They also sent garlic dip sauce which was garlic butter and tasted very good with pizza . Delivery was quick through Talabat and ordered at 50% discount.

Ordered 2:54pm via Talabat, arrived at 04:15pm. I chatted Talabat; they checked with the restaurant directly, and told me it’s ‘on the way’. Although the app says ‘delivered’. Specified BBQ + Extra BBQ sauce - they did with Buffalo Sauce. It’s late + wrong order.

I ordered hawaiian and super papa but got the wrong order. i was so hungry and tired from my weekend and got home late so i did not check out of trust, i got butter chicken and spicy ranch instead, called customer service to fet it replaced … المزيد

It's a buzy branch but very good customer service. Staff is so polite and helpful. We used the Carrfour voucher for pan pizza and they served perfectly cooked delicious pizza just for 15dhms.

Such a bad experience and rude staff (not all). They got my orders wrong and when I told them they immediately blamed me for it. What an unprofessional people! Shame on you

Loved it absolutely. There is no doubt why papa John’s Pizza are so famous. Being a pizza maniac true taste explode special cheez and barbecue chicken.
