I cannot say enough good things about the people that work at the agency. Everyone is extremely helpful. I needed new auto and homeowner's policies and Ashley explained everything in plain English and provided me with needed additional coverage that's not available with most insurance companies. Dealing with a local agent is far better than dealing directly with insurance company over the phone. Because, they have access to different providers, who specialize in different areas and types of coverage. I couldn't be happier with the policies I purchased through them. Plus, they are there to answer any questions I may have.

Every year they calculate the best deals for all our renewals. We have both our cars and our house and property insured via their services. Pappazi Insurance Agency has been so helpful when our home insurance carrier decided to drop all policies in the state.
