The main thing people look for in a travel agency is price. This place saved me more than $1,000 from what the competition was offering. I couldn't beat the price and I am glad I went with them. They are very friendly and professional, but the most important thing to me is that they did not waste any time.. If ever I had questions they were answered right away or they would get back to me immediately. I love that.. Also the customer service was excellent. My trip was a very complicated one and they were able to do it, great price, and perfect customer service the entire time. I highly recommend this travel agency over any other, especially in the Las Vegas area. Call them and get a quote and then compare to others, you cannot go wrong.

My wife and I were wanting to go to Maldives for our honeymoon, we went and met with Ellen who took care of everything for us. Our honeymoon was amazing. From transportation from our house, to the airport, all the way to the other side of the globe and back was provided. She was available for any questions we had, and thus being our first international trip, we had a bunch! She updated us on all changes regardless of how small. We had the best time of our lives and we owe it to Ellen! Highly recommend and will go back for our next trip! 10/10

This travel agency is amazing. We went with them to book our carnival cruise this past September. From the beginning Ellen stayed in constant communication with us. Every question I had was answered, and she took the headache of trying to book online with carnival completely away. Ellen and her team are fantastic! She planned an amazing family trip for 12 of us. It was not easy... some members of my family are not vaccinated, we were coming from 4 different states, we had a baby and a teenager... the list of criteria we gave her was like a complicated puzzle, but she did it! She recommended a resort in Cancun. We were there last month and loved it! Thanks to Ellen for working so hard to plan such a fantastic vacation for us!

Not sure how they ever got a 5 star rating. I called them at least two months ago. It took several days for them to call back. When they did, they took all of my info for the trip over the phone and said they would get back with a quote. Never heard from them again. Last night we just spent $6k booking our own trip on Expedia. I don't get it. People say they're hurting for business because of covid and then turn down an easy $6k gig. Go figure.

Honeymoon to Cancun was stress-free and a great time with the team at Paradise Travel. We had a lot of trouble with booking our honeymoon to Hotel Xcaret and they helped us throughout the process (especially with Covid hoops to jump though). My husband and I can't wait to book our next trip.

We booked our recent Italy tour with paradise travel and they did an excellent job . Ellen is great . We had a flight delay due to weather and we called their 24 hours help and they did a great job by informing our hotel and airport transfer in Rome . Will highly recommend them .

Can't blame them if they don't know current Philippines air line regulations. Balikbayan was reinstated last March yet they were not aware of it. They also told me that I would need a visa but former Filipinos don't need visa to go to the Philippines if coming from the U.S.A.

Ellen helped us plan our vacation every step of the way. She went out of her way to make sure that we understood every detail of our travel plans. She met and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Paradise Travel for any and all travel plans.
