BEWARE of Param Movers! The epitome of unprofessionalism and negligence! I originally booked with Get Removalist Sydney, only to discover they had sneakily outsourced to Param Movers, an absolute disaster of a company. Their website might look legit (https://www.parammovers.com.au/), but trust me, it’s all smoke and mirrors. The cascade of disappointments began with a grossly delayed arrival time. A 10am commitment turned into a 2:15pm disaster with NO heads-up. I literally had to chase them, making two calls, just to figure out when they'd grace me with their presence. I foolishly expected two professional movers as I paid for, but was greeted by a lone ranger who had no clue about handling precious cargo. As if that wasn’t bad enough, I had to step in to assist, trying in vain to prevent further destruction. Here's just a snapshot of the casualties under their “care”: - LG Fridge $1290 - LG Dishwasher $1380 - CHIQ Fridge $1099 - Designer Table $499 - LG 65-inch TV $2499 - FREEDOM Canvas Print $299 - Two Leather Dining Chairs $449 - Lamp Shade $149 - Business Desk $199 - Bedroom Tall Boy $279 In a shocking display, their worker unloaded the majority of items alone, lied through his teeth about another mover coming, worked BAREFOOT (yes, you read that right), and even managed to stain my pristine floor with blood from an injury (PHOTOS ATTACHED). Desperation must have hit hard, because he paid my NEIGHBOUR to help with the heavier items. After the catastrophe, they took photos of the damages, admitting it was due to their shoddy packing back in Sydney. But, lo and behold, they cowardly blocked my number once I sent them a list of the damages. Param Movers' flagrant lack of professionalism and sheer indifference to their clients' belongings is an absolute disgrace. They should be out of business! If you value your possessions and peace of mind, RUN far away from this calamity of a company.

WARNING: Stay away from these guys! As a devastated wife who had to stand by and watch our furniture mishandled and destroyed, my words can barely express my anguish. Param Movers, the pain you caused is unimaginable. We had entrusted Get Removalist Sydney with our move, only to be blindsided when they passed the baton to Param Movers. From the delayed 2:15pm arrival when 10am was promised, to the radio silence that heightened my worries — it was a fiasco. Twice, amidst my mounting anxiety, my husband had to call just to learn their whereabouts. To add insult to injury, only one mover showed up, despite us paying for two. I watched, heart in mouth, as he struggled alone. Feeling the weight of our cherished items at risk, my husband felt compelled to intervene, trying to minimise the chaos. The list of damages feels like a cruel joke: - Our precious LG Fridge $1290 - Our brand-new dishwasher $1380 - The CHIQ Fridge I adored $1099 - Our special designer table $499 - Our beloved TV $2499 - The FREEDOM canvas print, a sentimental piece $299 - Our elegant dining chairs $449 - The lamp shade I chose with care $149 - My husband's desk $199 - Our bedroom tall boy $279 Seeing the mover operate mostly solo was heart-wrenching. It took a dark turn when he injured himself, leaving blood stains on our pristine floor. The sight of him paying our neighbour for help was the height of unprofessionalism. Following this catastrophe, they documented the damages, admitting fault. But when faced with accountability, they disgracefully blocked our number! The emotional scars left by Param Movers' negligence will remain for a long time. I beg you, for the sake of your possessions and peace of mind, steer clear of this company. Our memories deserved better.

They had a fantastic experience with Param movers . We moved a four bed house from Sydney to cairns and it ran like clockwork the whole time. Every member of the team was fantastic. I contacted several companies and Param movers was the only one to send an estimator. (The other companies made great promises but then could not deliver). Param movers provided a fair quote promptly and honoured it. Param’s movers was also able to offer the best pick up and delivery times - hugely important when moving interstate. The office staff, packer, pick up and delivery team were friendly, polite, efficient and hard working. Thanks to the collaboration of the whole Param team, our move was entirely stress free and I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY MOVE YOUR STUFF!!!! They "moved" my stuff from SA to QLD and broke most of it. They snapped my lamp, ripped and squished the lampshade and broke two of my tables (how!?). EVERY SINGLE box arrived UPSIDE DOWN! Which meant most of my plates and precious items were cracked and lots were broken even though I had wrapped it all carefully in bubble wrap a had pushed news paper into the gaps (I didn't pack the boxes to travel upside down, my bad!?) Two boxes had completely fallen apart with all the contents splayed around the truck. Every box was damaged in some way (once again...how!?). Plus the driver ran head first into a tree on the way in. DO NOT TRUST YOUR STUFF TO THIS COMPANY!!!

Efficiency was great excellent with fully trained boys . As I have move lot of time but got my stuff with scratched but this this time was the first time that the boys and the team which I have book is Great without doing any kind of damages to the walls and the scratching to the thing as I was highly recommended to another guys to move with them
