To other clients, this firm is rather unprofessional and does seem unethical. Been with this law firm for over a year where I have been given wrong advice. Raised a complaint internally which wasn’t handled. Thus, raised a complaint with the legal ombudsman and the SRA. It’s an absolute joke that thorough consultation internally wasn’t done to discuss my case in order to give it due care. I feel let down. Even after all of this, I did say I was open for management to give me a call. Nothing so far. Would advise anyone and everyone considering this firm to take your business elsewhere.

The death of a parent is quite stressful enough without the headache of dealing with the estate, inheritance tax and gaining probate. We were, however, fortunate that my father had entrusted his will to Copely Clark in Sutton and recommended that we use their services after his death. Nicola Manning was fantastic, helping to explain the steps we needed to follow in simple language that a layperson can understand and explaining our options. She was both extremely efficient and empathetic, making the whole process that much easier. We gained probate in record time after I managed to get all the paperwork together and I will now be asking her to help with my own will.

My wife and I instructed Jon Andrews of Copley Clark to write our Wills. Mr Andrews did an excellent job. He met us in the office and explained in detail the nuances of writing Wills and guided us all the way. He created draft Wills and incorporated amendments tailored to our exact wishes. Finally both Wills were signed and witnessed in his office. Everything was completed efficiently. The original signed Wills will be kept at no additional cost in the premises of the solicitors. We will receive hard copies.

In past over 1 years She managed to overcome every hurdle we had trying to get us purchase a property, she was always there at the end of the phone when we had any problems and she went above and beyond our expectations!
