The trolley station itself is well-built, but the location is the problem, it became a hangout to a lot of transients and you don't see security all the time, their presence is not availsble all the time. And it should because it's a busy station and the location is questionable and because of the absence of the security you will see a lot of strange activities on the sidewalk adjacent to the trolley station, such as drug peddling and the likes. MTS keeps the station clean but it definitely could be cleaner. Another problem with the station the absence of bathrooms and not enough covered seating.

I cant say that I was feeling safe and comfortable. Pour lighting construction fencing running adjacent to the Platform it is nice seeing all the new brightly colored officers working the system. Maybe one at this station would be a great idea. I must say I have been riding the Mts Trolley since the beginning Back when the only Security was Heritage private security and every evening coming home you just had to pray that you didn't have trouble of some kind on the line. This is a nice, albeit a bit dirty, trolley station in downtown San Diego. While you will often find homeless about, it's very convenient to downtown shopping and food. Several bus lines also cross the area nearby. This station is very close to the heart of the central business district downtown so it's very popular with commuters in the area.

It's pretty sketchy around this trolley station with drug I feel comfortable saying that confidently. Also lot of people who hang out on the fringes on the trolley station. I would definitely recommend having someone with you at night and be aware of your surroundings.

The Park & Market MTA Station is well situated with easy access. All of the ticket machines work and the station itself is properly maintained. As a bonus there are numerous coffee shops, restaurants, and other points of interest within a short walk or bike ride.

Dangerous area if you're aren't aware of the traffic direction movement one side of trolley outside area but overall cleaness is a plus and convenient for shoppers.

This trolley stop isn't too bad compared to other ones throughout downtown. So I would have to say it's a pretty basic trolley stop.

Just a place to catch the Orange or Blue line trolley "on the wrong side of the tracks..."
