We are staying at the hotel and ordered dinner for our family from the Park Avenue Family Restaurant. First, we were grateful that they were very accommodating to special requests to alter the dishes to our needs, and the people we interacted with were wonderfully polite, professional, and personable. However, the food was over priced and tasted very badly. The steak was lacking and sinewy, for $50, the rib sandwich was disgusting and each person who tried it found it inedible, from weird taste to awful soggy texture, and the noodles (our altered dish to remove spice) had such an off-putting sauce that it was also inedible, with a strange bitter after taste that made each of us sour to the dish completely. For the price, the taste of what otherwise looked like a great meal was so disappointing we will definitely never be eating here again

Finding a restaurant for a family outing with a fussy eater in the midst is challenging at best. I would say outside of staying at the hotel this place is in, I probably wouldn't have given this place much attention. As fate would have it, the cosmos intervened and boy, was I pleasantly surprised. It was a Friday night, the place was buzzing with guests taking in the bomber game in the lounge. Family dinning was past the bar, in what looked like would be used as a boardroom during the day. Carpets and decore could use a little sprucing up, but the quality and quantity of food makes up for it. Good selection on the menu, would definitely come back.

Inside the Four Points Hotel. Nice decor, quiet, fast service,and pleasant servers. The food is really good at a good price as well. I had steak and eggs cooked perfectly.Give it a try!

I had eggs benny. Flawless, nothing i would do to improve it. Our server, Faith, was excellent as well. I don't always give flawless reviews of places, because I can usually spot downsides, but there were none to be found.

By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced at any restaurant. Despite consistently weak service, our family used to come here often because it's quiet and the food is good; however, after a particularly upsetting experience (on a special wedding anniversary), we will not return.

Newly renovating so can't change that Fall turkey special very good Gravy exceptional. Not out of some dry packaging. Barely room for the dessert!

Decided to try the Park Avenue restaurant today as it is close to our new house in Fort Richmond had the fish and chips special for $10 with Rhianna. Server Patricia was wonderful and I would definitely go back it looks like they have a nice menu and a nice lounge as well.

The food is good until you get to the hair. We're staying at the hotel here and have some food credits, but they're going to waste now because we found hair in our food 2 days out of the 3 we ate there. Not going back, Smitty's has a great breakfast just down from here.

Very good little restaurant with a large variety and daily specials.

After a long day of travel, it was very nice to sit down to an excellent prepared meal. Very clean restaurant and some of the best service I have experienced in a long time.

Food has been amazing. Homeade Caesar salad dressing (not creamy) is so delicious. Gnocci, yam fries, chicken club - all tested and approved ;)
