I had to come here for a phone screen protector replacement. They didn't have the one my phone needed(my phone is less than 2 years old). They said I would have to get it from the company. When I purchased the protector here they told me I could always get it replaced FREE here if it was ever needed it. I don't mind the fact I had to go get it from the company but I had to pay shipping and handling fees. So once again Best Buy let's me down. I use to shop here and no other electronics company. This store is always out of what I need. When I come here to buy something they never have what I need. Why do they even have this store open any more if the store barley has any products in it to buy? This store is limited on products we need or want to buy. You may be better off going online. I miss the old Best Buy stores. My suggestion is to check online to see if this store has what you need before you waste your time and energy coming here.

Kind of a dying shopping center. They do have a few good outlets but you must have a need to go there as none of the stores really fot the type of "day outing" one would say. There's a mens warehouse, a furniture store, Starbucks, a random fish restaurant, a panda Express, a pet store, etc. You would need a reason to visit one of the stores, not the shopping center.

A very nice mall , I was looking g for a mesh ergo office chair and didn't find one that was comfy and under 300$ I later that day found one on Amazon , the brand was Office Star the cost was 270 plus tax.Its the best, I made a real good choice.It should be easy to find on Amazon, oh it was for my wife .She told me what she was looking for and I found it !!

Conveniently located in the heart of the valley. I enjoy the river walk behind the shops and trolley most for bird watching and nature photography. It's an easy walk for getting steps in. Note: if not shopping in the center you must park on the other side of the river opposite of Best Buy or you may be towed.

Amy at Best Buy was smart, helpful and patient among other things. There was good parking and the store seemed busy, organized and staffed appropriately. I spent about $2300 on a refrigerator after first going to Loews and Home Depot where they are under staffed and don't know...

The guys at Samsung section were extremely helpful and patient, explaining everything and answering all my questions about the new Samsung Active 2 watch. Made the purchase for a 44mm version Great experience, every time I come to this Best Buy for anything!!

Nice little strip mall that we usually go to for a bite at California fish grill. There are other dining and shopping options- we just haven't tried them. They have a large parking lot. Perfectly located off the I-8 when you're visiting and want to shop.

This is a large muti mega store shopping plaza. With a bestbuy, target, not sure but I believe a Walmart or something very large. And many, many small boutiques and food venues. Delightful, if you take the trolley, not so if you drive parking is tricky

That's a junkyard hard to find call before you go and have them explain where it is cuz it's not where you think it is a little difficult to find even if you Google it 38th Street doesn't run through to Home avenue it's on and 38th Street

Breakfast Republic is now here! A new Fish place came in! Great happy hour at Sammy's Woodfire Pizza. Plenty of free parking and right off the Green Trolley stop. Bus 6 will get you close as well. Near Mission Valley shopping Mall.

My place to see ALL of San Diego ... Because chances are, No matter where you live or what your socioeconomic class is, with all of the various malls and shopping/eateries in this Mission and Fashion Valley .. everyone ends up here

Everything about this place is bad. The staff are impolite and uneducated. The people in the computer part don't no anything about computers. The supply is short. Not many options to choose. Do yourself a favor and don't go there.

Great shopping center. Went with a friend and her dog, Sweet-Pea. There's a good variety of shipping here and always seems to have plenty of easily accessible parking. The area is decent enough with little to no foot traffic.

The guy helping me tonight was very nice and helpful. The new layout of the store was nice and everthing was clean. I wish they could still sell tmobile phones though not sure why they can't but that is the only drawback.

The shape of this lot can make getting around it a little awkward, but there is usually enough parking, and a good variety of shops and eateries. Plus, the trolley stops here, so it's very convenient to get to.

Very nice and clean. I wanted to try the breakfast republic and it was very friendly very helpful. It was my first time at the restaurant. Service was amazing and everything was on point. Going again for sure.

Food shops on little great places to eat pizza places one of them don't go as often as I used to but I still like it and then you're right off the river walk so that's nice walk your dogl and take a break

This is many stores but for the ones I went to Guess had reduced prices and the styles were current and I'm picky. Levi's was actually more for many jeans that tou could buy at Macy's. Like $60 for 514s.

Bought laptop over six months ago. So happy with my purchase and the service that I went there again when I needed one for my granddaughter and daughter. Knowledgeable and great customer service!

From the friendly gentleman outside displaying and offering masks to the service I received inside of Best Buy, I will continue to visit Mission Valley, even though I live a few miles away.

I come here a lot because there is a Target within walking distance of the trolley. There is also a Starbucks and many other restaurants. Panda Express is no longer at this location.

It was a pleasant mall not a really crowded all stores being very accessible located at the trolley stop which makes it convenient if you don't wish to drive or don't have a vehicle

Best in the west! Staff and managers go out of there way all the time too make sure we're pleased! That's why there still open and didn't loose customers because of the padmic!

Good place for shopping, clean, many spaces in the parking lot , variety of business. The theater is very good and comfortable. Is a nice place if you only like walk to.

Ok parking lot, some small annoying spots. But what can you do, have to shop here, just try to only bring smaller vehicles when I do shop here. Makes life allot easier.

Lots of shops there and nearby - Target, BestBuy, Trader Joe's, Macy's, Saks outlet, Cheesecake factory.. etc. Parking during the weekend was a bit challenging.

Great lunch at Cal Fish Grill, sat outside, quick service. Love the mixed fish and shrimp plate, Cajun shrimp taco, ala cart and awesome kale slaw.

Clean, cool shopping center with stores and dining options. There is a trolly stop there so you might run into the occasional homeless person.

This shopping mall has plenty of shops and very comfortable seating. I appreciate the fact that designed the mall with the customer in mind.

This is also a trolly stop, there are 0 signs warning of getting towed. Security tells me 30 cars per day are towed after 1 hour

My favorite places to go are Menchie's Frozen Yogurt, Staples, and the California Fish Grille.
