I was extremely impressed with Parkdale Auto. I was told by another shop that in order to fix my problem they would have to take apart part of my transmission, with many $$$$$. Parkdale, had my car and told me honestly what did and did not need to be done. They sold me two new tires better and cheaper than the other place and told me that there seemed to be nothing wrong with the transmission. They even gave me recommendations to transmission speciality shops that would charge less if the problem should return. In addition they only charged me for the cost of the tires and installation, and NOT any diagnostics. I am very impressed and will be going here from now on. Thanks Parkdale!

I've been a customer of Parkdale Auto for more than 10 years, they have consistently provided both excellent customer service and honest, trustworthy diagnostics with my various cars over that time. They will advise you as to what is urgent for repairs, what is recommended and what is optional, a level of service and honesty not often seen. I am almost reluctant to recommend Parkdale as they are also so quick with repairs I don't want my good recommendation to impair that. However I'm very grateful for the practical and helpful advice I need them to stay in business for another 50 years.

After getting a ridiculous repair estimate from a dealership (6K+) on a car worth around 5K, my sister told me about Parkdale. Took my car there and they fixed only the problems (what I wanted) unlike the dealership that wanted to replace every connected piece with brand new parts. Love my 2004 Lexus and so glad to be able to spend a few more happy years with it thanks to the gang at Parkdale. Highly recommend them. Can I give these folks 6 stars? I don’t usually write reviews but I was very impressed. They fit me in in short notice after my check engine light came on when I was passing through town en route to Prince George (and didn’t want to drive through the mountains with a warning indicator). They were very friendly, professional, honest, and got me back on the road as quickly and efficiently as possible, avoiding an unnecessary but costly potential repair.

These guys are so amazing. I have been going to them for 3 years since moving here. Great service, good prices, very very honest. Last week my car broke down 2 blocks from them. They walked over with a battery, got my car started and had me come back to the shop as they noticed I had some loose connections. They wouldn't charge me either. They treat me like their little sister! I recommend them to everyone!

Don’t take your vehicle to this place 5 years ago I took my van there because it needed a water pump They diagnosed it as needing heads & head gaskets I’m a licensed mechanic but did not have time to repair it The following week I changed the water pump & 5 years & 100,000 Kms later it’s still running fine.

Took my van in as wipers were hitting. Told me it would be $135 to diagnose plus repair costs. (And I had to leave it with them) Drive to OK Tire on Northmount and even though they were slammed they said they’ll take a quick look. Fixed in 5 minutes and $40 total including 2 new wiper blades.
