Een huis gekocht, met als verkopend makelaar Parker & Williams. Service en bereikbaarheid is ver te zoeken. Om dingen voor elkaar te krijgen moet je tot het uiterste gaan. Aangeleverde documenten met betrekking tot de VVE zijn verouderd. Huis word niet verkocht zoals op de foto’s. Na indienen van het bod, is de mooie houten vloer van de foto’s toch niet aanwezig onder de laminaat vloer. Raamkozijnen wie netjes waren geschilderd aan de binnenkant (vrij verse verf volgens onze schilder) zijn zo rot dat je er je vinger in kunt steken. Het schilderwerk dat in het voorjaar zou plaatsvinden (met handtekening en datum verkoper) word toch niet gedaan. Sterker nog er is geen eens geld voor schilderwerk. En nog sterker, de “gezonde” VVE uit de advertantie op funda blijkt minder dan 0,5 procent (de wettelijke minima) te sparen en in de kas te hebben. Al meermaals gevraagd naar oplossingen en oplossingen aangedragen, maar net als na de koop zijn ze ook nu slecht bereikbaar, en kan je als klant stikken! Ook tijdens de eindoplevering is het uiteraard gemeld. Notaris heeft een notitie gemaakt. Ik heb ze vandaag nogmaals maar weer een e-mail gestuurd. Maar ik verwacht weinig reactie. Hopenlijk doet de melding hier en bij funda iets, al verwacht ik weinig, mocht het anders zijn dan meld ik dat uiteraard.

Unfortunately, the agency rented me an appartment that was a constant fix and I even got flooded and the landlord did not fix it until 3 months later. The worst thing is that they work only for the landlord and are not objective at all. This agency even allowed the landlord to charge me 600 euro for ''cleaning costs'' which is a total abuse. I left the the apartment in standard state, nothing was broken. And the agency did not support me at all, they let the landlord charge me 600 euro even they know its a complete lie. I have never been so disappointment in my life from a renting agency like from Parker Williams and I have traveled a lot. Its not about the money but about the experience. And I can see others have shared similar negative feedback including the one about the representatives. So definitely, find other renting agency if you can

This company commits fraud regularly. We rented an apartment and they acted as the agent and posed as the management company. Once they’re received their funds from initial deposit they disappeared. Heilke and Rutger are fraudsters who will leave you out of pocket, I have a large file of evidence that has been filed with Belastingdienst, Enterprise Agency and Information Commissionaires Office. I highly advise to avoid using this agency for property in The Netherlands.

De medewerkster Anna von Wolzogen Kühr is niet op de hoogte van het netjes afhandelen van zaken. Zij wijzigt getekende contracten achteraf met de pen en dat is frauduleus. Is ook niet erg behulpzaam geweest bij het realiseren van noodzakelijk onderhoud want luistert relatief veel naar de (in dit geval) bijzonder zuinige eigenaar van de (wat verouderde) woning.

Anna von Wolzogen Kühr was the agent I spoke to and apparently she hasn’t been trained to work with customers. Didn’t want to give me enough information, was totally unhelpful and clearly assumed I wouldn’t be able to afford a place here in Amsterdam. It’s a real shame a person that can’t be friendly or helpful is actually working with customer services.

Highly recommend this service. I had just missed out on an apartment i liked, due to the competitive nature of the Amsterdam rental market you have to be very quick. Kim at Parker & Williams was excellent, she found me an even better apartment the next day in a great location. Sorted everything out swiftly and was extremely helpful.

We rented an apartment with these company last summer. Everything and everyone was very unprofessional. We do not recommend this agency at all. We have now moved out and found a new apartment with Property Manager Amsterdam and we highly recommend them.

As a tenant I must that say I'm very pleased with the appartement I rented in the old centre of Amsterdam. Proper communication and transparent contracts. Any issue with maintenance seems to be fixed within a day. Good service and prime locations!

Went for a viewing, but no one showed up. Called their office and found out the appointment was cancelled. However, no sms or email was sent to notify me. He did agree with me that they should treat their customers better.

Good service, nice and friendly guys. They are clear in their communication and reliable. After 4 years renting I got my deposit back, and now they successfully helped me with the purchase of a house in Amsterdam.
