DON’T GO THERE! Read the other reviews - they say the same thing! they are not capable not even a simple simple simple job to fix hem.. and she wrecked my skirt.! The lining was longer when I got it back .. and she even hung it up that it was so noticeable. A simple simple stitching .. - a Peter Nagar designer skirt , now wrecked. We went back and she is NOT SORRY! And RUDE! Don’t go there... she is not capable of simple job. Read the other reviews. And she is impossible to deal with IMPOSSIBLE! Shame shame shame!

I have been coming to Lina for over a decade for all my hems and repairs. Hands down, the best seamstress I have ever seen. I always refer to her as my magician because she could take a damaged piece of clothing and make it look brand new. I would never consider going anywhere else but here. Such professionalism and dedication to impeccable work. If you are looking for a reliable qualified seamstress, Lina is it!

Don't take your clothes to this place! I took a brand new pair of Zara jeans, she made one leg shorter. I went back to her to check how to fix the issue and she started yelling and moving my pants around thinking I will be bullied! I thanked for her poor customer service and hemming skills and left! I'm writing this so other people don't fall into the same trap as me!

Undoubtedly the worst dry cleaner I've ever used. Staff are incredibly rude and have no concern for their customers. Recommend that you find somewhere else that cares for their customers and wants the business - this place does not.

Brought in a an expensive pair of designer denim to be dry cleaned and they 100% used a regular washing machine and dryer. Jeans had shrunk and the colour was faded. Thinking about calling the Canada better business to report them.

I've been a client here since 2008. They recently lost my suit. They claim I picked it up. If I picked it up, I would not be coming back. They will not admit any fault. Absolutely deplorable behaviour. DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER.

Ruin clothing with misinformation. Told me one thing, then did another. My piece of clothing was unrecoverable. Not the first time they delivered sub-standard service. No idea why I went back. You get what you pay for.

Don’t believe the bad reviews.The lady,I believe is the owner and is quite lovely and honest. She always greats me with a smile! She’s hemmed jeans before and all my dry cleaning goes there. I won’t get anywhere else.

I go here all the time for dry cleaning and alterations - I've never had a complaint about either. They've done great, fast work on formal wear, uniforms, and casual wear, and always have a great friendly attitude.

I always get my dry cleaning done here. You get served by the pleasant owner, my clothes are always done on time and the extra services are done in store and perfect. Won't go anywhere else!!!

The owner is extremely rude. Terrible customer service to her customers. I highly do not recommend this place to anyone. She’s overpriced and does not get the job done. Don’t go.
