Don't park here!!! Beware of the scam going on at this 5th st. parking lot. I paid through texting as directing. Enjoyed evening at local restaurant. Came out to find a boot on car. Attendant shows up immediately saying I didn't pay. Forced to pay $145 to get boot removed when obviously had made every attempt to pay initially. Showed the attendant the texting trail. Attendant says that's what they do and I'm getting screwed. Further told had to pay $100 because they have a damaged boot. I didn't pay. While getting my car released, people walk by saying it happened to them and 2 others week before. There were 3 other cars in the lot that were getting scammed the same while I'm there. I stopped 2 others from making same mistake. The attendant couldn't make the texting work and those 2 driver's left the lot. I can't see going downtown anymore. Will report to city and Sundance Square.

The majority of the city offers free parking after 6pm. Heck, there's literally a parking garage that offers that just one street away from here. But I make the mistake of parking here thinking the policy would be the same. It's not, if you don't pay to park here, you will get a $140 fine with a boot on your car plus whatever arbitrary fees they decide throw on you, and the receipt will have an address that will direct you to a taqueria shop in Lewisville, Tx. None of it makes sense. Just save the headache and don't park here.

It's serious a scam and most of the cars had boots on them and the guy booting them was just rude and trying to start arguments with me. I just kept telling him I have no reason to argue im gonna have to pay either way. Mind you I tired to pay for parking and it wouldn't work for me, I was gone for an hour and came back to all that. You'd seriously be better off parking anywhere else. Please dont park there

Literally standing at my vehicle with the text on my phone trying to read how to pay lot attendant put the boot on my vehicle after I asked him not to and showed him the text message. He told me to hurry up. After it was paid he wouldn’t take it off. I know he has a job to do but yelling & name calling isn’t or shouldn’t be part of it. He said I was loitering. Very unprofessional & rude.

Fined but website doesn't work. Takes me to fort worth municipal and after chatting with employee Maria, she said city of Fort Worth doesn't handle that and that it's a private party. When tried to pay, it takes me to the city's website, which the have nothing to do with. Stay away from PMC.

simply put its a rip off!!!stay away attendants are horrible takes 20-30 minutes for your car they have no phone number to complain to the worst parking experience in DFW. y a mile. Just garbage. workers could care less and of course they don’t have a damn business card for their owner

I witnessed several valet employees harass a mentally handicapped person while with my wife at the Baylor Women’s Health Center. These young “men” don’t need to work around hospitals. I felt terribly sorry for that woman who was being treated as a lesser human.

Do not park here!!!! They will boot their own grandma and charge you $150 for the pleasure to remove it. I’ve been parking downtown for 20 yrs and never have I had an issue. What they are doing is unethical.

If they give you a ticket. You literally can’t pay it. They make it impossible and give you a website that doesn’t even exist. What a scam.

This company is a ripoff, if you see a PMC parking sign don’t park. Trust me, way over priced for parking.

This is a scam. They debited my account and then issued a bill in the mail claiming I didn't pay.
