I've always hated this garage! Not only does it charge exorbitant fees, but the parking spaces are miniscule. But today, I hit the boiling point when I returned to my car and found it booted for parking just a few inches over the line. It was infuriating because the garage was practically empty! In all my years, I've never had my car booted in a garage! I was forced to pay twice the regular rate for the spot and CHF 30 to remove the boot. It's clear that the owner, probably now a billionaire, is shamelessly milking every cent out of us customers. This place is a complete rip-off!

The only positive aspect is the pricing (quite cheap, CHF18 for approx 4-5h). Everything else was bad: - Huge queue to enter the parking (approx 30min to finally pass the entrance fence...). - At some point and for reasons we ignore, other 'upset' drivers went out of their cars in the queue, were shouting at each other and about to fight each other - literally. - No spot available. We had to turn for 20 more minutes inside the parking lot to finally get a spot. We went there on a Saturday afternoon and can't imagine the mess it should be during the week days.

Extreme expensive … tiny places and if you don’t fit you get clamped and need to pay an extra 41 euro. It is not possible to park 3 cars on 3 spots .. only very tiny ones. Still if your are somewhat over the line they clamp you and there is not room for discussion … people behind safety class unrecognizable and they do not speak any language or leave room for any discussion They only think about money until some client will really explode and get aggressive … they will get it one day for one or the other client … what goes around comes around

Finally! Finally and once again Finally! They had created XXL floor in this bloody parking, where I’ve scratched my brand new beautiful car several times. In the evening it’s empty. You can directly go there. Obviously, you will pay for it as in no other cities of the world, but it is Geneva. You pay very expensive, but you have places which they call here XXL. In the rest of the civilized world these places are standard, though. However at least the parking is very clean...for the money they charge, I hope at least it should be clean.

*Not stroller-friendly* Convenient location, prices comparable to center parking garages. However, not adapted for strollers. Elevator doesn’t take you all the way to the top (only to the escalators). So if you’re alone with children, you’ll have to rely on the kindness of strangers to help you through the stairs or escalator. If there is an elevator that takes you to the surface from the parking, I don’t know about it because it wasn’t well indicated. I’ll be using a different parking garage next time.

On the one hand, perfectly located in the center of Geneva. On the other hand, very expensive for very narrow spots where it is not possible to park today’s cars without having your doors dented or asking your passengers to get out before you park. The addition of the XL floor is great, but frequently full and of course even more expensive. Also, what’s with the attitude in responses to critical reviews?

been coming to this parking facility only in desperation because the spaces get smaller and smaller, and people with huge suv’s taking two spaces is common. This year the management launched a huge publicity offering larger parking spots at the bottom. Problem is that the traffic that develops to get to the bottom makes the larger spaces completely undesirable.

Conveniently placed to visit the Jet d’eau. Expensive ofcourse but that is to be expected. Our large car wasnt all that difficult to manoevre through. Best thing was that free spots had a green light that could be seen from far, occupied ones red. Saves a lot of time from not driving around to find an empty spot. Wish all parking garages had this system.

Good location, easy access to the center of the city, usually a lot of spaces. But the size of the parking slot is very very very little, if all 3 slots are busy, chances are that you'd have to sneak into you car via the back door (if you are lucky to have an SUV)... There are number of XXL spaces (4th floor) but for extra fee, which is biting.

Great location, right under the bridge in the heart of Geneva. Easy access for handicapped. Good lightning, plenty of pay stations and relatively clean with a manned counter, ATM and change dispenser for extra assistance. Would have gotten 5 stars if the parking spaces were not so tight (CRV is a narrow fit).

Super Lage für einen Tagesbesuch, kostet ca. 1€/10 min also 3€/h, für so einen guten Parkplatz ist das relativ günstig. Hell und sehr gut gekennzeichnet. Bezahlkarten sind akzeptiert. Hat Fahrstuhl und Toiletten. Insbesondere man ist direkt an den Touristen Attraktionen der Stadt Genf

Great parking just in the city center, you can easily drop your car there and go exploring the city. It is just under Geneva lake; very huge, can't imagine all the parking lots are occupied. There is a WC inside, paying procedure is straightforward and available in multiple languages.

Open 24/7, CHF ~4/h 7-19 (+ cheap night rate CHF 1/h), credit cards, height max. 1.95m, e-charger, extra slots for women & disabled people, kiosk, free restrooms. Guarded, bright & clean parking close to lake & city center. Recommended to save time instead searching.

A very big multilevel parking right in the center of Geneva. The parking places though are very tiny, and once parked it is difficult to open your and get out without touching the car parked next to you. So a damage is easily made if someone does not pay attetion.

Big park , with a nice view to the lake. it wasn't crowded when we where there , but there was no much to do aside from seeing the lake and the big watch. it's mainly a park for relaxation, the good thing you can see the fountain from there , it's just beautiful.

Very tight spots thus cars are rarely parked within the lines, (I've seen some taking up 2 spaces). Also, if your car is over 4.5 meters long it can be really tricky to park it. Great location but not that cheap, for that money parking should be more comfortable.

An sich ein gutes Parkhaus, obwohl man sich wirklich überlegen sollte ob man diesen Preis bezahlen möchte oder nicht einfach lieber ein paar hundert Meter weg vom Zentrum parkt. Außerdem sind die Parklücken super eng! Die XXL Parklücken kosten nochmal extra!

the staff is incompetent and unfriendly. there were about 40 parking spaces free, but you couldn't park because people parked over the lines. so many cars were just stupid in this park house and had to leave it and were forced to pay for it! outrageous!

Very tight for normal parking your car. You are risk to hit your car by other cars door parked beside you. If you are more high or weight cant go outside you car and next impossible to back inside car. Doosr are opening only about 30 sm. :(

Very practical as it's in the city center. Parking places are almost decently sized, but if you have a SUV expect a lot of trouble. Pricey as usual. There is a parking for larger vehicles in the lower floor, obviously at even higher prices.

Good location. We parked here twice during our stay in Geneve in March this year. Spent a few hours each time and cost us 6 francs first time and 5 francs the second time. Plenty of spaces, clean, and easy to walk to many places nearby.

Excellent location but car posts extremly narrow. Seems as it was projected for car dimensions 30 years ago, but I don't see any problem to widen up a bit with new line painting. It would result as a just a bit of lower capacity but...

Good location for access to lake and old town, easy to drive round and park. Little dangerous to wall through as no safe walkways away from traffic. Elevator and escalator to get to ground level. Price ok for centre of expensive city.

The spaces are impossibly small and the pricing in unbelievably high. But in terms of convenience and location, you can't go wrong. Pick pocketing and mugging a have been know to happen in the parking, day or night. Caution advised.

A very accessibill and tidy parking , there are designated places for extra big vehicles, the place is situated on the banks of Lake genve and minutes from all major attractions , the pricing is reasonable in Switzerland standards.

An excellent place to park at the tip of the Mont Blanc bridge a short walk to the old town, and shopping district along Rue de confederation with lots of coffee shops and restaurants on the pedestrian friendly city center

Preis ist für 1,5h bei 4 CHF OK und gerade bei der Lage auch sehr fair. Direkt am Ufer ist es ideal für den Start in die Altstadt, weshalb dieser Parkplatz im Vergleich zu anderen rundherum klarer Testsieger ist.

Secure, convenient and reasonably parking in the heart of Geneva. I notice some reviews have complained about the price but you are parking in the middle of one of the most expensive cities in the world.

Unhelpful staff, when there was confusion over the ticket. Inconvenienced numerous motorists, who were backed up for at least 10 minutes. Should have lifted barrier, then dealt with the confusion.

Wonderful location and overall great. Please install vehicle height limitation signs BEFORE the actual turn to the parking. If your car is above 195cm you'll have a hard time getting out of there.

As of May 2023 this is an excellent parking spot to get to the area around the Jet D’eau. There are parking spaces for XXL vehicles at the -4th floor that fit our rented VW Transporter T6.

Perfect location but tight spaces, especially big cars like SUVs and vans... It took me a while to find it using google maps.. it is not clear, maybe there is no clear sign of parking ..,

Convenient and nice parking with 96 XXL parking lots in 4th underfloor. Has two different exits to north and south at the end. Approx. 90+ minutes costed me 5 CHF. Great & recommended!

Good central place to park in Geneva, but be aware that this is a typical continental European underground car park so beware if you are in a high or long vehicle as you may get stuck.

Sehr teuer und eng, außerdem haben wir einen Stunde gewartet um rauszufahren. Noch nie Stau im Parkhaus gehabt. War das schlimmste und schlechteste Parkhaus in dem ich je war.

Pake hier eigentlich immer, wenn ich beruflich oder privat in Genf bin. Gut zu erreichen, zentral, sauber, preiswert und mit 6 Elektro-Auto-Ladesäulen für mich ideal!

Gut zu finden, in zentraler Lage direkt am See und unweit vom Zentrum. Unter der Woche mit genügend freien Plätzen. Nicht günstig, aber für Genf wohl normal.

Great Peking with lots of spaces!! My only issue is that the spaces are for smaller cars not large SUVs! But it’s still a great Peking lot with easy access.

I am a user of electric car, if payment with sms is not an option i suggest you go straight to 3 or 4th floor. I always have issues on second floor
