Poor customer service. Even you make appointment a day early, upon reached there the mechanic (Ah Chin) says can't be repair today (water pump) and he was put me wait almost 4 hours to entertained just walk-in high hand cars. In the end the boss very nice man help me to expedite. Very bad attitude of mechanical the guy who mentioned above (not all of them very nice too). Kindly look into it. Thank you.

Mechanics here are very professional. A young Indian lad help me to diagnose my broke down car and manage to find out the root cause with proper tools in minutes. He can speak mandarin and friendly. The boss is humble and helpful. He explain everything to me patiently. They fix my car within the same day. Charge is reasonable. Please give more support to this workshop weyyyy

The car repair and maintenance service I received from Parkson Motor was over my expectation. The worker explained in a great detail what was causing the problem and fixed it. Also, the prices are also reasonable, definitely value for the money. I will definitely gonna be back for the next car repair and maintenance service.
