Front desk staff is disappointing, booked appointments for a family of 3, booked one appt at 9 and the other two appts at 10 when we got there we were told the appts are one after the other (9,10,11) but they have multiple hygienists on staff. Who has time to be sitting in a dental office for 3 hours?? Worst thing is when I showed the receptionist we were booked simultaneously according to their email notification she did not even attempt to offer an apology and was totally dismissive. A lot of time wasted with this place because of the inefficient front desk staff. Your patients time is just as important as your staff, stop moving around appointments and messing up the times at peoples expense over your dentists and hygienists because they want to leave early! It shows the lack of respect you have for your patients. The time before they booked us for a filling and when we got there were told no filling was needed. Will be looking for other dentist in the area who values our time and money. Also high hygienist turnover, I’ve been there about 2 years and have seen at least 4 hygienists and 2-3 dentists no consistency. Wish my old dentist didn’t retire people just don’t have the same work ethic or regard for their patients anymore.

The Dental Administrator/Office Manager, and her staff strive to keep themselves current on various insurance plans to help their patients have ACCESS TO AFFORDABLE dental treatment. As dental fees continue to rise, insurance plans not covering 100% of the treatment, and qualifying for financing becoming harder to qualify, this leaves a greater financial burden on the family. The Administration team has helped my clients have access to dental treatments. Should you really have to choose between your teeth and your bank account? Parkwoods Dental Clinic Administration team get it! Take good care of your patients, go the extra mile, and they'll take care of your dental practice!

Okay, not too bad but a little too administrative heavy for my liking. Also ask all the questions about what to expect on your visit (filling out additional forms for 'your' file, insurance, next steps) because they won't but will expect your follow through. There's no grace for people who need to be prepped before a visit for what to expect...because they will simply deny you the dental care you came to receive, if you don't follow through. Also, expect to wait to be seen, not too long but Ive yet to see an appointment start at it's designated time. Outside of the above, there are some cool members of their team who ARE professional, on point and pleasant but this post wasn't about them.

This was my first time going to Parkwoods Dental (1271 York Mills Rd). I brought my mom in who needed dental work taken care of and everyone there was very kind, patient and friendly. The receptionist was understanding and made the beginning process very pleasant. Dr. Kiana Shojaei was the dentist who cared for my mom and she was very knowledgeable and made the whole experience for both me and my mom very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this dental clinic to my friends and family who are in need of dental care!

I had a root canal procedure done recently at Parkwoods Dental with Dr. Kiana Shojaei and it was the best experience I've ever had with a dentist. She was very professional, kind, and went out of her way to make sure I felt no pain at all. She did an excellent job and I felt not even the slightest bit of pain during or even after the procedure. She also made it affordable for me. I'm definitely sticking to her in the future for any more dental work. 10/10 facility and staff and would definitely recommend.

I got my tooth removed. Waited for 19 days to pain gone, it didn’t. I went there to make sure everything is ok but i have told nothing is wrong. After 19 days, i felt something in the space after i brush the place and it was a piece of tooth. Had to remove it myself since it was night time and i was unable to go anywhere. Staff and doctors are very gentle and nice. I am sure they are not bad at what they do and it is not a common mistake but sadly, my experience is not as expected.

My implant was done with Doctor Aman. Very talented, professional, confident young grad of the University of Toronto. Knows exactly what needs to be done. When he was doing the implant I was at ease and fearless because he knows his task thoroughly. Very nice and polite front desk customer service representative. Also, very neat and clean place. Maintain a high level of hygiene. Highly recommended if you are concerned about top-level treatment.

The reception was beyond expectation. The ladies welcomed my wife and I very warmly always with a smile. This set the atmosphere, relaxed, comfortable and accepted. Georgia did a great job with the cleaning for both my wife and myself. Very thorough, courteous and professional. Great attention to detail, meticulous and precise. All that sprinkled with humour which made us very comfortable. Great advice was provided. Absolutely recommend.

I'm one of those nervous patients and all I can say is that Dr. Arman is simply the best, most trust-worthy dentist I've ever visited. Not only he goes through every option, but he will ALWAYS put YOU first... other dentists I’ve been to made me very anxious of doing any work on my teeth, but Dr.Arman takes his time and makes sure you’re not in pain or stress, now he’s our family dentist!! 100% recommended!

They take great care of their patients (well, me for example). Not once was i worried about the procedure because they walked me through it. The staff was friendly and really made you feel safe and comfortable. If you are nervous about going to the dentist id suggest coming here, I'm someone who's high anxiety and i felt super calm even during a wisdom tooth extraction.

The hygienists here are excellent, but I had some issues with the front desk staff and the dentist. If you're considering any procedures they recommend, I highly recommend getting a second opinion. I ended up seeing two other dentists who both agreed that the procedure the dentist here recommended was not necessary and instead performed a less invasive one

Dr. Hat is an excellent dentist and my experience has been exceptional. He is very professional, calm, and someone you can truly trust. I had a few issues with my teeth and he took his time to explain everything thoroughly and provided me with advices that saved me money. I will definitely visit again and highly recommend him to anyone.

No complaints here. I got a free sample package and everyone's super nice here. They make sure you get what you need according to your budget and they don't push for tiny fillings that are not worth it yet. Strongly believe that the 1 star review might be salty competition or an individual with a disposition that attracts salt.

This new dental office opened in the Parkwoods Plaza beside the Tim Horton's I brought my son in for an emergency appointment and they were great. The staff was extremely accomodating in making the time to see him. The facility is brand new and very clean. I will be bringing the rest of the family here.

Terrible customer service, no etticates whatsoever! They speak to you like you're in a correction services! Never going there. Nothing against the Doctors, but extremely poor management. Many friendlier dental clinics out there and this place is certainly not one of them.

They dont deserve not even 1 star... Worst experience ever... they just take you for a consultation and nothing is done.... follow up with the specialist..I thought I was dealing with a special already....not recommending this clinic at all...watch out..

Absolutely fascinating! My dental hygienist is very friendly (I forgot her name), she always make feel comfortable. They've said my teeth is in a very bad condition, but I trust them for the healing process. Looking forward for my next appointment.

Dr. Sol is absolutely the best for the kids! My son loves her and isn't scared to go see her ever. He actually looks forward to his visits with her. All the staff work great with the younger patients they're kind friendly and super accommodating.

Really understanding, helpful and friendly. Clean. I'm not very good at trips to the dentist but they made it ok. They seem to have very new equipment, they used a high definition camera to show me my tooth, I've never seen this before.
