I am very disappointed in how the mall is being maintained. I'm not sure if it's because the mall is predominantly frequented by the coloured community and therefore no need for proper management but the conditions are terrible. The door at the bottom when you enter from the station, has been shattered and left like that for a few years already. The toilets are in a terrible state, no locks on most doors, the back walls are left uncovered and just looks dirty. The escalators are 90% of the time out of order and the ones at the banks has been removed leaving either the one at Woolworths or Mr Price (when the are open). Which are hardly ever working. The ones at Hyperama work 10% of the time, when and if it works, it's the one going down that is left on. The mall floors are cracked, chipped or just missing pieces. That mall has so many patrons and is always full but the service level by centre management is definitely not met.

The mall still short of a set of escalators which makes it an extra distance to walk to the next lift or escalator. Some shops maybe expanded, some got smaller, some moved to different location in the mall and some shops moved out completely. The food court is nice to choose where or what to buy and eat depending what you craving for or what your favorite food are.The rest room for men and woman are just around the corner toward Pick n pay. There are charging points available at certain location in the food court, to charge your phone as long as you watch it constantly and stay close by it. Otherwise just do what you need to do and go home. Nothing much to do.

Total Sport, Parow Center, Parow. This is a Sport Shop. TRADING HOURS: Mon - Sat: 8:00 - 18:00 Sun: 9:00 - 14:00 I visited the shop on 26 May 2023. There was only one customer in front of me. I did not have to wait long. I did not stand in a queue outside the shop. The shop was very clean and orderly. The staff was very supportive and friendly. It felt hearty. Both cash and card payments are accepted. There are restroom facilities. They stock a variety of products: Bottled water Running shoes Balls Running wear Towels Jerseys Tees Caps Team Sport Wear After Sport Sweats A CUSTOMIZE AREA I rate the store 5 stars

Escakators dont work fir 2 years..never fixed and in top of all most of the times rhe lifts dontbwork..elder people hve to walk down uncomfortable Escalator..shops closing to early.during the week.most of the type shops is not my shopping taste...Staff at the Checkers there is very rude and lazy and unhelpful especialy at the Kiosk session and cold meats session....love the goid priducts there and the shopnis always clean. Nit all tills have oackers.Pressure time too little tills open whike some is just standing around..

Average mall but some recent upgrades have improved the spacing, layout and variety of stores. Parow mall is situated conveniently on Voortrekker road in the heart of Parow, with convenient access to public transport. A bustling mall which has a decent (if not great) variety of stores for its size. There is a SK cinema too and the food court section was a recent upgrade. A newer upstairs section has ample space for walking and is well done. The mall is often pretty busy.

I REGRET COMING HERE. It felt like you were about to be robbed in there any second. Ceiling was falling apart, mall floor is REVOLTING with a sticky-feeling floor for every step you take. Just the cherry on-top for me was that half the stores didn't even operate on the MASSIVE generator that they have. EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED, only come here if you want to be robbed or want to get some BE-UP Playground sticky socks!

7 months pregnant with twins 10 min to 5 and the security sent me from game to the bathroom at the fix. Went there security sat on the bench sorry it's closed. I have to go to the one past Capitec. Went there had to walk the stairs as well as the escalator is not working. Got to the bathroom : sorry closed. After explaining I'm pregnant I really just want to use the bathroom. Absolutely no humanity. Nothing.

This shopping centre is well structured and accommodating many well known brands and companies which attracting lots of people including myself, but I was disappointed seeing untied internal roof with cables and wires hanging over my head. Much appreciate assistance with cleaning lady to easily locate the place I was looking for.

I literally grew up in this Mall. I went to Gym there,,I worked there,,and have eaten there on so many occasions. My husband still works there. I love the Food court,,all the different restaurants. It would be nice if they could get the Escalators up and running again,,especially for the elderly people

Parow shopping centre is a good shopping centre they have all the required stores as well as a good experience. Hand sanitizer and masks required upon entry. Security situated at the entrance as well. They are currently undergoing renovations and they will hopefully improve the infrastructure soon.

I experienced difficulty to find Identity Clothing Store since there is not enough signs to give direction. However, the staff at Identity were so calm and helpful and I was assisted in a kind manner and left there feeling good. I'll visit it again and maybe get familiarized with the centre.

My biggest issue with Parow Center is the escalators. The ones at Game have not been working for this entire year. My heart breaks when I see how elderly people have to struggle walking up and down those escalators. Management, get your acts together and serve the people who make the mall.

The center is okay, lots of shops but Safety is a big concern. Also alot of escalators have been off for months now. I walk through the center everyday and sometimes the lifts are also not working. It's not because of loadshedding because it's been like that a while now.

We received an old dried out and crumbling Gatsby roll stuffed with reheated fries and old viennas for more than R140. I had a few bites and gave it to the dogs I will never buy from this place again just absolutely terrible it's a pitty one star is the lowest rating

Great.. you can always find what you're looking for because there's such a large variety of prices amongst the stores within the mall... Whether you're there for quality, or quantity till your next pay day, you'll always find what you need...

My Anyhoo's ...Aai, I cannot hey...it's just confusion. Parking is a mess. Luckily it was a quick in and out. But I'd rather drive to Tygervalley. I literally only go when it's a pressing need!...So ... until next time... …

Can I give this place zero stars? What an absolute dump! I am shocked at the appalling state of this mall. It’s like someone decided to renovate then just stopped. Close this safety hazard. Avoid at all costs.

If the floors could be cleaned, there might have been a difference.... lifts disgusting. But seriously the floors had a smell everywhere. Where's the cleaners at? Let's not even mention the toilets... no man

It's a medium sized shopping centre with almost all the well known departmental shops in South Africa. You can see that it used to be amongst the best malls, but the standard has gone down.

The shopping mall is always clean , security is everywhere and the parking is always clean and safe parking officials are very friendly as well I'd recommend anyone to the parow centre

Not the best place to be during loadshedding. Most of the shops are closed during loadshedding. For a mall who recently got renovation you would exspect them to put in generators

Poor, pathetic, run down mall. They did upgrades years ago but never finished. Wires hanging out of ceilings. Exposed plumbing and vents. Parking is even more atrocious

I always go to this mall, my problem is the ladies toilet, with only one working tap and the handwash is in a coke bottle. Why has this mall downgraded so much?

I love my local mall,but it needs some attention with the lifts,escalaters and bathrooms. Other than that it covers all my shopping needs. Thank you.

Latest upgrade upmarket to a new including checkers parow centre.. Verimark excellent service salesman within checkers hyper Parow..many new stores

A very busy mall. Nice mall to shopping for all your Christmas gifts. Did places available as well as hyper market for all your household needs.

I don't like the idea that the cinema is no longer operating. Each and every other cinema is so out of reach when you reside in the parow area.

Always a great experience when you are in Parow centre. Just love it, most of the staff are very friendly . Very nice please to do shopping.

This mall has undergone such amazing reconstruction big mall with alooot of parking spaces.

Always under construction ... The food court has charging stations, that's cool …
