These guys are great! They are attached to Parsons Medical Clinic. Not only are they convenient to go to (pop out of the doc's office with your prescription and pop over to the drop-off counter), they are also very knowledgeable and caring. They will actually take the time to review your medical history and prescriptions so they can provide advice on what meds or supplements NOT to take together. I had been going to another pharmacy (part of a chain) and no-one ever bothered with this. Who knew that taking a calcium supplement at the same time as some of my other meds could be an issue?! I now have a much better medication schedule thanks to these guys. I guess that's what's missing with a lot of things in our society these days - the personal interaction and caring. At Parsons you get the treated the way it was in a more civilized time - with caring, compassion, and humanity. Parsons Drugs is small, but mighty. Way to go, guys (and gals)!

Had a negative experience here. Got two medications for 60 tablets each. When I opened at home only 30 tablets in each. Went back and they would only give me the balance on one of them. He said the owner filled them and he doesn't make errors. SO..if you are the owner.. your staff had a lot of confidence in you. Customer service....not so good. They said filled too soon. They should have said that when I first filled it. Instead they let me pay for 60 and only gave me 30 and refused to fix the error. I see such amazing reviews and I actually feel bad about a negative one. I'm certain the owner was told about this so a positive response from him would restore my confidence in them and I would certainly express that so my review is not so negative. Obviously from your other reviews this is an unusual case for you however it still needs to be rectified.

Pharmacy staff are excellent, and it's clear that they really care about their patients. They don't just talk about the specific reason I'm taking my medication, but about my entire lifestyle (exercise, diet) and how often I see my doctor. They look at everything. The staff members are lots of fun, and I'm on a first name basis with almost all of them. :)
