I really enjoy listening to Pastor Ben Stuart every week. I started coming to this Church just before everything went completely virtual. He might be one of my favorites to listen to. I feel as if I’ve learned more about the Scripture than ever before in a way that keeps my attention and is inspiring/real. I was completely weary of going to a mega Church and I really question the leaders of all large Churches. However, Ben is an exception to me. I feel his heart is good, and I never feel like he’s obsessed with his own image or self promotional. Give this Church a chance!

This church has an extremely broken moral compass. Consider it a social club, where leadership promotes mingling rather than community building. The church undervalues women (all of its communications are biased towards men) and does nothing to promote unity or pro-life principles. The church will ask that you volunteer your time, instead of putting its money where its mouth is and donating funds towards building DC's healthcare, welfare, and educational system. Maybe this works in Georgia, but this church has no place here in DC.

Can't recommend this church enough to anyone looking for a home in DC!!! It's evident that the team works hard to make sure every Sunday is prayer-fueled and rooted in biblical truth, the details are intentionally placed to make the church feel warm and inviting, and people who walk inside feel welcomed and loved. I also love the way the church discusses generosity and partners with nonprofit organizations around DC to spread the gospel through service. Also - the worship is INCREDIBLE.

Such a beacon of hope in our nation's capitol. SO thankful for this church where Jesus is lifted up and the Bible is preached. We were so encouraged and challenged when we visited. If we lived in DC or the surrounding area we would make Passion City Church our church home in a heartbeat! Love this community and what God is doing here. The team is so friendly and helpful. The worship team leads with authenticity. Pastor Ben preaches the Bible clearly, unapologetically, and effectively.

Going to church here is like attending an awesome rock concert for Jesus! It has the feel of a Mega Church. It’s a lot of age 35 and younger, but being 45+ we felt welcomed too! Pastor Ben has a relatable message about the Bible and real life, he’s a little funny too! Lots of small groups and opportunities to worship, community service and connect! They make it a point to invite and not just post in bulletin. Parking is city streets.

I went today for the first time and it felt like a youth camp. The crowd is extremely young overall, most of them looked like college students. I don’t recommend this church if you’re in your mid-30s and up. Unfortunately, they’re not welcoming either. There’s a good number of greeters but you’re not sure what their role really is since they hardly say hello. I’ll keep looking for a church where I’ll find community.

Amazing DC church. Ben is incredibly wise and so down to earth. The worship is second to none. The kids ministry could use a lot of work. The pro is it is very safe and they are very creative with the space and time they have. But the con is the space. They have got to figure something else out. And divide up the ages a little more.

Amazing Church and amazing pastor. I always want people to look for church’s that goes to the Bible for all their knowledge. It’s scary to me when some pastors can give whole sermons without Biblical backing. This church’s core values are everything that I believe God has called for every church and that is to be a Jesus church.

We’ve been fortunate to have gone to some really great churches throughout the country, but Passion City DC is as good as it gets. Everyone there is super welcoming and makes you feel like part of the family immediately. Pastor Ben is absolutely phenomenal, as is the worship team. I really can’t speak more highly of this church.

Love this church! When my husband and I visited for the first time we felt instantly welcomed. We've been attending ever since! The worship is incredible and we have both been so blessed by the gospel centered messages from Pastor Ben. If you're looking for a church in the DC area, I would highly recommend checking it out!

Great Bible teaching church for young professionals with opportunities to serve within the church and out in the community. Provide a lot of programming to keep folks connected throughout the year from community groups, to theology classes and block parties. DC area wouldn’t feel like home if I hadn’t have found Passion.

Highly recommend checking out this church at The Lincoln Theater! Passion City DC has been instrumental in my life —the community of friends, worship on Sunday, and sermons from Pastor Ben. I especially appreciate the way this church serves in the city by investing and volunteering with community partners.

Per the most recent talk given by Ben on 1 Peter 2:4-10 on 5/29/22, I am curious as to what happened to the Muslim woman who called Donna, "her sister." How did she respond to the conversation regarding Jesus as the cornerstone?

Loved the pastor, the worship, the generosity towards the community! God is working in this place. However, I found it very hard to get pass that "stranger" status. Most Sundays I felt like just another person in the crowd.

We continue to enjoy our connections with Passion City D.C church even after we moved away. We are so excited for the fruit of this church and continue to keep the church and our friends there in our hearts.

I was reading and watching about this church on Google, their pray, singing Christian song,all members are excited in pray. God blessed them and I have wish to go there and attend the church meetings

Great community at this church. The pastor delivers messages from the Bible in a very technical, but real world applicable manner. The kids and teen ministries are really well organized as well.

Been in DC for about 5 months and I’m only just finding Passion City Church. I wish I found it a lot sooner. My family had an amazing experience gathering with other believers to worship.

Great vibes, my spirit was built up while living in DC. The people serving are so full of positivity and the leadership is awesome. Was happy to introduce other's to online services.

I used to watch them online then they stopped sharing the Sunday service online. This last Sunday I was watching live and the feed immediately stopped bc they made it private.

I've been attending the last few weekends they are child friendly and accommodating worship is wonderful the sermons are good and the volunteers are friendly and inviting

I’ve listened to the sermon and I wish every preaching would be as biblical and scripture-filled as the sermon I’ve heard from the pastor .

Ben has really great energy. He is an excellent speaker. His sermons are explained in a modern way with personal examples and humor.
