Well first When I called in to make an appointment, the girl whom answered couldn’t tell me base prices. She said I had to come in to let me know ( I’m not gonna drive there to find out base prices!) Ok so I made appointment anyways. I came in and the three girls that were there... were to busy doing their hair and makeup to acknowledge i even came in ( I was the only customer). Finally one greeted me and sat me down and I showed her what I would like. She colored my hair..I sat and waited and the whole time they were talking but cursing like I wasn’t even there! When it was time to rinse my hair she turned the water on and it was freezing on my head! Then she has it super hot that I actually moved because it burned my head. She then got to blow dry it and cut it and she curled it which was great . I paid and left and i get to my car... I look closely in the mirror and pull my hair back and notice I had hair dye all over my forehead, all over my ears, even some spots on my neck and all on the side of my face. It’s like she didn’t even care.. didn’t bother to clean me up. Just fixed my hair where I couldn’t see it. Never going back again. Worst experience at a hair salon

Worst customer service. Had a wedding make up hair and trial and all went well until I stepped outside and got home to realize my makeup didn’t even match my skin color. It was orange. Faride seemed to have used the same foundation that she uses on everyone. Did not do a color match on me. Just decided to “blend it.” My foundation was cracked within hours (mind you she used her own brand that is supposedly long lasting and waterproof) and my eyelashes were falling. I had already left a deposit for the wedding day so the week of I kindly called and asked to use my deposit for another service as I did not like the work done on me. The request was denied and I was told it’s non refundable but yet I just wanted to use it for another service, even a hair cut. I was not told that information upon leaving a deposit. No where in the contract that I signed did it read non refundable or transferable. Neither does it list cancellation policies with detailed time frames or fees. The staff clearly doesn’t care about customer satisfaction and attainment. Will not go here again and don’t recommend it to others.

For my quince and my moms wedding we had booked a 10 o’clock appointment only for them to show up until 12:30 PM because they had said we had to go to the salon when we had contracted and paid them extra to come to our house. They had only sent two hairstylists and one makeup artist for four people. We had discussed with the owner, Patty that we wanted Patty and her daughters to do our makeup. Patty nor the daughters showed up. The tardiness and the amount of time they took doing my hair and make up caused a lot of setbacks with my limousine and photographer which was a lot of money wasted. The makeup was so orange, my extensions kept falling out. For the amount we paid they did a horrible job. The entire service was bad which almost caused mine and my moms special day to be ruined. Do not waste your time and money here they only treat you well if you have some sort of influence to help their business.

DO NOT spend your money and time with this business!!!! The owner and her daughters where very unprofessional in running a business. My mom had a contract and appointment with them for her wedding day. They were two hours late, had told us that we were supposed to go to the salon when we had paid them to come to us. This caused us to almost be late to the church. There was little time to take pictures like we had planned and had no time to have a moment to breathe in the limousine because everything was running 2hrs late. My mother almost had a breakdown for all the trouble and back up they caused. For the amount we paid them I expected better. We had even planned all this with the owner, only for her to completely ditch us and go out of country for an event she had which she never discussed with us or informed us of this!!! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME

So upset.. my hair girl was Jackie and I called to try to schedule with her to do hair dye this weekend for and one of the sisters answered me and stated she was busy and would check if there was available for the weekend and came back with ATTITUDE when I was super nice and patient. She stated I needed a consult or else they can’t do anything for me so I understood that and asked if that was something new for going in for consults in order for service because every place is different. She then gave me rude attitude and said she was the daughter of the owner when I wasn’t asking who she was all I wanted to know was if they were available and if it was required for consults. I had a rough day planning for my wedding so that was a cherry on top to receive poor service. Sad because Jackie and her mom patty are kind people. Will not return again.

I took my niece this weekend, and awful work was done. Lady Faride was such in a hurry unlike the rest of the quinceñeras. Her eyebrows were literally red colored and she was pale. Her hair did not last from the 1 hr ride home, no product was used on her. Literally leaving that place she was crying all the way back home. $350 just for me to get home and fix it. Patty was throwing shade towards people who do their “own makeup at home”. Their business and artists are influencers on social media which with more reason they should really be respectful and kind. Their personalities is nothing like what we imagined that’s why we went to their service. But will never go back again. Hopes this helps to those seeking reviews. Do research before spending money on places like these. Thank you.

I usually come here for a haircut and Jackie and her mom do a fantastic job. I love when Jackie takes care of me because she’s the only one who’s professional and minds her own business. When someone else does my hair, it’s like I’m a rag doll and they could care less about me. The two other daughters have a huge attitude and talk nothing but nonsense and cursing in front of customers, which is unbelievable in terms of professionalism. It’s gossiping the entire time, like I’m in a hectic episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians. When a customer they dislike leaves, they’ll talk about the customer in front of the rest of us. I leave this place with a headache every time, I don’t even want to come here anymore.

The absolute best in the industry. Every single one of the hairdressers at the beauty salon is trained, up to date and certified in the business. If you’re looking for the best in hair color, treatment and makeup or extensions THIS IS THE PLACE! Don’t let previous and old reviews be the deciding factor of your visit, remember that not everyone can afford the luxury of getting their hair done and some of these reviews are proof of “cheap” woman. TRY them and I promise you’ll fall in love with their staff-Karla is the absolute best hairdresser I’ve had, my hair owes her it’s life! Book your appointment and let them blow you away! PS-Don’t forget your mask!

Came in Friday afternoon for a consultation and was able to get in Saturday afternoon with Jackie . I have had horrible experiences with my hair getting lighten but Jackie made me feel so comfortable, she’s someone I would actually recommend The whole time I was in her chair she would constantly check up making sure it was to perfection . I appreciate someone constantly checking their work and taking their job seriously. Especially when it comes down to my hair . she’s worth every penny ! 10 /10

I absolutely loved getting my hair done with Kay, my first time ever dying my hair and she made me feel comfortable and welcomed! The results were beautiful and everything that I wished for on my first time, my hair stayed healthy and did not get damaged and the color is beautiful. She was also very helpful in guiding me with what products work best to take care of my hair after my appointment. Will definitely be going back and I would most definitely recommend!

Honestly these days no one knows how to cut hair anymore. This place did not even wash my hair for a hair cut. I thought a salon would do so every time you get your hair cut. This place doesn't deserve a star. The girls were unprofessional. And with Covid-19 I would expect guidelines but some costumer did not have there mask on. Mask should cover nose, mouth, chin but in this case it wasn't. Im not hating im just expressing my experience at this location.

Karla is my hairstylist and she is amazing! Ever since Karla started doing my hair I get so many good compliments from people! I always look forward on coming in! The whole staff is so friendly and amazing I love the atmosphere in there . I’ve been going to this place for almost a year now and Always leave so happy with the results of my hair ! Honestly, this place is the best. I'll never, ever go to a barber shop again! I've been to this place three times and they always leave me extremely satisfied! The women that work here are very nice and make you feel right at home! Highly underrated! 10/10! (Also today they played Beauty and the Beast and me being a Disney fan was extremely happy!) Again, this place is absolutely wonderful!

The staff is rushed and is not properly organized. I spent 4 hours waiting to get my hair "done" with my make up. My hair was curled twice with a thrown together braid. It looked dull and I went home to straighten it instead because it looked bad!!! Make up was ok. Not worth the price and not a good place to go if you're on a time limit. Would not reccomend.

Where is the 0 star when u need one! I went in asking for "Side Bangs" and this girl (although very nice) had no idea what she was doing her coworker had to come assist her and yet they both couldn't figure it out! Have never been so dissatisfied leaving a hair salon before .. mind you the bang cut wasn't your normal $5.00 they charge $10.00 #NeverAgain

I’ve been coming to patty’s beauty salon with Karla for a year and half now and always leave happy! Everyone at the salon are amazing and such a great vibe. I truly do recommend to come here if you want great service and amazing hair/makeup! They all make you feel welcomed and truly a great time being there.

So unprofessional! My aunt had contracted specifically Patty Ortega & her daughters for her wedding just so they can send some random workers of theirs. They arrived around 12:30pm, 2 hours late when my aunt and quinceañera had to be ready

They told me it would be a 20 min wait , it was an hour ...then the stylist asked me if I had bleached it and I told her I had never bleached it before and she didn't believe me....I had a long bob and told her I wanted to keep it that way

Made an appointment with Daisy, she did an amazing job. Showed her a photo of what I wanted and she did EXACTLY that. I have already received many compliments on my hair. It came out beautiful. I got a color, cut and style.
