We were in the process of purchasing a house when we needed to finally settle on an insurance agent here in Albuquerque after moving from Texas. At first, we were only searching for home owner's insurance, so we started with a list of recommendations. Two were unable to assist us and another kept us on hold for over 15 minutes. She was in constant contact with us, making sure we understood our options, the policies, and deals we could make, and she even made sure she contacted us the way we preferred (call or email). They were always available if we had questions. The coverage is so good and affordable that we decided to go with car and life insurance with them also, switching from our other unhelpful agent in Texas, which Ashleigh took care of for us by drafting a cancellation letter to send. It was all taken care of in a matter of minutes when we went to sign and look everything over. They took the stresses of purchasing a home and dealing with all the insurance choices away. They offer new discounts every year with combined coverage, and State Farm has done a wonderful job during Covid-19 by understanding the financial struggles and how we use our cars differently through lowering costs. Something can always be worked out with them. Besides their understanding during the pandemic, they continue to reach out and hold yearly meetings to go over policies and ensure we understand our coverage, as well as answer our questions and adjust any policies. They offer virtual and in-person meetings so everyone feels safe in their choice. Paul and his team are always available for our needs, and I've never felt surer in my decision on going with Paul and his team with State Farm. Thank you for being a constant in these crazy times!

Well sadly, we needed Paul and Erick to assist us yet again with a second wreck within 6 weeks. Same story as below... Without Paul and Erick's support and guidance we would not have been able to manage this incident so well. Again, between them and the State Farm Claims team, we are so grateful for the way they have all taken care of our family. Greatly appreciated. My family is very grateful for Paul's State Farm staff and especially Erick M. We have been long term clients but had never experienced a major wreck before, let alone processing a claim. I spoke with Erick shortly after the accident (he answered the phone, in person, every time I called) and he took charge and gave us very helpful guidance and support. From processing the claim to providing VIN specific evidence of coverage for our (potential) new vehicle, which Erick did literally in fifteen minutes, Paul's State Farm office took exceptional care of our family throughout this incident. It's hard to imagine receiving any better support from another insurance company or agency.

I recently relocated to Albuquerque and had to change insurance companies as a result. Our State Farm agent of 30 years retired and his clients were taken over by another agent with whom we were unacquainted. In addition, and understandably, their office was in a different location. Since we were having to basically start over we decided to look closer to home. We checked Google reviews on several agents and Paul Gallegos had stellar reviews. My husband called to make an appointment and Paul and Kim sat down with us and went over everything and answered every question we had and even some we didn’t think of. Everyone here has been so friendly, and they really take the time to explain my policies in a way that even a newbie-adult like myself can understand. I have a fairly unique situation, and Maddie and Paul have done a wonderful job tailoring my policies to fit my needs. They invited me in for an orientation meeting as well, which was a great educational experience and gave me the opportunity to ask questions I might have been too intimidated to ask otherwise.
