We had an issue where the switch was being tripped in the property and I had turned everything off, Paul took the time to explain to me over the phone what it could and try some other things before he came out. Still doing the things he suggested didn’t work so he came out had a look, explained the things that needed to be done and fixed our issue. Very friendly person, in my opinion didn’t cost too much I feel like it was a reasonable amount especially for an emergency call out on a Saturday. Oh he also quoted a price and then if that changed he talked us through it and explained before he fixed it. Very happy customer. Have taken some business cards to share and have on hand for future.

I highly recommended Paul Gerber Electrics, they are such great guys who are down to earth and provided a detailed quote and a number of options for house renovations we are completing. They even suggested some ideas we have not thought about and came up with some great ideas for indoor and outdoor lighting and did a great setup with the home theatre room. I was grateful that they took their time to explain what needed to be done and were very open and friendly, I only wished all the tradesmen’s were as professional and friendly.

The customer service was fantastic! I found Paul after doing a search for Werribee electricians on Google and read his reviews on Yellow Pages and True Local before calling. He was a lot cheaper than I thought it would cost to have some electrical rewiring done on an older house and it only took a few hours. Very pleased with how Paul cleaned up after he was completed and will call again if required – overall a very pleasant experience.

Our power went out and nothing would work at 9pm. Not knowing what to do we did a search on Google find an electrician in Melbourne who would come out after hours. Paul was very happy to help. Quickly found out the issue and resolved this without my fuss and got power back to the house within an hour. I cannot thank you enough Paul for helping us out and being such a good sport.

Paul was able to understand our needs very well and suggested few things which we happily accepted. We got all the downlights, chandeliers done with Paul and team and are very happy with the results. We also asked for few add-on on the day of work like dimmers, etc and they put it without any fuss. The work was quick and neat. I'll highly recommend him for future needs.

Rang Paul, explained the problem, exhaust fan in toilet not working, asked me to take photos of fan so he could see the size needed. Next day the guys came and put in the new one, problem fixed. Very quick and efficient service, friendly people, would have no hesitation in recommending them if you need electrical work done.

I had a blackout and needed an emergency repair. Paul quickly agreed to come after hours although he had to take time out of his personal work. He was quite responsive, soft spoken and good at his work. Quite professional in service and providing certificate. I would highly recommend his services.
