Paul provides a really professional service to buyers. We approached Paul recently after being gazumped on a property we due to purchase. Paul suggested another property to us, showed us around safely providing shoe covers, face masks and hand sanitiser. He answered all our questions and had clearly done his homework on the property. Paul was the agent for the property we purchased. We found him responsive and flexible through the whole process. Nothing seemed to be straight forward but situations were diffused when needed. Just the right amount of contact at the right times and no unnecessary calls etc. We got there in the end and were very grateful for Paul's support on completion day when things were delayed at the start of the chain and he waited with us for a few hours(!) outside the property.
