If you need an emergency plumber on the North Shore I would recommend PAV. I had a burst hose in my bathroom in the middle of the night (1.30am) after ringing 6 so-called 24 hour emergency plumbers in the Mosman area with not one of them answering, I called PAV, they answered immediately and had someone at my place within 30 minutes. I cannot thank them enough. Matt who attended was fantastic fixed the problem quickly (especially as he had to get up at 3.00am in the morning). After he fixed the burst hose he proceeded to actually mop up all the water off the floorboards in the lounge room, which I did not expect, but really appreciated. So thank you PAV, I have recommended you to my real estate agent and Strata committee for my building.

Matt and the Pav team provided excellent service replacing a busted hot water heater - kind, efficient and professional manner, and to my lay-person's eye the workmanship looks excellent. Matt was particularly communicative and forthcoming with different options, ensuring I had every relevant piece of info re. pricing, function and maintenance, and in providing clear and simple advice to make other fixes in future. He also left the space spotless, which comes as a nice change from sometimes lax cleanup standards among tradespeople. I have used Pav Plumbing before at a previous property and work has always been entirely satisfactory, but this job was exemplary!

Highly recommended to use PAV services. Jason, the Manager having met him, we were extremely impressed with his professionalism and understanding client needs. Excellent communication and follow-ups always. We have used their service before so I cannot remember everyone's name, but the staff who come are just superb, professional, very good at their work, polite and respectful. Recent work was superbly done by Andrew and Shaun. Special mention of Shaun who was the leader! Also they leave the place clean! No half-hearted job. Waited nearly 2 hours just to get a quote because they had "computer issues" Was quoted $1380 plus GST just to replace a toilet inlet valve... which is price gouging. Rejected the quote and was threatened to pay $140 for the quote. Replaced the toilet inlet valve and also re-seated and replaced a washer in a tap all inclusive for $494.87 including GST with a different licensed plumber. Decline to pay $140 for the quote. Reported to ACCC and plumbers association for price gouging, trying to take advantage of customers, and scare tactics.

I have used Pav Plumbing before & always been happy with their service. I called them again when after 30 yrs my kitchen roof began to leak. Murray came to assess the issue & invited me onto the roof to see the situation for myself. Subsequently Bill & Tommy arrived, as planned & on time. The join in the colourbond was sealed, ridge capping repaired, & the old rivets/ screws holding down the roof were replaced. Should be another 30 yrs before my roof needs more work! A very professional & courteous job. Happy to recommend.

Plumber came to unblock sink and shower . Was on site less than 20 minutes , did not advise on the cost of the job - just proceeded to unblock the drain . $482 for the privilege . Very arrogant and dismissive plumber when I asked for a breakdown of the cost and the rationale for such an extortionate cost. Again, I was not provided a quote . I would NOT recommend at all. Will be advising my building manager also to not recommend this company to other residents . Just feel ripped off.

Ryan gave courteous and convincing advice, suggested improvements and gave information I hadn't considered, re taps that needed replacing and installation of a washing machine to a temporary location, pending a renovation. I can't honestly judge pricing because I haven't shopped around since first using Pav many years ago, for various jobs. They aren't cheap, but I'm confident about the quality of their work, and their professionalism, which is why they're my preferred plumbers.

Hot water was gone yesterday at 5pm - after running my own tests I realised my hot water unit was completely done. Called Pav Plumbing around 6:30pm, they answered straight away and told me they could send someone out right away or if happy to wait til the next morning I would save money. Ryan from Pav Plumbing came this morning at 9am, told me my options, 3 hours later there was a new hot water unit and…. Hot water!!! Can’t recommend these guys enough.

Murray came to inspect and quote for damp-related concerns which I thought was related to the drain waste vent. He took photos around the unit and went onto the roof to investigate. He took photos of the roof - including leaves and dislodged roof tiles. He provided a verbal diagnosis and advice.... to seek help from another trade. Finally a diagnosis to match the symptoms! Thank you Murray for your honesty and wisdom. Extremely helpful.

The job was done very efficiently and on time. An effort was made to acquire the parts to fix everything the next day. The results are excellent. The toilet and taps were fixed that day and the hot water heater replaced the next day. Ryan did a really great job and even fixed the incinerator in a matter of seconds. I am beyond happy with the service provided today from Ryan. He arrived on time, extremely courteous and professional. We had our bbq converted from natural gas to LPG by Ryan today. He called ahead of time to let me know his arrival time. Was on time, polite, kept me informed of what he was doing and upfront about the price. Ryan even talked me through some tips on operating the BBQ! Great service and quick turnaround. Ryan was an excellent and skilled plumber in installing my new outdoor tap and connecting to the bbq sink including hot water as well! Not knowing that can be done. He was careful in removing our bbq outdoor kitchen units. He explained the important details to me. I would recommend this company. Great results.

I was very pleased with the service I received. Ryan and Lewis assessed the problem and Tony completed the installation of a new water heater on the following working day. I appreciated the upfront pricing. There was a callout fee of $150. The quote to apply some silicone to fix a kitchen sink which had dropped and pour some chemicals down the drain was over $1100. I did not proceed. Sean who attended was very nice.
