Good American shoe shop which started in india. This shop started around 2 years back. It is in vaishnavi cynosure complex, located on rhe first floor. The shop has men's and women's collections of shoes , sandals. They have formal as well as casual. They also carry some bags and few accessories. American chain has been closing lot of shops. I am not sure how this shop will perform. In USA , it is considered as the cheaper brand. In india, it will be costly. We had bought few shoes in the past and are happy.

The worst quality shoe and worst service from Payless . I purchased two pairs and after couple of wears both got damaged and given for service. And after I got them back from service I have found that it was repaired from a road side repair shop and even after service after a couple of wears again the same damage occurs and given back to service. If u r such type of person who can change the show after couple of wears u can buy it. Or else pls don't buy. Even the staff were not polite and professional..

Probably the only place where women with big feet (size 7,8 or even 9) can get a pair here. Good collection, friendly & helpful staff. They accept UPI and card payments. But price is on a higher side. With online shopping people gotto know the price of most brands which are comparatively lower that the one you will get here. So, it will be interesting to see if they can retain their customers with the price tags they have on their shoes.

Has a wide variety of shoes, in various sizes. Womens shoes are available even upto sizes 11, which is incredibly rare. The prices were reasonable. It might be too early to comment on the quality of footwear, so will save that for a a later edit. Edit: It's been over an year since we visited the place and all the shoes bought by my wife are still in a good condition. So seems to be decent quality.

The collection here we have is so different and good. More collections on women's footwear than that of gents. Prices are little bit higher on side. But quality seems to be good. Sometimes there are better offers too. Most of the footwear covers a warranty of 2..3 months for natural wear and tear of the leather. Altogether good experience with the customer service also.

Payless stocks women's shoe sizes of greater than 42. They have collections for both long and broad feet. The shoes have moderate longevity of around 1-2 years of moderate usage. This sales executive at this particular outlet stands out in particular. She was polite, helpful, patient, and made me feel welcome.

Payless is US store, know for cheap and good quality footwear, however it is not cheap et all in India. Name does not suits PAYLESS. Some footwears are mentioned as made in Brazil, I hope price will come down if they make in India. They do not have all designs in all sizes.

Good price Very less variety to choose from . I would love to give them 4 * for price , but will reduce for their bad customer service . I just paid the bill for two pair of shoes and realized one of them is little smaller , requested them one size bigger and they denied !!

Worst service by the receptionist.. I gave atm card to that fellow and he use my card until it got scratches all over the card.... don't know why this stupids do take are of business like that...my card is not working now..

I bought a pair of formal shoes and a pair of sports sandals here. I am satisfied with my experience. The collection here is less in number but we can find a good option in every category. Price is also reasonable.

For the authentic American Payless experience of getting sandals and shoes at 9,10 and even 11 and 12 sizes. . .head straight here !!!! Would be nicer to have newer models crop up, which has admittedly come down …

Okay Service. Pricing is done to say that their quality is good!!! It is far from "payless", it is the same as others, maybe the variety differs.

Decent collection of shoes for women. Did not find good enough for men though. Usually they will have one or other kind of offers.

It has lots of handbags and shoes for men & women. But quality is not great and usually sizes are not available.
