Peak 45 has quickly become an obsession for me. My first class was in SLC with Sunny and she was SO helpful to us newcomers as it is a little jarring at first because it’s fast paced and the moves can be complicated if you’ve never done it before but she was the BEST person to take your first class with - I highly recommend taking her class if you’re new. She also kicks A$$ and her classes will give you a great workout and she really knows what she’s talking about with muscle groups and all that. She’s helped me so much and always goes above and beyond to help and teach. Then I was hooked and I’ve gone to about 15 classes since then and I don’t plan on stopping :) it is the best workout I’ve ever gotten. My body is changing faster than I’ve ever seen it change and in the best way. I’ve gone to both Park City and SLC and I love them both for different reasons. The SLC location is kind of like a cave - it’s dark and the music is loud and the teachers motivate you like no other. The PC location is much brighter, seems a bit bigger and the teachers there are equally as awesome. I’ve taken classes with Sunny, Yaicha (AMAZING teacher as well!!) she really motivates you to get through it and plays the best music.. Natalie in PC is amazing! Brooke is awesome!! And Lo is awesome too!! I haven’t taken classes with any of the other instructors but I’m sure I will and they will all be amazing. I’ve heard great things about Joey too- we’ve been wanting to take his class but they’re always full!! Anyway, basically everyone is stellar and the workout is incredible. I’m a long time yogi and I never thought I would love anything as much as that but I do!! Peak 45 has made me so much stronger and actually helped my yoga practice because I’m so much stronger. It’s helped my skiing immensely too! I can’t say enough good things about it. If you’re skeptical take a class NOW!!!
I can't even BEGIN to express my love for this place. I first started with their two week pass and I kid you not as soon as it ended I purchased their 6 month pass. Believe me, once that has ended, I will be doing their monthly unlimited pass. Not only are the teachers amazing, they are so supportive and nice despite how advanced you are. Each class is different even if they have similar moves and they target different parts but leave you feeling shaky and great. If I could post pictures of the difference that these classes have made physically, I would. I have never been a big lifting or "workout" person, but these classes are something I look forward to going to everyday day/week! It is once of THE BEST if not the best workouts and workout places you could go to. If you are a local to SLC or even just visiting, you need to come.
Some instructors are way better than others & that makes a huge difference in instruction! I love Alison! She’s my favorite :) I love Alison’s cuing, energy & programming. She is very motivating & genuine too! I also like Joey, who has high energy & good programming. BUT…sadly others weren’t as good(maybe Yaicha had a bad day? Overheard her complaining about about the studio/owners(?) to a client, & made inside jokes during class etc.). I think I’ll check out a diff studio if I can’t take Alison / Joey’s class. Alison is really soooo good!! FYI: Some of the machines are a little old & the studio can get quite hot, which in my opinion can be dangerous with the workout as sweat can make you slip. They seemed inconsistent with the towels too. Some days they had them, some days they don’t.
I feel like this far I’m very impressed. I’ve only attended for one week, hence the 4 stars. I love the workouts, I love the instructors and even though I’m signing up for virtually the same thing every time- it’s always a little bit different. All the instructors have been super helpful with learning the techniques, suggesting modifications and frankly making me feel like I’m doing my best. I did receive a no show charge for a class I had canceled, and I was fine with the cancelation fee but somehow got charged an extra $30. Luckily they refunded it and were super responsive. I’m VERY excited about Lagree and can’t wait to continue. Hopefully a location opens up closer to Holladay soon!!

It's literally the definition of a "full body workout". I'm an avid skier, both backcountry and alpine. Peak had my legs in better shape than they've ever been before. I didn't suffer from soreness after my first few days on the mountain and I saw a drastic increase in my endurance. Peak has helped prep me so I can better enjoy the things I love most in life!
The ultimate secret weapon workout. I've spent years in the pool, gym, yoga studio, and doing other forms of fitness training. Nothing, nothing, has shifted my body as fast and as effectively as Lagree training. Peak 45 has amazing instructors that ensure you find your edge and then move it ahead. I'm 6'-4" this is a workout that challenges every inch. Core, obliques, quads, glutes, back, arms, your entire body will change...fast. Guys, if you're looking for something to truly up your game this is it!
Love the instructors and the classes. Always challenging but more importantly very rewarding. In my early 30s I had chronic lower back pain. I was doing different workouts like P90X and Insanity etc. I started doing peak45 and after a few weeks my back pain went COMPLETELY away. My core has never been stronger and my body has never felt better.
I always get an amazing work out, never plateau! I have noticed more strength in my body, more specifically my knees, that helps my recovery from higher impact activities. I have also noticed more muscle definition! I love lagree and Peak 45! The teachers are always amazing and continuously change up their routines to keep things fresh!
If you haven't done lagree it's an excellent workout. If you have this studio and trainers are great. I've been to a few lagree studios around the country and Peaks prices are reasonable and classes are consistently challenging. Classes seem to be getting more full (at least in the morning when I go) so maybe plan ahead.
Peak 45 is the perfect complement to running and the only weight training I do. It is consistently challenging and has given me strength I never thought I could have. The instructors are empowering, motivating, entertaining, and kind - all while kicking your butt. I love this place, these people, and this workout.
I love the instructor Alison! She is so tough! She doesn't leave a single muscle group unattended. She absolutely pushes you to your physical limit while somehow managing to keep a smile on your face the whole time. She is kind, and very happy to help modify the routines if you have any physical limitations.
Peak 45 has become a staple in my adult life! I love everything about this place. Everything from the instructors helping you push yourself through proper form and technique, to the vibrant & welcoming Peak community. Also the great music is a HUGE plus to give you that extra push and have some fun. 10/10
For a pop-in “client” to get online and personally attack an instructor and then glorify the others smells of insecurity….. ALL of the instructors are incredibly challenging and dearly loved! My husband and I are regulars and go multiple times per week and have been for years! . …
Truly the best & most efficient workout for changing your body. The instructors are challenging, knowledgeable, & fun. It’s difficult but safe - no impact & PT form- & nothing whittles you down faster. Nothing. After 2 C sections, I have abs again thanks to Peak. Best class in SLC.
This place is amazing!!! I just moved to utah and was recommended this studio - I would go every day if I could! Everyone is so sweet in the class and it’s such a community feel. The instructors are all excellent and playlists will hype you up so you have fun with it!! Love it!!!
Great class taught by Sami. The studio partners closely with the yoga studio in the same building for us of their locker room and showers. Sami did a nice job of keeping the class tough and also helping new students. My legs were sore the next day, which I take as a good thing.
I loooove Peak45. I have been going for about six months and I’m stronger than I’ve ever been. Great instructors. Convenient class times. I have visited few Pilates studios before I committed to peak45 and I am very happy with my choice. ♥️
Had the pleasure of getting to work out here on a quick trip to SLC from Denver. Amazing group of ladies and just great atmosphere! If I lived here I would 100% have a membership here. Lagree is hands down the best workout out there!
I have had a great experience so far at Peak 45! The instructors are very helpful with new students, and have been able to accommodate me while still running the rest of the class even though I have no prior experience with Pilates.
The instructors have been very accommodating with my changing needs and are always there to provide modifications to ensure I'm getting the most out of the class in the best and safest way possible. 152 classes and climbing!
After my ankle injury, I have been looking for low impact exercise that will kick my butt which is hard to find. Peak45 delivered that. I love that every time I go, it's difference combos. Lunges are killa though. <3
I wasn’t sure about Lagree before I joined Peak45, but now I am hooked! I love how it’s low impact, makes me feel strong (mentally and physically), and the community is so welcoming. Definitely my favourite workout!
This is such a fun and efficient way to work out. My core has never been so sore! All of the instructors are so encouraging and helpful. I’ve recommended this workout to a few people and they have all loved it!
Lagree is truly the best workout I have ever done. The workouts are hard challenging with a lot of focusing going on. The teachers are fun, outgoing and play loud upbeat music. I leave sore, shaky and sweaty.
Not only do I love the physical strength I've cultivated over the past few years at Peak 45, but I also LOVE the community. Peak 45 is all about proper form, technique, and positive affirmations :)
Peak 45 is my favorite exercise studio in Salt Lake! I love all the teachers, especially Joey! I've been going off and on for the past 4 years and I love when they have class packs on sale.

As a newbie (5 days in), I can say that I get it now. During today’s class I wanted to cry…it hurt in the best way possible. Can’t wait to see me after 5 months of this workout.
My body has never felt so good. I have bad knees from years of running and this method has helped me to build strength with out the pain. The Peak45 crew is also just the best!
If you like feeling the burn, this is the place! The space is clean, the instructors are fun, knowledgeable and the music is great! Beware, you might become addicted ;)
