I met Jonathan Peake when I was there and chose him to defend me instead and that was the best decision I have made having to be put in a position I have never been familiar with! I have used Mr. Peake’s services two times. The first time was around 2012 and now in 2020. Mr. Peake was very genuine and helpful during my first case. This time around though, I was dealing with more of a serious case. But Mr. Peake always had a plan or foreseen an angle that could help, even when it looked like it wasn’t in my favor. At our initial consultation Mr. Peake seemed very enthusiastic, but four years later I received a call from his paralegal yelling at me saying that I had not submitted the info they requested, when if fact I had. To end it all I saw on New Mexico court cases that my case had been dropped due to lack of prosecution. I then involved my uncle who is an attorney he called Jonathan and a few days I received a call that my injury case had been settled.
