It was a bit disappointing. Ordered Tuesday morning for Tuesday arvo (same day delivery), for a gift to be given Wednesday 8am. Came home to find that the box was missing the large candle and the hand cream, and only came with the flowers and baby add ons. Upon calling the number given in the confirmation email, I was redirected to the Bondi store. The man I talked to said to me that there's nothing they can do, except send an urgent email for the design centre (which was closed at this point), which he said would open at the earliest, 8:30am, which is too late for my intended gift. I was willing to drive to Bondi if it meant I could get the remaining components, however, the attendant said they do not stock any of the gift box items in their brick and mortar stores. So, with a half empty box, I drove to the supermarkets to see if I could find anything to fill up the box. Wednesday morning arrives and I have given the gift to my co-worker during our shift. A few hours later, a representative from Pearsons rings me up and we discuss what to do moving forward. We agree on a partial refund for the missing items. She explains that she'll organise the appropriate emails to confirm the refund with me shortly. A week passes since this phone call, and I've heard nothing from Pearsons, apart from promotional emails for new floral designs and gifts. Finally, I decide to call them myself yesterday and turns out they have processed my refund and it will be with me within a day. So what happened to the confirmation email, that I was wondering about? Overall, maybe it was just not my week, or Pearsons is simply not reliable when it come to floral deliveries. It was unfortunate that Pearsons forgot to pack 1/3 of my gift box, but more unfortunate that there was nothing that could be done about it. I would have been more than happy to collect them myself, but unfortunately customers do not have that option. Secondly, it would have been good to get that confirmation email, just for peace of mind, a bit of professionalism is lost there. Nevertheless, the flowers were lovely and I'm sure my co-worker enjoyed them thoroughly. But maybe there's something to learn from this experience.

My experience of Pearsons = “WOW!!!!” I chose Pearsons because I was impressed with what I saw on their website and I also liked that they pay their respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and their elders … beautiful! ❤️ I’m based in the UK and being totally rubbish on the internet, I decided to phone Australia directly … (ha ha, any excuse to be back in touch with my favourite country). After speaking with Margaret who had the patience of a saint, I eventually chose the Floral Dream and asked if they could make it “as pink as possible “ … and they did! Everything was done so professionally and seamlessly, from the arrangement and quality of the stunning flowers, to the up-to-date communication and prompt delivery. My son and daughter in law were thrilled to receive them and said they smell gorgeous. Thank you to everyone at Pearsons, I shall know where to come when the next occasion calls for the most beautiful flowers.

Felt compelled to contribute a review as there are many competing online florists with a good track record and it’s difficult to narrow down to one. In my case google reviews in part helped to inform my choice however the range and quality of the flower arrangements and gift options and also the Sydney wide fast delivery won me over. I ordered the ‘sweet spring flowers’ (for a family member) that came in a ceramic vase along with the optional add on of a tin of Byron Bay cookies. The floral bouquet looked gorgeous on the website and, as it turned out, were as gorgeous in real life (as the photos attest although lighting not the best) and definitely worth the price paid. Said family member was completely overwhelmed. The online experience was easy and delivery service seamless with good tracking information and notifications of delivery provided. Have another family birthday coming up and already planning my next purchase!

Well..today was my 32nd wedding anniversary. As you do..decided at 9am to send flowers to my wife who works in the city. Have been a Pearson’s fan for some years. Spoke with Andrea and asked if it was possible to have flowers delivered at such late notice. She put me on hold and checked with the courier. Alas..the courier had left for the day. Don’t panic...she said. The delivery supervisor would deliver it himself. All done and paid in full. Delighted to see a message from my wife at 11am with a pic of a most beautiful bunch of flowers. Crisis averted. Am now in good books for the next 12mths. Thank you Andrea, your customer service, empathy and willingness to help is so much appreciated. Thank you Pearson’s florist. I cannot thank Pearsons Florist enough! I have used Pearsons before and have always found their flowers and gifts to be excellent. But this time they excelled! Whilst on holiday my daughter and her boyfriend got engaged and I wanted to send her flowers and a bottle of champagne to her office at Sydney University. Unfortunately, the address I found for her office the website order form could not find it. After emailing customer service and telling Aisling the problem, within no time at all she found the postcode for the building enabling me to place the order. delivered them within an hour! AMAZING! And my daughter loves them!

I ordered the Moonlight arrangement for a family friend via the website. The selection of flowers to choose is very good and includes what flowers are appropriate for which occasions. The flowers and the vase looked stunning and the family friends receiving the flowers was touched during a hard time in their lives. The delivery was made on time as listed on the website and the delivery fee is very reasonable especially considering the personal touch required for flower deliveries, particularly when the occasion is sombre. Overall really pleased with Pearsons, thank you

Wow! amazing service, fast delivery and great communication! Late last night I ordered the special orchids in plant bowl, orchid care pack and a candle separately,. To my surprise the order was delivered early this morning! The items were put together as a small hamper (which i wasnt expecting as i had ordered them separately) and the presenation was beautiful. Yesterday for Mother's Day I received the most beautiful plant - Cyclamen in a pot. I am a plant lover and it is truly magnificent. The quality and weight of the pot is also quite surprising. Special shout out to the delivery lady who was so genuinely lovely. I have used this store several times for cut flowers and the feedback has been - never received cut flowers that have looked so good or lasted as long. Everything I have ordered or received has been of the highest quality. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous massive bunch of flowers. Not cheap but the flowers looked amazing. Only disappointing thing was my name was missing - not sure what happened whether husband forgot to include it or mistake, but for the amount of money spent you think the error would be picked up and perhaps, a call given to confirm name. My card said ( add name ) where my name should have been. I had a good laugh but husband was not impressed.

I wanted to send an unusual, modern flower arrangement to my daughter and chose Pearsons. That was years ago! When I travelled to Australia, I saw what inspirational shops they have and have continued ordering from them. Love the fact that they also include gifts that are not run-of-the-mill, eg perfect for parents of new baby. Andrea is particularly helpful.

What a disappointment. I googled florist and found these guys. I called at 7.30 to make sure they were still open, she said yes. I turned up and everything was closed I called the number back and apparently all calls get deferred to Bondi junction after 5 and this address is their HQ, they don’t even have any flowers. Perhaps a change of description?
