I’ve visited a few physio’s before trialling Peninsular Performance but none of them compare. The moment I approached Liam with my shoulder troubles, I immediately felt at ease. He listened, sympathised and helped me to explore where my pain was coming from and why. It’s his patient and kind attitude (alongside huge improvements in my strength) that will keep me coming back. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Laura is an excellent Physio, she has extensive knowledge and is a dedicated professional. I recently received treatment for accute muscle spasm, with immediate relief, and a list of exercies to assist with recovery at home. Laura is extremely caring and considerate whilst remaining professional, efficient and patient focused. I cannot recommed Peninsula Performance Physio highly enough.

I highly recommend Penninsula Performance Physio. Liam has been in charge of both my pre-hab and re-hab for several years now. As a physio he's empathetic, smart, and always looks for the most common sense and attainable approach to keep me tracking towards my goals. He keeps me training and keeps in contact with my coach if there are modifications or limitations I need to make.

Liam is a great physiotherapist. He has a vast knowledge and is great with clinical rehabilitation. As a local Osteopath in the area whose clinic lacks a rehab space, I regularly send clients to Liam for clinical rehabilitation and physiotherapy who have great success.
