"Absolutely DELICIOUS!! Came in for the first time after I was referred by a friend to try out this place! Will DEFINITELY be back! The kind gentleman behind the counter gave me a couple recommendations! I decided on the Pizza Sub with the fresh lemonade! The sub was perfect! Bread was crispy and crunchy, French fries are the fresh cut style and they were cooked perfectly, just the right amount of crispiness to them! Lemonade was that home style lemonade that’s so hard to find everywhere else! The gentleman even added in a cookie since it was my first time! Service was fast and my order was in my hands within minutes! I’ll definitely be back! Try the Pizza Sub! You won’t regret it!"
I came to the restaurant and watched an employee just come straight from the back and go straight to the line and make my food without washing his hands and putting on gloves. Afterwards he came out into the lobby and started cleaning the lobby and taking out the trash. I asked if that was my order he was making and another employee told me yes that was my order that he touched with his bare hands the meat , and cheese and the bread as he put it in the oven. She explained to me that that’s how it’s done here no gloves needed nor a hand wash. When I asked for it to be remade she caught and attitude with me and reassured me that restaurants don’t wear gloves and this location is no different. The employee that made my food never washed his hands from making my food to cleaning the lobby , taking out the trash and then leaving. I will not be back to this location I’d advice y’all watch your food being made here if you do,

We were in Nashville for a routine stop and followed it up with a lunch for us. It was a refreshing experience to eat at this location. I ordered a teriyaki steak & cheese sub and a large fry. The sub was excellent and the fries were crispy. Every sub is made fresh to order and delivered hot and steamy for their customers. The fries are made ready for each order as well. They were piping hot when the meal was delivered to me. I enjoy the malt vinegar for my fries and my sandwich to add a little zing to my taste buds. I also add a little seasoning salt for the fries for extra taste. The location was not crowded, nor was the service slow. We were greeted courteously by the employees and they genuinely displayed that they wanted to be there to serve us. This makes the atmosphere more pleasant and inviting to patrons. If you stop here, don't worry about the hospitality....they bring it and serve food as an add-on. Thank you for great service and attention to quality customer service.
Spent $65 on 3 sandwiches including fries and drinks. Sandwiches had nothing but meat and cheese. They looked as though they had been made hours before and set under a lamp. No fries and the beverages were hot and had no ice. All of which was delivered by door dash. Drove to the location and was greeted by the rudest bunch of “kids” stating that I did NOT order fries and requested sandwiches be plain. FALSE. The manager on duty required I pay for the fries again because he stated it did not show on his system even after witnessing the correct full order on my phone. He continued to argue with me stating he was NOT going to fix anything. What happened to customer service? Pleasing a customer?!?!? I will not return to this location and I will be contacting the store manager. Photos are of fries I received after I paid the second time.

It unfortunately it took 30 minutes to get one cold sandwich with only one other customer in the store and 3 employees present. One employee present was working hard on the grill the other two were moving slow and just were seemingly uninterested. The next and maybe biggest issue is basic food safety/sanitary steps, no hair nets were worn, so ponytails swinging freely over the shoulder and at times inches away from food being prepared. It made me cringe just watching. No masks worn like most other food places continue to do. Lastly my sandwich was made sloppy , not sliced in half and fell apart once opened. This was all just disappointing and an inconvenient way to spend a lunch break..

Attempted to order food from this location last night. Hours on the door posted say they close at 10 I walked in at 9:00. The workers didn't seem to have any common sense and allowed me to walk in and sit there before saying "oooh we just closed" this place hasn't been good since 2016-2017. Workers could've had a little more customer service and urgency had they let me know when I walked in they were closed I wouldn't have had an issue. I won't be back to any of these locations and I'll stick with Jimmy johns. And if you guys are closing and know you're closed why not lock the door versus sitting there and talking around with your coworkers until someone does walk in....
The manager at this Location (Penn Station bellevue) was extremely disrespectful to me for picking up a grub hub delivery. Someone else apparently had picked the order up but it never got to the customer. I called customer service and had them tell her to remake it as its standard procedure to remake the order in this situation. The woman refused and started to be very rude and disrespectful toward me. She said i was wasting her time and to get out. I told her she was wasting my time, making it hard for me for no reason and she needed to check her attitude. That woman needs to take her meds or stay at home.
This place needs to go out of business. They are disgusting. Employees using the restroom to take a dump, not washing their hands and then making sandwiches with their bare hands touching all the ingredients. When saying something to them they got an attitude as if I’m a “Karen” whose expectations are too high and as if I’m just a temperamental customer. It’s scary how gross they are. Like who doesn’t wash their hands after going #2? Are you in kindergarten? And are you kidding me? Just toilet to Turkey out here.

I went to this location at 9:30 pm on their BOGO free day (they close at 10), and Jess and Tony were more than accommodating with my to-go order. I knew they were trying to close up after their super busy day, but they remained professional and our sandwiches were probably the best I've ever had from this location. My orders were very specific, but they listened and even asked to confirm while they were making the sandwiches to ensure they were correct. Highly recommend. Thank you, Jess and Tony. Your service did not go unnoticed.
Always hot and delicious! The staff are great! The staff almost ran me off 4-5 years ago with their horrible attitudes, but this new crowd has a completely different vibe. The bread here is amazing! I would eat the tennis shoe teriyaki on this bread. The fries are cut and served to order and with a little vinegar shaken over the top, they are crazy good. The place is a little more expensive that average but they deliver a great product. The Reuben and the cheese steak are my usuals.
Reliably delicious! We're a small group who has met for lunch every week for years and Penn Station was always a favorite once every few weeks. They have stayed open through the pandemic and recently we went back and ate inside for the first time since February 2020 and it was every bit as good as it ever was. Tip 1: Get the fries. They're always made fresh to order and you can taste the difference. Tip 2: Try an artichoke sandwich because OMG artichoke!
Not the great Penn Station it use to be. The Italian sandwich I ordered only had one meat, and was 90% vegetables. I remember eating here a while ago, getting friendlier service, and getting better sandwiches. The staff wanted to act like they were closing 50 minutes early, but they had sandwiches on the grill for call-in order. There are too many good sub shops in the area for me to return to this one.
The food is consistently decent. I've never had a bad experience other than them occasionally leaving off a condiment, but there have been no disasters. Consistency includes being ready when they say, food tasting the same . For some strange reason there is a $3 to $4 mark up per sandwich when you use a delivery service, so always remember to pick up yourself and order direct.

One day I went in Penn Station, and it was ALL young men working. They made me the BEST sandwich I ever had there! It was delicious!!! But the other day I went back, and there was an older woman working on the grill. The grill was filthy dirty, and my stomach got upset after I ate my sandwich, and stayed upset all night. That's the WORST sandwich I ever had there. So it depends on who's working.
Amazing sandwiches but I would take it to go next time. While eating in dinning room 2 crew members were arguing behind the counter while doing prep. Made the dine in experience very uncomfortable.

Great sandwiches, very friendly staff, and clean building. I had the Italian and it was exactly how an Italian sub should be- all the right meats, cheeses, peppers, and seasonings in just the right proportions. Their fries are fresh, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, and not overloaded with salt. I'll be back to try their reuben for sure.
Uggghhh.. I love this place, but showed up today expecting to be satisfied as I always am.. The workers where definitely out back smoking pot.. Lemonade tasted like they made in a dirty garbage can. Little to no meat on the Italian.. 18 dollars for one of the worst meals Ive ever had. Hopefully its just this location..
Best Reuben in the city! I've had it 3 times now, delicious! The pizza sub was good too!

Stopped in to eat lunch while in Nashville for work. Always a pleasure to eat Penn Station. This location was a little slow but otherwise the food was excellent per usual.
11/10 experience, super nice workers, I didn't know what I wanted and Aedan helped me out, 100% new favorite sub shop …
