So 2 experiences that have not been great one was 3 years ago and a lady yelled at my husband for wanting to use the restroom and than just recently i decided to give it another chance. I went in and they were doing what I assume was roof repairs well as I was looking thru the store, dust and debris was falling on our heads not to mention the crazy banging that was going on. It was so loud we could barley communicate with the staff. The prices were insane, very very expensive. I don’t think I will be returning. Also floral print makes us big girls look like Homer Simpson in a moo moo it’s just not very attractive.

Every single time I've been to this location I've been ignored until the cash register. No one greets, no one offers to start a fitting room, I literally stood in the middle of the store with my arms full, making direct eye contact with the employee and she just kept doing her paperwork at the cash. I had to start my own fitting room, at no point did someone check on me, it's completely against the training Pennington's employees get.

I just left penningtons and I have to say I had probably one of the best most helpful experiences ever at any store. Vicky helped me with my sizes and I actually found something that fit. I felt extremely comfortable and not weird about my weight just a very accepting environment. I want to say thank you one more time and I highly recommend coming here if you need help with bra shopping! This is the place to go!

Had a fantastic experience with Kareena. She was super helpful without providing a feeling or pressure to buy. She helped me find my correct size by grabbing me different sizes for trial and error and she even came back to help me find other colors of the same item in my size. Left wifh 3 items that fit me perfectly and were super comfortable . Best customer service experience I have had in a very long time!

I just left the store. Most unhelpful associate ever. The only thing she said to me was "if you don't find your size we can order it online". Nothing after that, just went about her tasks as of we weren't even there. I REFUSE to shop in that chain of store ever again!!!! Please stay away from this store if you ever need bras. The prices aren't worth the service they give which is 0

Nice ladies. Absolutely zero ability to listen to what a customer is looking for . Overpriced, and poorly designed clothing. It would be lovely to see a plus size store that has clothing that flatters a larger body type rather than just making larger sizes of styles suited to slender body types. Did I mention high prices? #localguide

I spoke with Miriam at the Orleans location about curbside pickup. She could not have been MORE helpful!! Tons of patience, she walked me through the whole process (I am not techie at all) It was a wonderful experience and very much appreciated I have always enjoyed the staff in the stores as well. Always helpful and polite.

Extremely disappointed in the price match adjustment. Love the 500$ worth of clothes I purchased. The day after my purchase, they had a 40% sale amd refused to do a price adjustment or return the clothes because the tags were off.

Great options for plus sized ladies and things are generally on trend. A little pricey, but it's worth it for quality and the feeling of being able to find clothes that are cute, that fit, and will last.
