After being passed over to 3 different lawyers at the beginning of my Family Court Case, I was feeling extremely anxious about everything. It was then that I was assigned Jessica Kassab at Pentana Stanton Family Lawyers and I feel that this happened for a reason as Jessica was such a great support and lawyer for me to handle the rest of my case. Jessica always went through the particulars with me, and took the time to explain things I didn’t understand clearly. She was happy to answer any questions and even guide me to be able to find further information when I asked for it. She was aware I was a survivor of Family Violence and she was particularly careful to make sure I felt comfortable with what was happening and relieved my anxiety as best she could. I very much appreciated Jessica’s meticulous work and attention to detail as this whole process was very stressful for me and I felt calmed by the fact that she was so proactive in taking extra care to cover everything that was needed to be presented in the case. I also really appreciated that Jessica would always get back to me in a timely manner when I contacted her. I would highly recommend Jessica for legal representation, she is very knowledgeable and conscientious, but above everything she is a lovely and caring person who genuinely cared for the best interests of myself and my children.

I was dealing with some IVO matters and a potential unintentional breach, which was quite distressing. I got in contact with the Senior Solicitor Cheenam Mak and he walked me through the options that I had. He was full of compassion and understanding with my circumstances and also quite helpful, he was quick to action as I had court date in a week's time. Unfortunately, Mak could not attend the court day but another solicitor Thomas Lee had attended on his behalf. Thomas was really professional, the whole situation with the IVO was quite upsetting but Thomas had a really calm demeanour and was more than happy to talk me through the whole process, I appreciate this a lot. Overall, my experience with Pentana Stanton had been great, Mak and Thomas was able to negotiate a limited order on my behalf and also got the police to withdraw the IVO breach. Mak and Thomas were magnificent in their work and been really hands-on and quick to action with my case. I can't recommend these guys enough. Thank you again.

Very disappointed at how long they took for urgent recovery orders after the children had not been returned interstate by their father from a holiday. I ended up going with another firm as these guys wanted weeks of my time. Their voice recording which I was subjected to more than I care to count was not compatible with their service. Must be a very big busy firm which keeps you on hold a lot.
