I brought my wife's wedding ring in to have it upgraded. I wanted to have the diamond replaced and to add some glitter to the band for our 20th wedding anniversary. Long story short, Peoples had my wife's ring for almost a month and did no work. I called numerous times for an update and was always told they would get back to me with information. After my 10th phone call to Peoples Jewelers the sales person at Peoples had no idea what work needed to be done to the ring. The manager Tirup ended up compensating me for my time that was wasted. He gave me an amazing deal on a new diamond ring and band. I am extremely happy with the new wedding ring. If a business does something wrong then they need to make it right. That's exactly what happened here. I highly recommend Peoples Jewelers!

Impromptu stop into the People’s at Dufferin Mall and thanks to a lovely and attentive saleslady I left an hour blinging! Jheel’s customer service was impeccable. She was patient and knowledgeable and knew to navigate me to the right pieces… not with a view of having me pay more , but ensuring that I was satisfied with the pieces. The staff at this location went the extra mile in order to solve our trade-in problem. The shop was about to close when we arrived. The staff not only let us in but also stayed back 45 mins after the official hours were over. A big shout out to Ishika who stayed professional, calm and supportive.
