I rarely post reviews online but my experience with Peppertree Fashions was so bad that I will genuinely feel guilty for not sharing this with others. Went to perform an exchange for an item that was a GIFT and the owner felt the need to CALL the person who gifted the item to scold them for not advising that the gift they purchased was a final sale. All that was needed was a different size. NEVER in my life have I heard of an owner calling the person who gave someone a gift to tell them that they came in to exchange it for a different size. The "award-winning customer service" that the owner prides herself on is a complete lie. If you're wanting to support local, please support ANYWHERE else. The fact that innocent Winnipeggers are paying absurdly high prices for items that are so low quality bugs me. Please share this message with others.

I have shopped at Peppertree for almost 20 years. The fashions are appropriate to my age. I always get good advice and excellent service from Connie. You do not see yourself all over town if you get a piece from the shop. The lines she carries are often Canadian and her policies are environmentally friendly which I appreciate. She is also very supportive of several local non-profits.

Peppertree is the BEST little shop! I love coming here because, not only are the product lines high quality, the service is excellent - friendly, knowledgeable and professional. As a customer I always feel like they take a personal interest in making me look good and I appreciate that they never make me feel pressured.

This is my favorite store in Winnipeg! Connie is so helpful and is so wonderful at picking out outfits for any occasion. She also completes the look with the amazing selection of accessories from scarves to jewellery! I'm always getting compliments on my outfits! Thanks to Connie and her staff!

Always a fun experience at Peppertree. They really care about their customers and the community (lots of support for local charities). Easy to make an appointment for a personalized shopping experience, and tons of clothing / accessories options to choose from. Highly recommend.

I love shopping at Peppertree Fashions because they have a great selection, great assistance, and no pressure sales. The store has been kept safe during the Covid Pandemic so that I can shop stress free and know I can get the great service that I've always had.

What a terrible experience. The sales person was not accommodating and in fact was rather uppity and nasty towards us. Obviously, a business that doesn't care about getting new customers. We will never be back.

Very chic clothing, and I have made a few purchases for myself and my mother. The owner is very friendly and helpful as well. But, there is alot of stock, and not much room to walk around. But worth a look.
