We had our dogs on Perfect Bowl for awhile. The food was good and the dogs enjoyed it but they failed to deliver to us on the right day so many times that it’s was just too inconvenient to keep ordering from them. Unfortunately the service was pretty unimpressive - if it was my small business I would have got in my car and driven the food to a customer after multiple failed deliveries or at least offered to include some extra food to cover the days we missed. All we were offered was our money back for food that wasn’t delivered! Awesome! The delivery was messed up so many times we ended up on a schedule where we’d run out of food the morning of delivery and if the food actually arrived when it was supposed to, we’d then need to try and defrost it in time for the dogs’ dinner. Not ideal for a busy family who decided to order online for convenience.

I have been a long term customer of the awesome Perfect Bowl . Perfect Bowl has saved my life by making the most delicious hand made dog food for my 14 year old miniature poodle David . David gets so excited every time he has Perfect Bowl for breakfast and dinner and is always wanting second helpings ! The food has made David have so much more energy , he now has the energy of a 2 year old and his coat is so shiny and grows so fast ! I am blown away at how talented Wes and Alex are , the team behind Perfect Bowl , i can’t believe they are only in the early 20’s! David and the dogs i look after enjoy the fortnightly delivery visits from Wes , the dogs I look after don’t want to eat their food , they always want what David is having ! I hope they bring out a version for cat’s next as my cats are so jealous!

Perfect Bowl is amazing!!! I have tried a few different raw food suppliers which ended up messy, unreliable, expensive, and taking up a lot of space in the freezer! Perfect Bowl have been generous portion sizes (tailored to the individual dog), different flavours and my dog loves every single one of them, vacuum sealed into neat little packs in pre-portioned sizes ready to be defrosted, AND they give you a time slot that they reliably deliver the food to you every week We have one happy dog - not to mention he has slimmed down since using Perfect Bowl It’s a 10/10 for me!!

Each evening I remove a 2 serve frozen pack from the freezer to defrost. No doggy food tins cluttering up my fridge, one half pack is served in the evening the second 1/2 the following morning. A fresh smelling fridge all day. Danny takes his time eating, waging his tail and appearing to enjoy every morsel. Danny even allows Kitty to share with him, just a little taste. Best of all I think I can see his waist returning, no longer a little barrel shape. Delivered to the door is fantastic, no more tins means no more heavy bags to carry home. Our dog Byron absolutely LOVES this food. He goes mental for it, and scoffs it down twice a day licking the bowl clean. Not only does he love the food, but the service from this company has always been fantastic, delivery always on time, great communication, and always a friendly person to help out on the phone whenever we need to change an order if we are going away or anything. Cant recommend this company enough.

Perfect bowl is the best dog food I have found for my dog. The individual packets of food are perfect size and easily freezable. The food is extremely healthy so my 10yr old border collie hasn’t looked better her weight it perfect and her coat is beautiful and this has happened since feeding her Perfect bowl fresh food. The service is incredible I often get my order in a few hours once I do the online order.

We’ve been on Perfect Bowl for a few months now, and ever since, my dog Opal absolutely loves meal time, wolfs it all down! Best part, when I take her for her walks, her droppings don’t even smell bad like they did before when I was using store bought tinned food. So happy with my experience.

Prior to using the toppers, Penny would never eat her food at feeding time because she was holding out in case something better came up. Now, using the toppers, she's licking the bowl clean every time. She's a happier, healthier pup, and I highly recommend everyone at least try them.

Wow , Zoro just love perfect bowl! Before we started on perfect bowl he was only eating half his meals and now he completely devours them! With the added bonus of being able to select a meal plan I wont be forgetting to buy his food at the shops ever again. Super convenient!

Super impressed by Perfect Bowl! Daisy is an extremely fussy eater but she polishes off perfect bowl without hesitation! By far the best healthy dog food brand we have tried. The packaging is really well thought out and the service was excellent!

I put my family friends on to Perfect Bowl for their very fussy dog. I got high praise for the recommendation after the dog “absolutely demolished” his meals. For anyone thinking of trying this out, we would highly recommend.

Our cavoodle was so picky from day dot! We had to hand feed her dinner and sometimes couldn't get her to have more than a handful of kibble. Switching to perfect bowl was a miracle - she eats two meals a day all by herself!

These guys deliver service at every level! The deliveries are quick and on time advised but more importantly the food has changed our dog for the better! Get on board as soon as you can gang!
