One of the best audio installers I have had the pleasure of working with. Brett is extremely genuine and professional. His quality of work is second to none. He works a little differently to most. Rather than sitting around in a waiting room, he invited me into his workshop and walked me through everything he was doing, from soldering to pulling apart the centre console and dash. I could see he really knows his business. Pretty cool considering I usually like to do this stuff myself. You don't get that from your typical installer. I booked in my Lexus LS430 for a head unit install. I had attempted to do the job myself, but it was far too technical for my ability. It was a very difficult install even for Brett, needing other control modules and other gear to get it to work. However, Brett managed to work everything out and get everything working quite nicely and very quickly. Fit and finish was excellent. Couldn't be happier. I then started experiencing issues with my head unit and some speakers (bought elsewhere). Brett went out of his way to accommodate me and work with me. Well beyond what I would have expected. We managed to get everything fixed without any stress. Again, super happy. No complaints. I couldn't recommend Brett more. Absolutely the best! Extremely genuine and friendly. Prices are very reasonable for a quality install.

Had front and rear speakers fitted to my son's car. Brett gave us a competitive quote and the work he did to remove the badly botched up existing speakers and installing a set of Morells component speakers was highly professional. Being able to watch him take apart the car, fix the existing deadening and VERY dodgy wiring and install the new Morells was inspiring. He allowed us to stand and watch, ask questions and explained what he was doing as the job progressed. Be warned though! Brett very rightly doesn't like to cut corners. You can see he is very passionate about what he does and takes a lot of care with your pride and joy. It's rare to see such professionalism nowadays. It took over 4 hours to complete our install and I feel the price we paid, although high, was justified and my son is very happy with the result. If you want an el-cheapo job there are heaps of places you can go. But if you want a thoroughly professional and quality job done, Brett's your man. We'll be back to get a Sub Woofer installed in the future!

Recently purchased & had fitted an Alpine combination GPS, radio, phone unit from Brett. Competitive price, good quality, quick professional job, very happy & satisfied. A couple of days after installation I experienced an electrical problem with the car. Brett asked to have the car returned as even though he didn't believe the problem was associated with his work he wanted to be sure. He spent nearly two hours removing, replacing, re-wiring the unit to satisfy himself that the problem was in a remote area & most certainly was not associated with his work. I offered to pay for his time but he refused as he stated that he wanted to help & get me sorted. I eventually took the car to an autoelec. who found the fault & repaired it. WAS A LOOSE & BROKEN WIRE NOTHING TO DO WITH BRETTS WORK. Thanks Brett, a true gentleman with excellent business ethics, I would recommend Performance Audio to any one, excellent work & a good bloke.

My partner had his stereo fitted by Brett recently. We were both very happy with the work he did, and the fantastic customer service received. Before my partner's stereo was fitted, I spoke to Brett about car alarms for my car. Brett was extremely helpful and had great product knowledge. I really appreciated that Brett didn't try and sell me alarms that were more expensive and out of my price range as other places do. Being so time poor, we really appreciated that Brett was able to fit us in at short notice meaning he had to work past closing time. Very rare now to meet a person like Brett who is dedicated, hardworking, and happy to go that extra mile to meet the needs of customers. Genuine guy and we can't recommend Brett enough. I wanted to get a basic upgrade to my car’s stereo system and I have visited many places before dropping my car off with Brett. Brett is the only person that understood that I needed a basic setup and has given me an option which was 500 dollars cheaper than all the other places. Whereas the others just try to rip you off by giving you expensive options for absolutely no reason and won’t even bother giving you another option. Brett clearly knows what he’s doing and respects what a customer wants. Definitely recommend going here to get exactly what you want. Absolute legend

Absolute A Class installer! Just read all the reviews and no one has a bad thing to say. Brett went above and beyond to fit me in and give me what I wanted (which included sourcing some really hard to come by parts). Job was done in a couple of hours for a headunit in newer car and works great, as well as fits in with interior. I've been to a couple of places and always done my own work since then to get the job done right, but with a newer car wasn't confident and the work these guys did was everything I would have wanted!

My special thanks to Brett and his team especially Michael for his wonderful job he did on my car audio installation. I was delighted with his craftsmanship, technical knowledge and especially appreciated for his patient. The extra time and effort he put in to fix the wiring issues done by other installer were certainly worthwhile. It is a joy for me to experience with such dedicated and talented professional car audio installer. I will never go anywhere else.

Brett knows his stuff in and out. very very happy with the outcome. I got my Toyota Kluger audio upgraded with an sub, amp, all 6 speakers with sound proofing all four doors while retaining the factory head unit. The end result is amazing sound and great bass. Whole job was done very professionally and very cleanly throughout. Not even a mark inside the cabin. I would have given more than 5 stars if I could.

Stopped by after an early morning call to Brett with a 2004 Series 120 Toyota Prado that needed a new lease of life via some hands free iPhone action and Apple Car Play. By late afternoon I was driving off down East Link with my new Kenwood system at full tilt. This guy knows his stuff hands down. Total pro. He could fit stereos in the Space Shuttle! He was recommended to me and I’d recommend him to anyone.

Brett was extremely helpful with installing new equipment in my partners Suzuki Swift. The car had a previous system installed which was a complete mess and sounded terrible. Bret provided great service for minimal cost. He fitted a complete system perfect for my car, allowing for future upgrades. He took the time to fine tune it and show me how to adjust to personal taste. He doesn't muck around and is verified honest about what you need to do to get what you want. I recently had my cars speakers replaced and a reversing camera installed by Brett. He is Very knowledgeable and helpful in what you want installed in your vehicle and went through the process from choosing products to showing me specifically what had been completed. Highly recommended! They installed my new navigation system and reverse camera. Works great and looks clean.
