My dog was bit by a spider. He had a golf ball like swollen neck so we brought him into pet angel animal hospital. After spending over 600 dollars for service and medication provided. Dr.Ravi Putluru, DVM ensured us that in 2-3 hours after leaving our dog would returned to his “normal” self becoming more active & start eating as he didn’t eat/drink for 2 days at the time of the visit & that the swollen neck would start to decrease. Which was false information provided because nothing changed. He also tried to tell us that he was stung by a bee after we already told him it was a spider bite because we have a bad issue with spiders. We returned the next day because nothing he did had worked and seen a different doctor who drained the affected area which helped my dog to start eating/drinking water after 3 straight days of not eating. the next day the wound would opened leaving a huge 2 inch deep hole in my dog neck. So we returned to this place and Dr. Ravi Putluru, DVM said that we need to have the dead skin removed and leave open the 2 inch hole in our dog neck to drain when there wasn’t anything else to drain. he said we shouldn’t have put an e collar on his head and that he could bandage the area after removing the dead skin. We questioned him saying that he had just told us to leave it open and we had to put the e collar on him to prevent him from scratching it. His response was “oh yeah you’re right”. He also told us that we would have to use alcohol wipes & ointment to clean the golf ball size hole in his neck. we asked for a different doctor as we didn’t trust anything he recommended from previous experience with him. His response was “why come back if you don’t trust me & if you go to any other vet they would tell you the same thing”. We took him to a different vet & they were able to CLOSE the wound & treat him fully all in the same day & ensure us that we was provided with wrong information and apologized on the poor and inaccurate information given to us.

This place is an absolute NIGHTMARE. If you care about your animal, take them somewhere else!!! Ravi Putluru, DVM is the worst veterinarian I’ve ever witnessed. My dog had a spider bite, he ran bloodwork & gave us antibiotics and told us he’d be fine after 2-3 hours. After spending $550, we had to go back the next day because what he said was not true. My dog still wouldn’t eat or drink. Went back the next day spent another $200 for them to give him a supplement. The wound started falling off leaving a huge hole in my dogs neck, about 2 inches deep so we had to go BACK. For him to tell us there isn’t anything he can do we should just leave the wound open. The poison needed to “drain out”. A wound the size of my fist, almost 2 inches deep needed to keep it open… WHAT!!! We would have to come back for the next 4 weeks so he can “keep an eye on the wound” Told us no matter where we went they would say the same thing and if we don’t like his way then why come back to Pet Angels. He also said well y’all can bandage it up… I said I thought it needs to breathe and be able to drain, he goes “oh yeah” …. We went to a different hospital today for them to take my dog in RIGHT AWAY, start surgery, clean the whole wound out, stitch it up, and put a small draining tube in it just in case it needed to drain anymore. He doesn’t know anything about what he’s doing and you can tell he does not care at all. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

I started taking my dogs to Pet Angels in 2020. Over the last two years, both of my dogs have had unexpected health problems. It’s easy to have a good opinion of a vet when you have healthy animals, but seeing the way they handle sick animals is a lot more telling. They’ve taken such great care of my dogs, and they’re so good at taking the time to explain things and answer questions. Sometimes appointments run a little behind, but I’ve witnessed them take in emergencies even at closing multiple times as well as seeing my dog after closing when we needed an urgent visit (I’d much rather wait a little while for an appointment than have a vet that turns away emergency patients). Another thing that I appreciate is that they’re very open with their prices and don’t push you to do unnecessary things to make money. Also, nutrition is important to me. My previous vet wasn’t open to me feeding my dogs anything other than 2 brands of kibble and Greenies. I haven’t been made to feel like I’m doing wrong by straying from the normally recommended path, something that my previous vet made me feel. While I definitely believe kibble can be good and has its place, I don’t believe it’s best for every single dog. Having a vet that doesn’t down my opinions and is willing to talk about it is great. I don’t have anything negative to say about the veterinarians or staff at Pet Angels. Overall, everyone is kind and patient.

We had a 10am appointment and around 10:35am, I informed the staff that I was going to leave because it was taking too long and I needed to get back to work. They then told me that they were just about to call us back. The waiting room was packed by the way. They took us back and told us the vet tech and vet would be in shortly. Another 15 minutes passed by and as I got up to leave the vet tech walked in. She said she would take my dog’s history then it would be another 5-10 minutes before the vet came in. This place clearly has no regard for a pet owner’s time. Scheduling multiple appointments at the exact same time and having a packed waiting room only shows that this place cares about money and how many people they can squeeze in. I opted to leave the appointment and not have my dog be seen here. There are plenty of other vets in Jacksonville. The vet tech’s excuse was that they are busy. I’ve been to a top animal hospital on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. They were also always busy but they knew how to schedule appointments so that people weren’t wasting their time just sitting around. If you have hours to waste, then maybe this is the place for you.

Please!!! don't bring your pets here they are SCAMMERS all they want is money and they don't really care about your pet.. I brought my dog here for his annual vaccines nothing major but that night he couldn't sleep he wouldn't eat and he was in lots of pain from both of his back legs where they applied the vaccines... every year he takes his vaccines and this never ever happened so I called next day and they told me not to worry that I could take 24 hours for him to feel better although I told them this never happened before... but they insisted that is normal. so 48 hours went by and my poor dog still in lots of pain and still didn't eat either so I called and they told me to give him kid's Benadryl and to bring him in the morning to check on him... so I did next thing you know they wanted to charge me another $80 ??? lesson learned I will definitely go back to his original hospital which is Normandy Animal Hospital where I never had any problems I only went here cause its way closer but never again it's worth the extra 20 minutes drive to a safe on honest place where they actually do care from the wellness of your dog...

Janaia is an AMAZING VET Tech. She was attentive, patient, caring and provided EXCELLENT SERVICES with a beautiful smile. She answered every question we had and made she we left satisfied. She was a breath of fresh air. So incredibly easy to work with. Dr. Ravi is absolutely the BEST veterinarian I have ever worked with. He’s been our veterinarian since April 22, 2014 when he saved my American Eskimo’s life with his diagnosis of Addison’s disease. We were prepared to put him down because he was suffering, but Dr. Ravi told us to give him two days (Tuesday to Thursday) before doing so. Thursday, he was 100% better and Dr. Ravi put him on a treatment plan that gave him life until June 28 2022 when other issues surfaced, ultimately requiring him to be put down. Dr. Ravi is patient, professional, knowledgeable, he actively listens to your concerns and addresses everyone. I will only work with him. His diagnosis over the years have been spot one with both of my fur babies. Dr. Ravi loves what he does and it shows with every interaction. Thank you so much Dr. Ravi for handling our fur babies with the best care.

I went to Pet Angels for 5 years and had a wonderful experience. My dog was diagnosed with bone cancer which was honestly heart shattering. Though Dr Ravi was so professional and helpful in explaining everything to me. I saw him at least once every other week and he was so generous with his time with my endless questions and concerns, while also noting and reassuring me of my discernment as a dog owner. I will say the last 4 months, I started to anticipate waiting a bit until I was seen with an appointment, but I believe it’s not to the vet’s fault. Their more affordable rates just make them very busy & they were patient with dog owners with me that picked their brains. It’s just a give and take. If you’re pressed for time, this may not be the best fit but if you want quality care at an affordable rate; I do highly recommend them, just give your self a buffer of time be seen.

Ever since I got my baby pepper, they have taken really good care of her and even remembers her which is always a good sign. The prices are fair and the facility is always clean. It never has that animal smell which shows the cleanliness. The staff is always nice. I tend to go as a walk in. I don't think I have ever made an appointment and am always seen in a reasonable amount of time. But I do always tend to show up right at opening. The longest I've waited as a walk in is maybe an hour and a half because I chose to go closer to the end of walk in times which has no reflection on the speed of their services. And they communicated to me how long the wait would be too which was great. I have no complaints..I've gotten shots, getting spayed and even random little things because my dog has allergies. They are wonderful! Pepper doesn't like it though but go figure...lol

I had a really amazing experience at Pet Angels Animal Hospital!! They were super friendly and helpful over the phone and in person. Even though I did a walk-in for my dog, and they were really fast and efficient, but didn’t rush through her exams and treatment. I also got to meet and talk to the vet about 2 times during my time there. It was refreshing to see that they were super transparent with pricing. They gave me a bill of what to expect before treating my dog and broke everything down. My old vet charged for every little thing, but this place isn’t like that. Nothing was overpriced and I wasn’t unnecessarily charged for something that wasn’t needed. The next day after my appointment, they gave me a follow up call to make sure my dog was okay which was so nice. 10/10 experience, I definitely recommended this place to anyone!!

This place is getting WORSE and WORSE with honoring appointment TIMES. Had a 2:30pm(got there five minutes early) appointment today and didn’t get called back until 3:20pm.Furthermore once I was called back into a room, I waited another 30 minutes until the doctor actually came in. I ended up getting out of there at 4:30pm. You mean to tell me that it takes that LONG to administer annual shots?!!! These people are not ORGANIZED and are always somehow behind with the schedule. If you bring your pets here just know you’re going to be the for a WHILE. Heck they didn’t even say sorry got the wait. I guess that’s just a normal practice here. Won’t be getting my business or TIME anymore!!!!!Why spend your hard earned money somewhere your TIME isn’t respected???

I have taken 3 of my pets here now. They are very convenient and affordable. They take appointments and walk ins. I really like how Dr. Ravi shows exactly what is going on and explains what can be done to help the animal. Dr. Ravi worked with me the first time I went here with a very sick kitty. I had to go back for about a month straight, thinking he was gonna recommend euthanasia each time. My fur baby pulled through after responding to different size doses and meds. Leo and Stripe have been regular customers here. I highly recommend this place. I used to go to First Coast No More Homeless Pets before here. It was a nightmare to get in there and the wait was awful. This place is heaven compared to there. Thank you for caring and doing a great job!

the last 2 times i've been here there has been an awful vet assistant, i don't know her name but she is not attentive at all, the second to last time i was there i was in there for 4 hours, i was just getting shots for 2 kittens, the last time i went there it took 3 hours and i went because 1 of my kittens was having stomach troubles. they overcharge you so much i spent $350 for my kittens to get tested for worms and get dewormer meds. don't go!!!! they will take all your money!! the kitten package they sell online that they say is 50 dollars is going to be at least 90 if they don't get you waste money on everything else 50 for shots plus a 40 visitation fee. they lie always about pricing and will bang you over the head for a extra $100!!!

I have taken my 3 dogs and my 2 cats here and they have been amazing with all of them. 2 of my dogs are fearful of new people and they took things at my dogs pace. 1 of my dogs is heart work positive and is undergoing treatment here and they have been nothing but informative and nice. The treatment is actually really inexpensive compared to what I’ve seen it at other places. The over all cost here is waaayyyy cheaper than any vet I’ve ever been to. And you still get amazing service. I’ve called about a million times over the past few months and they have been nothing but kind and respectful. If you’re looking for a place to take your pets where the staff cares and that won’t break the bank I highly recommend Pet Angels Animal Hospital :)

Took my Baby to be cremated and the girl that did my order told me he would be ready for pick up in 1-2 business days. After checking on Friday 9-1 I was told I would have him on Tuesday. When I called on Tuesday 9-5 I was told he would not be ready until Friday 9-8. I called Pet Paws the place that was actually doing the cremation and they said I could pick him up from them and they would call me. I asked them to go over my order and after reviewing it was told there was no paw print done due to the girl that wrote up the order did not add it and he was already cremated so I could not get one. This is very upsetting for my husband and I so please make sure your order is correct before you leave there if you are going to use this place.

Updating my 5 star review after today’s annual visit. Plan for 100$ dog package to cost 260$, after 3 month supply flea, parasite,, heart worm prevention, rabies tags, and nail clip (20$). Quoted 1350$ to get teeth cleaned (5 yr old dauschand/chihuahua mix), and after spending all that, refused to simply clean hairs and discharge from her right eye- tech was told by vet not to waste their supplies- that I had to purchase eye irrigation from pet store. So I had to go to front desk and wet a cloth in the water fountain and do it myself. 100$ annual dog package is misleading. Quite a change from my 5 star review last year. One star for being open on weekends, but be prepared to pay!

I have a 9 year old white Persian! He is gorgeous. I brought my baby to Petangels. His name is Flower. He had been coughing and not eating much and vomiting! I had not even thought about a possible hairball. They took an xray of his stomach. The Vet said we will need to do exploratory surgery right away. I thought no way are u going to start cutting him up! Then i told them no and the Vet lady seemed mad! She saud well u have the estimate, like $2200.00 so call us if u change ur mind. I took him home! J swear that night he coughed up the biggest hair ball in history! I am so glad i did not listen to their dumb greedy vet!

My Alfred had bad news today. We found out he might have lymphoma. I am beside myself, but I will be consulting with Dr. Ravi once we get our test results. It took me 26 years to find a cat as clingy as me, and I'm heartbroken about the news. This goes to show you can do everything you're told to do, and still have issues. This is the worst part of owning pets. The heartbreak is real. I used to work here, and Dr. Ravi along with his wife always did what they could for the best interest of the animal no matter what the owner had to offer. I love this practice, and will always bring my animals here.

I love the girls and doctors here! I’ve been coming here for maybe over 3 years now, and bring both my weenie and German Shepard here. They have appointments available, walk in times, and are open pretty late! Of course it gets busy, just like anywhere else, but they work hard and truly care about your animal. The prices are reasonable and affordable, If you wanted to know how much you’d be spending , ask and they’ll let you know ahead of time! It’s super cool here and I’m glad I found them! Sir and Ollie are thankful for them! ❤️

I’ve taken my pets to a couple of vets around town but this will be the vet we come back to. I brought my dog Lady in yesterday as a walk in. She was suffering from itchy environment allergies and was absolutely miserable. Our wait time was not long at all which was great on a Saturday. The staff and Dr were extremely friendly and took great care of Lady. Lady left out of there a happy patient and I was a happy pet parent. She got the care she needed and is feeling some relief. They even called to check on her today. Thank you!

My cat Sophia came home with a very nasty wound on her belly. I called Pet Angels and got an appointment within 20 minutes which was the amount of time it took to drive there. We were put into an exam room and Dr. Vani came in examined Sophia, left to get a total on closing her up (which was totally affordable). I left Sophia in their care and received a phone call later in the afternoon letting me know she was ready to be picked up. The entire staff was welcoming and showed concern over our kitty. I found a lost dog roaming Collins Road. Since Pet Angels was the closest animal hospital, I brought the sweet boy there to check for a chip. The staff was so welcoming and made quick work of scanning this lost boy and speedily reuniting him with his family - not before proving treats and pets. Based on this encounter, I can attest to the level of customer service and the loving attention given to the pets that come through the door here. Thank you to the staff for helping create this happy ending for Loki!

Amazing! Every step of our appointments and Interactions have been incredibly pleasant and great! From setting the appointments to checking in to dealing directly with the vet and techs, everyone was friendly, welcoming and most importantly, on the same page!!! The prices are reasonable and they actually take the time to answer every question I've ever asked. They are far away for me but I'll make the drive every time to take my fur-babies to this group who truly genuinely care!

My grand pup went to this hospital and was seen by Ravi Putluru, DMV. He had been bitten by a brown recluse and was close to death. After going to this hospital 3 different times, Dr. Putluru couldn’t decide if the wound should be left open or closed, if he needed surgery or not, or even if the wound should be cleaned. He contradicted everything he said. I will never suggest anyone to bring their pet to this hospital to be seen by this so called Doctor of Veterinary Medicine!

Pet Angels at Collins St was great. We had to put our dog of 14 years down today and they gave us the straight scoop, not selling false hope, and they were very caring. Even though it was a Saturday and we were not established with practice, their prices were very reasonable. Dr. V. and all of staff were awesome to my sons as it was their first time experiencing the loss of a pet. They even dimmed the lights in the clinic to show respect when it was done.

Came here with my friend and his cat. The experience was awesome. Everyone was so sweet to his cat. So I came back with a my 9wk old puppy. Same experience. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and loving to my dog. Clean room, Informational staff as well! Highly recommend. I will definitely be coming back here. Appointments recommended but they don't turn you away. I have a busy schedule and did a walk in today. No wait and was seen quickly.

Met with smiles, explanations, not rushed / what a pleasant experience!! Clean and neat and not one smell that told me where I was either. Great tech that explained everything she did as she handled the new puppy for my little boy And the best part? I met the Vet!!! which is something you do not get to do at No More Homeless Pets. taking the new kitten in tomorrow and transferring older dog records over for care as well from NMHP. I am impressed.

We have been to several different vet offices and this is by far our favorite one. All staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and care about their patients. Their prices are very reasonable and take walk ins during the day foe unexpected visits. They even call the next day to check up on our babies from the previous visits. I recommend this vet to all of my family and friends. Every experiences has been a 10/10.

This vet is the best vet I have ever been to. The entire stuff is amazingly sweet. The doctor knows everything what he's doing and has a heart and will work with you if need be. He is helped my dog since she was 4 months old and now she's a year and a half. They all love her. They all know her. And that's appreciated when it comes to a vet. I recommend this place to absolutely anybody meaning vet solutions

They will provide you the necessary meds for your animal but will judge you and treat you differently if you choose not to do all of their vaccines. And they will repeat them selves and push their agenda until you break down. the doctor repeated herself 3-4 times telling me to do the vaccines, even after my explanation on why I say no....that is not a unbiased doctor practicing medicine, as it should be.

I personally would not recommend Dr. V, she seems to be scared of big dogs which I was not a fan of, nor does she explain anything. I've also made an appointment waited an hour and was at the vet for 2 hours and 30 minutes. Also, they do not answer the phones, you will have to call at least 3 times before they pick up. I switched to a different vet and I am extremely happy about my decision.

A coworker suggested this place, I read the reviews, I am a google contributor and can tell fake reviews. Bre was wonderful! The wait is there because this place is busy. They don't rush and are very good on service, everyone I met. Nobody's perfect but I will recommend Pet Angels period. The price is easy on the wallet and we are very pleased with all the info, and service Goldie received.

I had a great experience at the Collins Road location. My baby boy was sick, and they took me right in without any hesitation. The staff and veterinarian spent time explaining everything, and answered all of my questions. Not even a few hours after arriving we were on our way to my sweet boy feeling better. I would definitely recommend this vet. Reasonable prices and great service!

We took our dogs here after hearing wonderful things from a friend. They were FANTASTIC with our two dogs, & charged less than half of what our other vet would have charged! It makes it so easy to rationalize taking them in when you know you won't have to sacrifice something major to do it! They have much better hours, too, & can fit you in at a moments notice. Highly recommend!

I'm very happy with Pet Angels. My fur baby Gia is a lot of work, and the Doctors and staff exercise great care with her. She needed dental surgery, and I couldn't have asked for better care for her than she received at Pet Angels. They had to extract 3 teeth, and everything went perfectly. I'm grateful for having such a great Veterinarian to trust with Gia's health care.

We have been using these services for our chocolate lab (3yrs) and our silver lab (1yr) for the past two years. Last week we took our silver lab to be neutered. Of course a perfect experience! The staff and doctors are so informative and super sweet! I can’t imagine ever having to go somewhere else. I trust them all so much and the prices are great. Which is a bonus!

This is the most AMAZING place anyone could go to. We’ve had such a rough day with one vet. I called Pet Angels, spoke to Jennifer and she was so amazing! They took care of both of my boys, they were so understanding and very very reasonable for price! I can say I definitely will continue to bring both my boys back here! Thank you for your compassion!

This was our first visit here and not under good circumstances. Our cat was not well and we knew it was time for her to cross the rainbow bridge . All the staff and doctor were very kind and made our visit a little easier to handle. They let spend as much time with her and stay with her as she crossed over. I went there on Monday and it was our first time and I was a little nervous because of the bad couple of reviews here. We went for a eat infection and they treat us so nice. I think it was Doctor Ravi she was very nice and explain what she was doing and what she was giving us for my dog. I really liked it and I am very happy we found our Vet for my baby.

Pet Angel's is is the first consideration you should make when thinking of your pets health. The staff here will make you feel welcomed, and the care your pet receives will make them want to come back! Our Coco actually gets excited coming inside! We owe so much to Pet Angel's, and we have a veterinary home for life.

They are always super friendly, and willing to work with you to get your fur babies seen. They have fair prices for great care. I recommend them for any of your fur babies. Also if you come in with a real cutie you get to hear all the vet staff go awe and fuss over how cute they are! These folks are a treasure.

Very respectful, pleasant, and transparent with everything regarding my pet and his needs. Often busy here and you must be patient with them because they are available for walk ins. Staff was easy to communicate with, and the Vets were outstanding! Overall MY personal experience here so far has been positive.

Jasmine (iris) is one of the best vet techs I’ve met. My dog has bad anxiety and allergies and she made my dog and I so calm and reassured. I can tell she really cares about her patients and their owners. If u need a loving/reliable vet tech then she’s your girl. Thanks jasmine for everything!

Wonderful staff , very professional and clean place. Our tech Ms. Angie was absolutely wonderful and gentle with our kitten. My son was nervous how our kitten was going to react for his first check up, and Ms. Angie was so good at reassuring . Made me so happy we chose to take our kitten here

Loving this vet so far, the techs are super sweet and the doctor is friendly and helpful. He takes the time to thoroughly exam your fur child and not just skim over. Prices are fairly reasonable. We will be returning! Benelli loves the techs and the doctor and all the treats they give her❤️

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Dr Ravi was awful and negligent. Which almost resulted in the dog dying and had to take the dog else were to get proper care. Why work at a public animal clinic when you could are so careless of customers concerns once expressed to you?

This place is a blessing. The veterinarian, techs, front desk and groomer are fantastic. Everyone is so thoughtful and concerned. My puppy, Bama got excellent care with the vet and was groomed beautifully by the groomer! I will definitely use Pet Angels for all my puppy's needs! …

I called to see if my dog wesley can be seen in short notice due to his allergies ...they told me yo come in and when i got there they took wesley right away and gave hi m his allergy shot ...now he is feeling relieved and so was I.... great staff ...with empathy...kudos to you all

Another solid A++ visit with Pet Angels. Took a kitten we found in the road and they were amazing as usual. Saw a different vet than before and both have been great. Not to mention front staff and all the vet techs are so sweet and knowledgeable as well. Cannot recommend them more.

This was our first visit at Pet Angels. They are awesome!!! All of the staff are friendly and welcoming! My frenchie is quite psycho lol and they were beyond patient and understanding with him. They answered all of my questions and are reasonably priced! We will be back :)

I love this veterinary hospital and so do my six dogs. I drive an hour from Georgia to bring my dogs here. A very caring and professional office. The prices are also great. Being open seven days a week with extended hours makes this office amazing too. Highly recommend...

Not a bad vet. But they are a little slow at getting you in and out. I had a 10am appointment for my cat. Didn't go back to a room till almost 11am then didn't get out of the place till about 1145. Other than that it is what it is. They are good with your pets just slow.

Spent thousands of dollars here over the years. My dog still has the same issues he had on day one. Came back to get flea meds and they won’t give it to me unless I pay for another “visit”. Find somewhere else that’ll actually help your pet and not just string you along.

We were extremely pleased with Pet Angels, the veterinarian took much time to answer all questions about both of pups but especially our older pup. Appointments were easy to get, qqlove they are open on the weekends also. Facility was very clean, highly recommend.

Is it called Pet. Angels because they try turn your pet into an angel? They almost did mine. Fortunately, I got her to a real vet in time. This place is a strip mall money grab. I will never take another pet here. Suggest you don’t either if you love them.

Every Emergency. They had been there for my pup's. They brought my schnauzer from certain death by poison back to full health. They charged me a third of what the emergency room wanted to charge, to bring my boy to full health. I can't recommend it enough.

I'm so thankful for pet angels.they make it affordable .also the staff is verry sweet .I absolutely love all the vets .there honest tell u the truth. I've got 3 dogs . I drive 45 minutes to an hour just to get here.I definitely recommend this place.

We took our daughter's cat in for an issue and back again today for a recheck. Everyone was polite and efficient. They even told us what things would cost before running a test. They answered our questions and explained everything clearly.

My recommendation is to stick with the same Dr since they don't have the same criteria or opinion about how to implement the different wellness plans. Excellent customer service , very helpful talking to the Dr and clarifying the mistake.

We have one large dog as well as six cat, we have always received excellent service at very responsible pricing. I also maintain several feral colonies and the have seen several of those. I highly recommend them to care for any ones pets.

Very happy with my visit they took care of my puppies at the best price in town with the best service and a very polite staff highly recommend this animal hospital and I will definitely be bringing my pets here from now on!!!

Absolutely lovely staff, handled my baby with care and genuinely cared about his well being. Also I feel like they are the only clinic open on Sunday, as awful as it is that I had a emergency I'm thankful that I found them.

Awesome place to take our pup and we’ll definitely be coming back. Brought our Millie in for her first round of shots and the staff was amazing. Everyone was incredibly informative and kind. Dr. V was great.

If you want a place that is actually happy to see you and your pet, this is the place. Very reasonable prices and reasonable wait times. I’ve been here about 20 times and I’ve never had a bad experience.

I was directed here by a friend. It’s a FANTASTIC veterinarian. I’ve used them for usual checkups and a few emergencies. Sometimes you have to wait but for the care and cost, it’s ALWAYS been worth it.

The place is neat and clean, the customer service was good and the employees seemed passionate about their job. Finally, they found the exact diagnosis for my dog and prescribed the right medicine

My pet was in crisis when I walked in the door. They helped stablize and treat him. They talked me through every process and step. They even called to check up on him a couple of days later.

This was my second visit and i will definitely be back. This location is wonderful! The staff are extremely nice and loving to the fur babies!!! Decently priced on services and very clean.

When we arrived at this office, we were taken back immediately. Our dog was seen within 5 minutes. We were in and out within 30 minutes.

Great doctors and staff, but I took 45 min to see to see the doctor and get everything else, eventhough I had an appointment.
