On Friday 22nd, at 1:30 pm, a Sri Lankan male agent received my puppy and didn’t deliver proper services, He didn’t clean her properly he missed out many things like cleaning her ears cutting her hair properly. I was not satisfied with the work, and it was the first time I dealt with your company. I have contacted the branch and maid a complaint. They gave me an appointment with Jessica, Nad Al Hamar branch, on the 24th at 4:30 p.m. She was very professional and gentle with her treatment. She cleaned my puppy exactly the way I wanted. I really apricate her work and many thanks to her. Puppy Oreo .

Small branch but almost everything is there. I find it hard to search something for my bunny (hay or bedding) even in the biggest pet stores I have went usually only for cats and dogs. But surprisingly here they offer a wide variety of choices for small pets. That’s why amongst the branches of pet corner nadd al hammar is the best for me. Their staff Rakesh is very polite and helpful regardless of whom is he talking to. A big thanks to him always for helping me find my bunny’s needs fast and easy.

A very wonderful and varied store, and it has a lot of luggage and various needs for animals Pets .. including the needs of cats, dogs, birds, parrots, fish and rabbits as well .. and the service of dealing is very kind and very cooperative with the customer and I want to thank the employee Mimi and Rakesh for helping me to buy the needs of my beautiful cats

Lovely little pet supplies shop in Nad Al Hamar. I was surprised at the variety which they had available. Usually pet supply shops carry stocks for the more common pets like cats and dogs, but this place has a good variety of fish, bunny and bird products. I bought bunny food from them. Good quality and price and most importantly my bunny likes it.

I had a fantastic experience at pet corner nad al hamar . The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. Their knowledge and professionalism were truly impressive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Very low stock levels for fish food . No variety and no alternative suggestions or anything of that kind . Not as good as other stores . Better check before the visits but even for that direct calling is not possible and have to wait lot of time to reach in call also

Friendly staff, quick and nice service. Location is a bit hard to find because of the road work on the way to their area. Special thanks to the guy who groomed our cat (sorry didn’t get his name) and to Lovely who organized the appointment

The shop is good, clean and strategic for Nad Al hammar residents. The shop assistance Ms Mimie is super friendly and helpful. They offer disc for this month (Jan 2023), please check with them maybe every month they have different offer.

Service is good with variety of products to offer. Pricier than The Pet Shop. Some crew are not trained with certain products. However a Filipino crew knows the products well and informed me about the application / promotions.

Professional and efficient service. Rakesh was extremely helpful in promptly coordinating my order. Delivery was quick too. Im very happy with the service and recommended to anyone who wish to order petfood and accessories.

A cozy store that surely takes care of all your pets needs under one roof Their toys are incredibly cute. A salute to the management for getting so many World renowned brands under one roof!
