The shop is very clean and have different breeds of dogs … all are fully vaccinated and microchipped which is very good because you will have peace of mind, when you buy from them no need to worry about anything. I like to give 10 stars to one of the staff there which is Roldan he is very knowledgeable and professional , he is passionate about animals and dogs in specific… he will give you the honest advice for what to buy and which one is good for you and you can follow up with him if you have any questions later on. We bought our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel in Petmania last September 2022. Roldan was the one who assisted us and helped us with the process. We spent more than an hour in the shop and Roldan was so patient with us. He is also sharing his own stories and some advices coz he also owns a cavalier. Now, my puppy is 7 months old, meet my baby "Sami". We will definitely come back in Petmania once we ready to buy our second puppy.

Horrible experience. They knew i was visiting to buy today. All of a sudden staff on whatsapp on this number +97145915909 refrained in a way that made me feel something is wrong or not legal is going on there. They just did not want us to reach there for some reason. Something fishy and not that they're going to close. They are open till 9pm or 10pm. This just does not feel safe.

All there puppies are vaccinated and imported . Highly recommended.... This pet mania branch... It's expensive but worth it..... We bought from here 4 puppies Last year,Aug.2023 (2-chihuahua long hair )and (1- pomeranian), then just yesterday(Jan.6,2024), we bought (1-Cavalier King Charles Spaniel) And all are male we took..... Very nice and so friendly .... Thanks ...

Roldan the sales guy has been very helpful on choosing our first dog with a lot of support and consultation on how to start with the puppy and how to take care of it. The whole experience was very smooth and highly recommended. Got the dog with the microchip and all his passport and vaccinations details.

Good customer oriented, Roldan assisted us with so much information about the labrador (puppy); guidelines and support with other information with the puppy origin. Vaccination is updated and puppy is in good condition, my child - 3 and half years old is in love with puppy and they become best friends.
