WARNING DO NOT GO HERE. I took my dog to be groomed here, 3.5hrs later when I returned, the woman said "he was really aggressive. What's his name?" I corrected her and said "HER name is [blank]". After 3.5hrs of grooming, she still did not know my dog's name or gender...really? Not to mention, when I was talking to the groomer and paying, another member of staff yelled out from the back "hurry up!" at me. My dog has been groomed monthly since a puppy, and has no behavioural issues. My dog was terrified and clawing at the ground to exit the building. She was poorly groomed and has longer tufts of hair, and completely bald patches. I knew something was seriously wrong. When I was walking out a lady came up to me and said "I have been getting my nails done opposite, and I have witnessed your dog being seriously mistreated. The groomer was hitting your dog in the face and ripping at her ears with the brush". The woman, even went as far as to enter the shop at the time this was happening and told them to stop and call the owner (me). Their response was to tell her to leave. I left my dog in a safe space, so as not to traumatise her more, and returned to confront the groomer. I was seeking an apology, but did not get one, rather she doubled down on her accusations. Again, the woman from the back yelled at me "can you leave?" Later that night, I received a call from the groomer apologising. I cannot accept the apology, and feel that it was only offered as bribe not to put a bad review. I will not be returning, and warn anyone else considering taking their pups here.

I booked my dog in for a groom here for 1pm. They said it could take a COUPLE of hours and possibly between 3pm-4pm which I had things to do so was fine. At 3.45pm I went back in as I hadn't heard from them when they told me it will still be 30min because they just need to dry and clip his nails. I waited in my car and returned back after 35min for them to tell me another 30min due to being busy. They had about 10 dogs in cages from the morning with 2 people working. I told them I couldn't wait longer and wanted to see my dog. He was still wet and they said they needed to dry him still and I asked why they would take on so many dogs if they can't keep up with the work which the employee blamed the boss for taking so many bookings!! I also noticed he wasn't even trimmed so after 3hours and 15min all they did was washed my dog ...!!! You bet I hooked up his lead and walked right out of there after telling them where to go :)

Bit disappointed I booked my puppy in for a groom told them it was a full groom also explained that I had to have him within an hour as that’s what the normal groomer takes with him I paid my deposit I turned up I then was told it was going to cost me more because they Didn’t consider they had to get some knots out of his legs also then they told me I had to leave in for 2 1/2 hours and that I should’ve told them that I needed in quickly and it would cost me more to get him quickly I explain when I booked him in that these were my requirements and I believe a full groom to be a full groom not only do you want us to cut his tail that’s extra not happy with the service would never recommend took my dog and my deposit and left

I have never had a shaved cat but went in for a lion's mane cut. They took 10-15min but I was originally told it would take an hour. I feel the cut was maybe rushed and not clean as it could have been especially around the feet. I was told they could not bathe the cat due to being agitated - which is fair enough. At $130 I feel there should have been more engagement and discussion, maybe offering to review the cut prior to leaving. All interactions were brief. I would have liked more cut from the head and feet so many be very specific prior to going in. Completely unrelated but my indoor cat came down with cat flu shortly after visiting.

Quality, Friendly and Happy Dog! Took my dog here for her second groom ever. She’s a little pomeranian who is a little nervous with strangers and very jumpy whenever I attempt to cut her nails at home. She had the full groom at PetStyles and she came out the happiest dog, they treated her with care and love and I can tell she enjoyed her time here very much as she wouldn’t stop smiling. I still remember her first groom at another place, she was definitely not happy. It makes a whole world of a difference here, and I will definitely be back! Special mention to their work as well, her haircut is very cute!! Thank you PetStyles.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I dropped my labradoodle off for a regular groom and upon returning found her to be completely singed and not groomed. A few days later when the dark singed spot on her back got worse I took her to the vet to find out she had been severely burnt by the dryer being held too close to her skin. I went back to confront the owner and was told that maybe she brushed the dog too hard. There is no way a brush can severely burn my dogs back. I asked for a refund and was given one but I will never return and urge no one else to go here.

Jess is absolutely amazing with my 2 Maine Coons. They are really scared to leave the house and don’t trust people in general but they always seem very calm with her. She always does a perfect job! She has never nicked/cut the cats and does not leave one matt unfixed (she even spots ones I didn’t see). She has even helped with pointing me to proper pet grooming brushes that has helped so so much. Not one local pet groomer wanted to groom my cats and she took it on without hesitation. I ALWAYS refer people to her when I get the chance and I can’t wait to go back.

I went to use this service for the first time today. We took our dog up and when my husband arrived our dog started to bark at some of the other dogs. The lady came up to us and told us we need to take our dog away and come back at another time and make another booking as she didn’t want the other dogs to get stressed! Are you serious! I couldn’t believe her response. Extremely disappointed will never return to use this service again! Looking at a mobile pooch service now.

Absolutely disgusting, I would not recommend taking yours dogs there at all. Upon arriving to pick up my shitzu I heard a lady trimming another dogs nails, the dog then whimpered and she proceeded to say “well I hope it hurt” . They are rude and don’t not treat your fur babies with love or respect, the job that they did with the actual grooming itself was not good at all. DO NOT trust your animals with these people!

I have a cheeky 3 year old Bichon Frise. She has been bathed and clipped at Pet Styles every 3 weeks, for the last 14 months. I have found the staff to be very friendly and courteous, and mindful of any special requests. My puppy is not only beautiful after her bath and clip, but just as happy when I pick her up as when I drop her off; unlike her palpable anxiety associated with visiting the vet…

This business is nothing more than a money making venture rather than a genuine care for dogs. I will NEVER be taking my dogs there again. Once was enough. If you want your beloved dog(s) to be treated with love & respect, don't take them to Pet Styles. Both my babies ended up injured & traumatised. The way that the staff treat & talk to them is disgusting. Shame on you Pet Styles.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This service is appalling. Whilst waiting to collect my dog I heard a staff member out the back yell “shut up” in an aggressive nature. This was clearly directed at a distressed dog as I was able to hear a dog crying. Staff did not know I was waiting to collect my dog. DO NOT USE THIS GROOMER!

My cavoodle had a full groom on Friday and he looks amazing. Jess is so lovely,accommodating and easy to deal with and Alice was very welcoming when I dropped off and collected my dog. They have scents you can choose to finish your dog off with. My boy seemed happy to arrive and was happy upon collection. Great job Pet styles!

PLEASE do not take your fur babies here. I witnessed one worker in this place mishandling a dog. The dog was scared of being dried by the vacuum and was backing away, the worker proceeded to drag this poor frightened dog back to be blow dried. I confronted another worker about it, who dismissed my concerns.

DO NOT USE THIS GROOMER! We took our 11 year old cavoodle for a full groom they cut him with dirty clippers and he ended up having surgery due to a severe bacterial infection. Which resulted in a vet bill in excess of $1500, Which they refused to pay and said it was our fault! BEWARE THIS GROOMER

Took my dog there and they were ok not the best people but when we came back to pick her up the groomer had clipped her and she had a massive cut on her leg and she was in pain and few days later she had surgery to fix it I definitely don’t rate this place at all I wouldn’t come back at all.

ZERO STARS! I saw a women in there hit a dog and yell in its face I was shocked and disgusted, I took pics of the state of this place and it has looked like that for over a year. Not surprised about the bad reviews they shouldn't be in business

Absolutely disgusting service. Had a confirmation email and text, showed up and couldn’t get in. Called the number, texted and messaged on Instagram numerous times and got no response. Do not book here or you will be wasting your time.

Extremely happy with the care and attention given to our labradoodle. Hannah trims her the exact way I like and my labradoodle comes home happy. So glad we found Just Pawz after having bad experiences else where.
