Adopted this cutie that was hangin at this PV location. Randomly, we stop by here to snag up cat food as we live in beltline so usually frequent that location but do find this sundridge store full of stock and litter supplies we seek. Always great customer service, efficient and helpful if requiring large bags of litter carried to the car. Clean store. Never have used the cat grooming services until the recent adoption went through we took advantage to book our new kitty in for grooming. Everyone was on schedule and friendly as usual but a bit unorganized with wrapping up our adoption and as our new kitty was nervous we felt she received too many treats to get her into the carrier and ended up vomiting twice and pooping in carrier during short drive home. Next time I would request no treats or food prior to a drive as I have done with all of our other kitties. Otherwise still great location over in this area. Happy we ran into our new lil furbaby memory.

Kinda disappointed that they close at 6pm on a Saturday. Summer time. Maybe because of historically not much sales. Today howvwrr when I went there was line up for dog wash... maybe just coincidence. The clerk was nice about it. I just wish there's more pet wash. Since it's actually pretty reasonable. I end up going to the pet valu in quarry Park. They were equally awesome. They closes at 9pm. Maybe because it's more of in the middle of home owners and not industrial area. I would go back there. Oh.. my doodle is hyper. I wonder if they can put something on the stairs from when they come back down. She was in such a hurry to come down to me she slipped.

I would recommend this pet food store without regard. I have always been served with the upmost respect and care. When looking for a healthy cat food for our senior cat of 21 years, Crystal was such a blessing. Every time she was patient with us, listened and made recommendations based on expert advise. When I sent into the store to look for a particular item Crystal was there with a smile and said "How is Gizmo." She knew my pet by name! Not only did I feel she listened to me I knew she listened to me. Crystal thank you for your service you go over and above the call of duty!

I had the best grooming service EVER!!! The lady that groomed my pups hair was the absolute poster child for top quality customer service. She was friendly, informative and addressed me by my name!!! Who does that now days!?!?So difficult to just get a smile and I work in customer service so I appreciated her a little extra. She gave my pup so much love and groomed him exactly as instructed and I am so, so, so picky. Thank you very much for your attention to detail and showing passion and care for what you do! Shabba loves his cut!

Pet Valu has an exceptional service, friendly staff and great prices! After I had a horrendous experience with Pet Smart in East Hills, where they refused to groom my dog because of his ACL injury (I needed his injured leg shaved in order to wear a brace), I searched around and found Pet Valu, who's staff provided a great grooming service. An overall exceptional experience, I wouldn't even consider taking my dog anywhere else from now on! I highly recommend them!

One of the better Pet Valu stores I have been in. Clean looking and smelling. Doesn't look like a discount store with a lot of clutter, and most importantly, the 2 clerks that were working that day were friendly and understand the meaning of "Good Customer Service". Friendly greeting, asked if I needed help, and left me alone until I gave up trying to find what I came to the store for. Great sense of humor too.

I used to go to this store until the staff started following me around (making me feel extremely uncomfortable). I spent alot of money at that store before these incidents, and if they are insinuating that I would take something without payment from a store that constantly smells like rotten dog feces, they are sadly mistaken and find someone else to accuse. I will shop elsewhere now.

I called to check out the selection of raw food for felines at this store. I was shocked that a store associate by the name of Jess not only had an exceptional knowledge of product, but also displayed much wisdom about how to switch my cat from dry kibble to raw food in both an affordable and effective manner. Love bringing my dogs in for a treat and to pick up all my pets favourites. Their self serve dog wash is fantastic and they have grooming now too when a wash alone won’t cut it :) Can look pricy walking in but the quality of the brands and products they have make it very worth it for my cats and dogs health and happiness.

Needed a large dog crate for a flight as the airline said the one I had was too small. I was under an extreme time pressure to buy a new one and get back to the airport to make the flight. I took my dog there for a bath and groom and was pleased with the results. My dog is a challenge to work with due to his past experiences with groomers. Here he was taken care of and was successfully groomed. The staff is nice and welcoming, overall it was a great experience.

Took my dog for a haircut today. Haircut turned out very uneven. Was not what I asked for. Was charged extra 5 dollars at end because our dog was nervous even after we told him she would be. There was hair in my dogs eye. Not impressed and me or my wife won't be returning

Nice store, a personable lady working, but I did have an issue finding it at first as I had to circle looking. The is of a kitten listed as "free" to a good home is a funny oxymoron when further reading says $225 which is an expensive free to me! (I could see $75)

The stuff here were super supportive. I am a first time puppy owner and took him for his first shower. The staff helped me by showing me which shampoos to use how to work the shower switch, and even how to get my dog into the bathtub.
