I have since the first review visited the pet shop a number of occasions and I'm afraid I left dissatisfied regarding customer service. The staff just seem unmotivated. I have tried and asked to speak to management or the proprietor but no luck there either. My trouble started in mid January when i made a purchase for treats of ₦29,622. I was told the transaction was declined twice so I went to the ATM to withdraw cash and subsequently paid in cash. Now my bank claims one of the transaction was successful as asked me to return to the retailer. Between the bank and the retailer I have had absolutely no joy. Well the bank is dragging their feet as you can imagine but the retailer who should also have records is unreachable. It's precarious making payments to businesses who don't have any protocol with failed transactions or have proper systems in place to handle them. I have probably spent hundred of thousands on my Boerboel but the share that went to this pet shop won't anymore. I can only hope the owner pays better attention to his staff and business and find ways to prevent these problems. Hakeem Folami

I like to visit this place very vey much , coz every time I go I pick a nice new toy for my dog. They really have good collection of toys and happy that they stock new ones too. They also have good dry and wet food options for almost all breeds and for pups to big dogs. Do visit this place to get something amazing for your Pooch!

This is a one stop shop solution for all the animal lovers. From international brands of food especially for cats & dogs and toys and accessories and what not ... All available under one roof. The upper floor caters to the caging solution for birds along with soft bedding and Littré solutions. Good Effort Pet Plus+ Keep it Up!

This place is really amazing. They have food, toys and equipments for quite a number of pets (dogs, cats, birds, hamsters, etc). Their customer service is top notch, you'd want to keep buying stuff. They have everything from regular dog food to milk for lactating cats. And you can bring your pets in.

This is a large pet shop with probably the best prices for food and good selection. Staff are untrained and lack customer service skills. Unfortunately one had very bad body odor which was uncomfortable. There are supplies for all types of pets, and a huge selection of meds, sprays, collars, toys.

Don’t order online with these guys. Their products are not available as indicated on the website, when asking for refund nobody answers for hours even though they’re online, the costumer service is unprofessional and unreliable. I am following up since 2 weeks on 70k and no refund until now…

Good Quality pet toys, accessories and food. What I observed was the variety they have and also how impressive their customer service was. Although the building wasn't as obvious as one would expect but on getting in it was well worth the drive. Keep up the good job.
