Recent experience during the Christmas break. Ordered twice from Petbarn. (Home delivery) Extremely pleased with their delivery partner Sherpa, both their delivery guys were efficient and friendly! (I tend to get anxious about deliveries so I chatted with the team on Petbarn online to check on progress of my delivery and the team was helpful. Love ❤️ Petbarn. Well done!) Past experience. 2 stars at previous experience with delivery at work with delivery partner, Uber. I just received my parcel from Petbarn. I am very impressed at the speed of my order being processed at Petbarn but am again disappointed with their delivery partner, Uber. I received a phone call from the delivery guy, Ram to advise me that he can't find parking and asked to come to look for him immediately. Now, I have my own share of problem-solving to do at work and was quite frustrated with the call, I had to end the call as I am on reception and I had to take work calls. Once i called him back, he said that he will leave it downstairs at the concierge. I rushed downstairs when I got the notification that the parcel has been delivered and it was left in an unsecured location at the foyer. Having had the same experience twice from Uber Re:Delivery from Petbarn Alexandria, the only solution that I see is to walk-in to the closest Petbarn to me which is in Kogarah where the customer is excellent and just continue purchasing items from that store.

I am providing this feedback based on the outstanding customer service received from the lady who helped me after I made an error with my online order. The staff member Natasha who helped me with my order issue was a real sweetheart. Natasha was so kind, helpful and very understanding when I explained that I had accidentally orederd zylkene for dogs (I have cats). She did not judge me at all, had processed my refund promptly and we even had a nice conversation to end the call. Thanks Natasha I hope your management see this feedback and what a valuable team member you are. Cheers Marie

If I could give 0 I could. Grooming service: booked my dog in for a groom 2 weeks in advance. Get in on the day to be told people off sick and a text was sent - on reflect the number was missing a digit . No call was attempted . Told them I was moving away and needed my dog groomed as I was unsure where I could have it done and this would allow me time to find a groomer. Was told there is nothing they could do. Asked if there were people that booked after me and if their appointment could be moved was told no I am just unlucky Pay more to somewhere with competent people

Great service! I’m completely new to pet stuff, and so was my partner who I attended with. The staff took the time to explain all the information about our pet and offered to help with any other concerns we raised. It seemed like such a friendly environment and I just knew that our pet was looked after during the grooming appointment. Would definitely come again, even though it’s a long drive for me :)

I’m just speechless how they advertise on the web and you get from store different price. And when I called the store lady on the phone made it as was my fault coz we didn’t mention price match in their website. Hello if you are advertising a members only price Should apply to members at the store automatically I believe.

Staff here were exceptional. So helpful ! I called ahead and asked about a specific product, and they were able to help. Once at the store, the product was priced incorrectly, and the staff honoured what is was marked for. Not every store does this. Definitely worth going in for great customer service .

The people at this shop are wonderful. It used to be my local pet shop, now I've moved but I still come to this one because I trust the women who work here to consistently help with good advice, good options and kindness when my dumb a#se doesn't know what to do. Thank you team Alexandria!

Visited on 8/9/23 around 5 pm. Girl ( forgot name ) on the reception was professional and helpful. This pet barn is bigger and has more options compared to the one I visited before, would go back there soon to get more stuff. (Got aquarium plants and lights.) -parking available

A great pet shop great range of stock always having what you need. The store has diy wash your station as well as other pet care services. The shop also allows you to buy and adopt directly from the store, mainly offering a range of cats, dogs, birds, bunnies.

Small Petbarn but well stocked. Service is friendly and efficient. Parking on McEvoy is difficult during the day but they have a few spots on site just outside so suggest approaching the car park from the streets around the back rather than the main street.

The staff are abit pushy. I wanted a certain product ( cat flea tablets ) They were telling me do not recommend giving cats tablets as cats don't like it. The item I wanted it $37 my cats take them no problem. Kept trying to push

Amazing staff at this store, the groomers are the only ones able to clip my chihuahuas nails and our car battery died outside and Kelly was kind enough to bring her car around and jump started it for us !

I put my toy and miniature poodle in for full grooming. I couldn't believe how bad they were when l picked them up. They has cut the toys ears so short the other one had huge gaps all over
