"parts department is garbage since they got rid of the local parts distribution center"
"Customer service is the very best"
"I took my 2010 international in for maintenance, after 3 days I came back to pick it up and I found my truck in the yard with the hood open and rains on the engine for 3 days"
I picked up a vehicle from the service department this evening and was blown away by the customer service. Even at the late hour and with lots of activity, Bruce treated me like his only customer and was beyond accommodating. They have a keen eye for safety and even spotted me backing in the dark. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
Went in for an injector, on a positive side they fixed same day. However the truck hasnt run right since and I've called a couple times about it and told somebody would call me back, been 3 months same issue and never a call back. Guess I'll get international involved now its warranty and should be a minor thing to fix
parts department is garbage since they got rid of the local parts distribution center...not brattians fault, but they never have any of the parts locally anymore...used to have to wait a day for a part but now it's a week unless I pay extra for overnight freight...such a bummer. losing a lot of business i'm sure
Customer service is the very best. Parts department is extremely knowledgeable. Price and selection is excellent. Can't say enough about this place. I just wish I could afford to buy a new Dump Truck. Nice International Trucks with all the bells and whistles just like the one in the magazine
I took my 2010 international in for maintenance, after 3 days I came back to pick it up and I found my truck in the yard with the hood open and rains on the engine for 3 days.air filter all weet inside and the battery cover was on the ground. They were like "opss" no apologies or anything
Piss poor parking, Shawty service at best. Took a friend to pick up her truck, when we arrived the service department said the truck was finished, when she got in her truck nothing had been done. They had her truck for over a month. I would not recommend this place to anybody.
un satisfactory called and made a special order for parts after 2 weeks no show no call. Had to call them multiple times no answer on parts just excuses. Last attempt I was told "the parts department is really busy" not my problem. This place used to great now its not
The parts Dept sucks. They told me a price then when I showed up to pick up the said part it went from 160 to 500. Then called me a liar then asked me who I talked to. Didn’t know what it was at the time but now I do. It was the untrained Rat Dean. Guy sucks.
Zak, just like to thank you and your crew for the great work you did for me. The part I needed wasn't available at any international dealerships in Canada or USA,it had to come from some other warehouse and they couldn't say which warehouse
I've been a customer in the parts department for about 4 years, with two different companies. As of now I order with them multiple times every week. They've been RUDE, ignored me, been snappy, pitting me the customer as the one at fault, or
They forgot to tighten an injector port Wich cause fuel to go every where minor mistake for a big shop... got to drive home from Portland with diesel spraying all over and filling the cab with those fumes or burnt diesel how ever you wanna
Took truck to have head gasket changed quoted $9k in writing took my truck apart then called to tell me it cost $35k. Wasted three weeks of productivity took truck to another shop had it repaired for a fraction of the price and got it back
I brought in a 2004 international to get diagnosed on Monday. The tech told me he would have the next mechanic look at it either the next day or Wednesday. Anyways I called them on wednesday and got the same story. I was ready to pay them
I only rated 3 stars because of delays, my truck was there for almost 4 weeks, got it back on a Thursday and the following tues it went right back in. I don't really know the specifics when you do a dot inspection but I'm pretty sure you
I have used Brattain over the years for my International trucks but I don't like to. They are routinely late on repairs, extremely overpriced on repairs, unable to make repairs, unable to handle the customer service. In short, if you can
Worst shop ever.... Over priced wanna argue when they screw up. Fixed something that wasn't broke. Didn't fix what they were supposed to. Charged me for repairs that didn't need to be done. Un-qualified mechanics working on the floor. My
Update to my previous comment, the issue I had turns out to be unrelated and bad timing to start of the issue that started after, they brought me in and checked it out and found and fixed the problem that was causing my problem which was
I had an issue with a DPF and the warranty is a year on them. It was a little over a year old. I talked to the parts manager and he did look into locating one for me and put me in touch with the service manager as well to ensure I didn’t
Brought my international truck to fix at this place in Nov, it's April now they weren't able to fix it, charged me excessive hours of diagnostics, at the beginning their technician wasn't certified and then found out that they can't find
I was the only one in the store and had to wait over 15 minutes for service in the parts department. Only to purchase overpriced, faulty parts. When I called back and told them the refurbished part was faulty, they hung up on me. I have
We bought a used truck from here 2 weeks ago. After driving it, we discovered it had several significant issues. We contacted Dave, the salesman that sold it to us. International paid for the truck to be taken to Cummins to be
Prepare to be bent over. But if you own a International what choice do you have. The parts people know what they are doing and are quick. Walking in here I know I'm going to get good service and they will have the parts I need.
Picking up serviced tractor was not a big deal, the service dept had everything ready, and paperwork to go with the services and the DOT inspection! And not to mention the Saturday Skelton crew on staff handled it with ease!
I'm very interested in working at Peterson Trucks. What the reviews say, it's all sweet or Peterson has lost alot of MONEY. I'M Feeling that with the input from all the employees on what to fix, and do it, Mr. Owner.
Ryan Epping at Peterson International went above and beyond to assist me in obtaining a truck part that I desperately needed. My sincere thanks to him for his great customer service!
Service department is extremely slow, took 9 weeks to.get a turbo actuator replaced, parts is either really understaffed or nobody will ever answer the phone in a timely fashion
Great place for International Truck parts, service, new and used Trucks. Friendly, knowledgeable staff ready to answer questions or help with performance related issues.
Had my truck towed here. Staff are kind and Communicasion is excellent. Phone call went well. My truck hasn't repaired yet but it looks like they have me on schedule.
All I can say is the guy on the phone from the parts department went waaaay over the top to provide me excellent customer service. These guys seem really solid.
Customer serviceDiana chip and Hoyt do an excellent job always communicate and help figure out what's going on been with him for years thank you to all of them
Peterson trucking is also top notch the staff there are easy to help you that had to figure out what you need best to suit your job good job people
Great people, great service, must have patience however in our modern times of supply chain bottle necks. Customer's first choice...we will be!
I made an order Friday afternoon and it was ready early Saturday morning at 8:00 am. Good staff there, very helpful.
Friendly staff but they never have parts in stock. "We have to order from Las Vegas", and that takes 3-4 days..
Good source for your truck needs, a lot of room for improvement in costumer service at front couter...
Parts & Service Department were very helpful. Pricing was lower than competitors. Highly recommended!
Sold me the s cam housing for my 69 d210 future windowed wagon x 3 axle now 2 axle x water tanker ..
Paid 75$ in shipping for 4 head dowel pins. I would suggest not using them for a parts supplier.
Never call you back or email. Order parts and takes weeks to get them. Place is a nightmare.
God! They repair my truck so long! I hoped that a dealership must be more professional ...
Good people kind and friendly good place to get your truck repaired
Best to stay away. They don't give a damn about small businesses.
Had the parts i needed. Very helpful. Thanks dean and dan
