The staff at this gas station are very rude and do not know what they are doing. My wife went to get gas a few days ago. As usual she authorized $100 on her credit card. She filled up her tank and the total was around $60. At that time the cashier assured her that she will be charged the actual amount and not the $100. She said do not worry and she will keep a copy of the transaction and make sure she is charged the correct amount. But when I checked the credit card statement I noticed that we have been charged the $100 that she originally authorized. I talked to my credit card company and they said we have to wait 15 days before we can dispute the charges. My wife went back to the gas station twice trying to get a refund, and every time the cashier made an excuse and was very rude. Finally the cashier said the manager has to check the camera!!! I am wondering what the camera will show!! I am going to follow up with the Petro Canada head office and explain this incident. Buyers beware.

This is my favourite gas station in mississauga. The main reason is that it has a touchless carwash. There are no giant brushes to scuff your paint job. The only issue is that this carwash isn't some sort of hidden jem. Almost everyone knows that this is one of the only touchless carwashes and that attracts a lot of people to line their cars up and wait upwards of an hour to get a wash. I've deen +20 cars lined up for a wash. Honestly I can't wait 2 hours to get my car washed but some nights theres only 4 or 5 cars lined up. Don't go here during rush hour, you are going to wait hours but honestly it's worth it. It's really worth it since you don't have to talk to anyone to get your cash washed. You can pay for gas, but a car wash ticket all at the pump by yourself. Then you can get a car wash and be on your way. It's especially usefull during covid since everyone is trying their best to avoid being in contact with someone they don't know and risk getting infected.

Very Rude Cashier name is Amrita, no value for Customer's time. The Management should be replaced. wasted 1 hour, waiting in a wash queue once my car came out i noticed few areas were not cleaned ( did not wash properly) I went inside the store this lady didn't pay attention using her phone. i explained everything to her, she said bring your car here i did wasted another 10 minutes.. then she wasted another 20 minutes of my time asking me to wait i have to go outside to see the Car, she was serving other customers who came after me.. Manager Zaem should learn how to run the store with the staff. she looked at my car and i showed her so many area that needs to be cleaned she said i will give you another wash but you have to wash rightaway.. the line was huge i asked her can i come some other time i don't have another 1 hour .. she said no either you wash now or go some where else... like seriously. Are they real My first and last visit to this Petro Canada....

I cannot prove it for sure, but I am quite positive the car wash at this gas station is responsible for some circular looking scratches in my car paint. They are not deep scratches, but they are consistent in shape and depth throughout most the passenger side of my car. I recall an occasion where I drove my car into the car wash and I wasn't perfectly in center where my tires should have been, and perhaps this is the reason it happened, however there should be some sort of system in place at the car wash that would prevent this. The Gas station has denied any responsibility for the damage, and I have no actual proof to take it any further, but its definitely markings that come from a machine of some sort because its so uniform in shape and size. The gas station was not helpful to me in this matter. Wont be taking my car back here anymore.

This is a touch less car wash, so that’s a plus for your car. However when it comes to cleaning, it only does one pass of each item listed on the display when you drive inside. One pass is mostly not enough as all it does is dumps foam and other wash fluids on your car from all directions. It’s same as walking under a shower which dumps shampoo on your and your walk under another with water and come out in a few seconds. I noticed the rear of the car didn’t get washed properly and dirt and water spots are all over. If you want to spray your car with water instead of spraying it in your driveway then it’s good enough but for good quality washing this touch less wash doesn’t do any good.

I went to gas up at 7:50am on Thursday September 7th and I walked in and the worker was on her phone behind the cash register. I approach her and she looked annoyed that she had to end her call. I had the only black van in the parking lot. I didn’t have my glasses so I told her the black van. She said which pump I said I’m not sure. She said well should I charge you for any pump then. I was like is there a reason for you to be rude to me? She got upset and proceeded to put in my gas pump number. She then continues to yell at me as I walk out the gas station saying be a better customer. Need less to say this gas station needs to do a better job at hiring. Why would I want to go back?

Why does all the Indian women employees at the Petro canada has outrageous rude behaviour and terrible attitude?? Especially this location. They never greet the customer with a smile and always act like they hate their job. They are very unfriendly and think their always right and keep arguing with the customers. I've never seen such services, Not professional at all and such terrible customer services. Management needs to really reassess who they really hired, what a shame won't be coming here anymore and will also spread the word to others. If i had the choice there would be no star!!

The drier stopped after few seconds and my car came out fully wet. The two South Asian ladies at the counter were stubborn, non chalant as they seemed more interested sipping their coffee and talking amongst themselves in their native language. They simply refused to believe me even though as insisted upon them to look at my vehicle which they could have done, the least. They just asked me to contact them back after few days till such time that they would be able to verify. I wish I had an option to give them a zero star in rating.

I want to rate 3 star but this isn’t the gas stations fault, as this is the only closest touchless super wash so everyone goes here. Petro needs to get more touchless around the city. There’s dead times sure but it’s during inconvenient times. If you do go during a long line know wait times are ridiculous, be sure to count approx 5 MINS per car in front of you, you could be waiting an hour just to wash your car. Overall, good car wash though will still go endure the excruciatingly long waits when I have too - which is a lot.

I went there for the touchless car wash. I went on a Sunday night at 10 pm but still there was a huge queue,about 7 cars infront of mine. So I had to wait around 40 mins. It cost me $16 plus tax which the best one with vacuum. I am quite pleased with the car wash. Although the dryer could have ran for a few seconds more as the other touchless car wash have around 2.5mins of dryer and this was around 100 s. For the best results, hand scrub the entire car with a dry micro fiber after the wash.

I was waiting in line for over an hour to get a car wash, once I got to the front, the petro Canada app would not work, I called for assistance and the employee was completely incompetent, told me I have to pay for the car wash even though I have the 90 day pass. Then told me to hold up the already long line to go inside and pay for the new wash and there was nothing else I could have done. Horrible service with the app and the employees

I went here just for the Super wash as it offer an touch-less one. The wash is really good but only thing in concerns is there’s a long long waiting line. They need to work on fixing it or maybe Petro Canada needs to give more options. Not only that took long but I had to wait a lot to get the seasonal pass and then again join a long queue for getting my car washed.

Waited 50 minutes in car wash line only for app to stop working when it was my turn. Attendant was unhelpful and didn’t care at all. Would rather give terrible service and leave a bad taste than help me out “since no one else reported that issue” and I didn’t have my physical card. Lol??? That’s why I have an app? Smh such a waste of time and such terrible service.

This location has a Superwash and its the best touch free wash I have seen. There is lineup for the wash most of the time even though there is another car wash across the street which is also good but not a touchless. Gas prices are usually the same as other gas stations and staff is good.

I washed my car today morning The wash was not as good as it used to be They are using lesser qty of detergents. Water pressure also appeared to be lower. Not super keen to go back there given the amount of time one has to spend waiting in the queue. I will give Esso a try next timbre y

Car wash never under 1hour wait or longer. Never can find a time where it isnt over 1hr wait. Had i known before spending $250 on a wash pass i would have saved my money. Esch car takes approximately 6.5mins minimum. Highly suggest not spending the money. Save yourself the headache

I've been going to this touchless car wash for the year, over the last 3 months they have removed the triple foam, less pre-soak, and less water leaving soap residue on the vehicle. It also seems like the wash is shorter so they can get through the long line.

Car wash works but is flawed. The locations that have the tracks where you are wheeled along result in shorter lines, faster turnaround and less chaos in the lot. This is my first time with a seasons pass and the time wasted makes having one poor value.

As the touchfree car wash was not working, the man working the overnight shift did not understand English, and says only 3 cars waiting in the line up, when there was 7 of us. With the technical issues, he claimed nothing was wrong at all.

Do not use the car wash here. My car was left with so much dirt, soap, water marks because the system is faulty here. The blower does not work to dry the vehicle completely. The sprayer totally missed my rear hatch.

Waste of time for the car wash, go somewhere else if you’re looking for touchless only, the line is way too long and the wash will only do one car at a time instead of a conveyer belt type

Generally lower gas prices including Ultra-94. One of the only touch free car wash on subscription card. Much too long wait for the car wash 1 hour wait times is not uncommon when full.

The pictures attached are after (not before) their most expensive wash ($16 or something). The rims had dust on them, bumpers had dirt stains and the vacuum wasn't working.
