Washed my Volkswagen Atlas 7/9 and as I go through car wash all I hear is a loud banging on passenger side. Come out to notice scratches all down passenger side. Even rear taillight cracked. Asked to speak to Manager. Told she wasn’t there. Take my number told me they would call back. Never heard back. Went back 7/10 told Manager not available. She would review video and call me. Never heard back. Go in today 7/11. Manager not in. What a surprise but this time girl working kind enough to let me fill out report. This time I was able to speak to Manager. Tells me their car wash didn’t do anything that my Mazda 3 wasn’t damaged. I told her I drive a Volkswagen Atlas. She did not even listen. Told me to go through my insurance or get a police report to be able to obtain the video. I was the only one to complain that day. Which is a lie. I spoke to a couple that went through after me and their car was damaged. So anyone that washed their car at this location 7/9 after 12pm might want to look for damage as Petro-Canada never shut down the wash. Will never go here again. Just sad a business can’t do the honourable thing and admit when an incident occurs. Sad!

I've been here a couple times and most of the time there's no receipt paper at the pumps. I have to go into the store to get it. Also, this is three times now, but half way through my pump transaction, the language switches to French. I can't read French, even tho I grew up in Canada, so had to 'feel' my way through the last couple of transaction questions. It's a bit annoying.

Washrooms closed. I work in construction, and my company exclusively uses Petro Canada for fuel, for hundreds of vehicles. We are considered an essential service and are still out in the field working I was not permitted to use the washroom at this location, this is unacceptable. Please update your washroom policy and treat your essential service customers with respect.

The car wash should be a crime. Went in and the mirror to align your wheel might as well not be there as it helps with nothing. The car wash damaged my tire and rim and left half my car dirty and wet. Whoever designed this car wash should be sent to a hospital for mental evaluation and fined to compensate everyone who’s vehicle took damage. Absolutely embarassing.

I asked them how much it is to redeem for a car wash and they said 10k points = $10. So the superworks would cost about 18k points. My Petro card wouldn't scan and I have 60k+ points so I had to pay in cash. On the back of the receipt, it tells you what you can redeem your points on. It literally says 10k points for superworks.

I don't know if it's the woman who works at this gas station or the boss, but when she looks at me without saying hello, she looks at me with her eyes saying, "This guy is here again." And I replay my lotto ticket and I got free ticket. I said no encore. She play encore and charge to me $1.

Relatively big setup. Used their car wash which was hard wash. Not so rushy. Entrance was a bit untidy, not neat. Car wash was good. Visible stains were removes. For vacuum, although 3 vacuums were available but space markers were not found. Place is just across major intersections.

Avoid the car wash at all costs, the mirror to help u center your wheel to the track is always dirty, sign says open but you go in only to realize they put a pylon in the middle, it never dries the car at all, and always soap left on the edges. The app doesn't work half the time!

I used a car wash, I do not recommend it! The car is washed only by supplying water under high pressure, plus for electric cars + $2, which in total turned out to be $21.50, which is expensive for this car wash

Awful car wash, specially if you own a pickup-truck. I also tried with a smaller vehicle and it was the same. The cars are usually wet after each wash, the air-dryers seem not to be working properly.

A very clean and one of the larger location. , good convinience store and they have a carwash also. Gas prices are usually the same as other gas stations nearby. Staff is friendly.

Worst gas station. I tried to use the vacuum and it was not working I told them and the sorry we can't do anything and we can't give you your money back.

Extremely disrespectful staff , have a "I don't give a ****" attitude . Please do yourself a favor, do not use car wash at this location .

Tried to clean my windows after getting gas and ALL of water was completely brown, staff didn't seem to care when I mentioned it.

Car wash was good though the dryers seems to have obsolete. The water droplets around the whole car was seen still.

I have a bad experience with the washing machine , it damaged one tire cover , it cost me 50 CAD to fix it

Guy always seems friendly when I go in there. Standard petro gas station. Has a car wash if you need it.

The car wash got my car very clean and had no line up vs. the petrol Canada on Artesian Drive.
