Not knowing exactly what we were looking for, we brought our puppy in with us. While staff was busy, we looked around & our social girl introduced herself to EVERYone! As we were looking at beds one young staff member came over & started informing us about the right kind of beds for the right size of the dog, thinking about her as she ages as well & possible arthritis. Something that will keep her cool in summer but still comfortable in winter. If she in an inside or outside dog. We talked for ages. It was lovely. More stores need well informed staff like that but also that beautiful, cheerful spirit! She sat with our Groodle & kept her calm almost the whole time we were there! (She is a few months & extremely hyper as puppy training is still just kicking in) Aaawwww Also I noticed their prices are cheaper than regular stores! What more could you want?!

Fantastic staff and service. I sent an email enquiry and they called me back within 15 minutes, super clear on their communication and really went the extra length to make sure I was happy with my order. To preface, I wasted weeks waiting for my order from another online retailer, and then another 3 weeks waiting for the replacement which they never sent. I ordered from PetZoo/Pets of Sandgate and less than 25 minutes later, it's already with Australia post ready for express shipping. To top it off, I enquired about picking it up since I'm local, and they called back with Australia post in their store to confirm whether I wanted it shipped or still wanted to pick it up. Exceptional service, 10/10!

Love this shop Owners and staff are always so welcoming and helpful. Nothing it too much trouble. When looking for pet stairs they did some research for me and offered to order in products. Their knowledge of pets is always very helpful and their opening hours are very convenient. Wish there were more shops like this in Brisbane.

Great little local shop. Super helpful staff. The website really needs an update. I went in to look at items you can see in the pictures from the store's website... but they're old, and none of the stock I was interested in was actually in the shop. So, just give them a call trip if you aren't sure and don't want to waste a trip.

Always such amazing service every time we visit. Friendly supportive and knowledgeable staff. We mainly visit to purchase food and always a great selection to choose from. My Staffy knows exactly where we are when we pull up and she loves to visit as well. Thank you for being an amazing local small business :-)

Lucky to have this store close to home, small shop but they everything we need being a cat and fish household. Awesome, helpful owners, will source pet supplies if need be. They had everything we need and more, so no need for outsourcing for us, but are ready to do so if need be.

Knowledgeable, friendly and engaged staff. Great prices- better than the big chains. Good variety of stock. Reward system that is actually worthwhile. We don't go anywhere else for our pet's needs. Bonus, supporting a long-term, local business that's part of our community.

Very friendly staff, very well stocked and open 7 days week. They have a program that let you recover $50 worth of hills bisquets, and also rewards for loyal customers. I found here the best brands of everything my dogs like for playing or eating. Very convenient

Lovely pet shop, I've been going there for a while to buy toys for my cat, and I've recently purchased a budgie. They're knowledgeable and always happy to take the time to give any advice you need and they obviously care about animals

Julie and the team at Pets of Sandgate are knowledgeable and friendly. They offer the best service to fur babies and their owners. You can keep your Petbarn and Petstock's we wouldn't go anywhere else for food, treats and toys.

These guys are great. I go here to get my reptile food and they always seem to have more crickets in the containers compared to the big brand stores.
